Now this place is legit and is super cheap for what they accommodate. Nice theaters, nice seats, gaming, bowling and reasonably priced food, from what I hear they sometimes do outside drive in showings too.

Had a great time with the family last night at Film Alley. First a movie then bowling all in one place was so fun. Bottomless popcorn and free refills went a long way

Went there to go bowling and get drinks. Ended up waiting at the bar for my drinks for half of my game that I paid for. Not that there was anything wrong with the bartender, he was a very nice guy and I could tell he was trying his hardest but it was a Friday night and he was the only one behind the bar making drinks and cashing people out. Poor guy was running back in forth trying to take orders and make drinks. I don’t understand why a business like this that gets busy like they do especially on Friday nights only had ONE bartender and no help. Kinda seems ridiculous. Give the poor guy some help.

Service was actually good this time up until the end. Ignorant if you don’t know that taxation is theft. I always leave cash tips. While we were still there bowling the server walked over to the table and wanted to know why she didn’t get a tip. When I hadn’t even had a chance to put the 10$ down on the table. Not professional to ask your “table” that. I managed a restaurant for 2 years and I wouldn’t see that as acceptable.

The website reflected showtimes from four days ago. Driving thirty minutes to see a movie they didn’t even have was frustrating enough.Bill Sherber, the manager, was quite proud that he had been there since opening. He declared it wasn’t his fault, that the user, myself, must have accessed a theater in another city. He used the words “user error” instead of apologizing for the site error. That was disappointing.Upon refreshing the site and reopening it in a new google page for Mr. Sherber, what do you know, the same error popped up. Now he seemed angry, embarrassed and a little vindictive.Mr. Sherber was not concerned about customers returning. He was super concerned about it not being his fault. So unattractive. Like talking to a two year old proving he wasn’t wrong. He said he would contact corporate BUT that it wasn’t their fault.He suggested waiting to see a show with a different genre showing later on that night. Stating a little sarcastically, that while he would love to offer tickets to that show as compensation for the long drive, he couldn’t, paying and waiting to a see a show we didn’t come to see was the only option.No thanks. It’s COVID, most managers care about retaining their patrons, especially right now. I’d rather go somewhere like that.You might call before you come and double check the showtimes. Don’t talk to Mr. Sherber if anything goes wrong, it will only make you more frustrated.

I had some very unkind words with management about enforcing the Texas state mask mandate. I traveled 30 minutes to their theater and followed their posted signage for wearing a mask. I emphasize I was following the Governors mandate and Film Alleys request for everyone to wear a mask.After I left the movie theater I saw NO ONE wearing a mask. When I asked management why, Food is being served I called over the off duty police officer, why are you allowing people to break the mask mandate. She replied, Its very hard to enforce. Its in plain sight.I worked at a movie theater. And patrons respecting rules is incredibly important. Some people would run all over you if you let them.I left and will not be returning. I respected them by following their rules. I respected their employees by wearing a mask to prevent them from getting sick.What film alley wants is people who break their rules and get their employees sick.At best they are misguided and desperate for income. At worst they should be fined and sued by any employee that gets Covid.I have no respect for their business model.

Really nice place to bowl or see a movie. When I come in town we always hit up film alley. Friendly staff who are all very helpful.

Movie and food was good. But they need to do a much better job of housekeeping. Our seats, the floor, and table was wet and extremely sticky from someone spilling their drinks all over. I had to get someone to clean it up. The first person did a quick wipe job, then they got someone else to bring a mop. Showed him where all the sticky stuff was on the chairs, armrests, tables, and menus.

I absolutely LOVE this place!! Its now the only place I go to watch movies! The seats are super comfy and I love having a table to put my purse on so it doesnt have to set on the floor. The food is good and the employees are always nice. My family and I have lots of fun everytime we go.

Like the refills on drinks and popcorn. The table service in the theater is great. Husband had the fish tacos. He wasnt that impressed. I had the crispy chicken salad. It was just lettuce, croutons and chicken. It could have had more ingredients. Otherwise we enjoyed it.

Love this place. Seats are great. So fun to be able to order at the table in the movie. Love the popcorn and flavor salts. Just lots of fun, but it is a costly experience. 3 people and we just bought 3 tickets and one popcorn and it was $40. I limit my visits because of that.

Customer service: 10/10, every employee Ive interacted with has been nothing but helpful and kind.6. We held my daughters birthday party here this past weekend and it was a great experience. The two employees who worked our party were very kind and on top of everything. The kids seemed to enjoy the bowling (as well as a few of us adults) and the game/arcade area. The employees handled setting up the room/decorating, bringing out drinks and pizza, bringing us bowling shoes, etc. All I had to do was show up and bring the cake. We had a few special requests and they made sure to meet/exceed all of our requests. I would definitely recommend having a kids party here.

No complaints! Probably some of the best theater popcorn Ive ever had, honestly. Huge portion and the tree hugger in me loves that they use reusable bowls instead of throw away containers! Employees were all very friendly! Ill be back :)

I really wanted to give it 4 stars, but there were a few personal issues. The seating is stadium regular movie seating and a small table to share for 2 seats. Well we ended up sitting right next to people we did not know. My husband had to share his table with a stranger. Really no personal space espically if you order dinner. When we left the theater right out front of the door someone had puked. I know they have a bar in there, so idk if someone got over served or they were actually sick and puked right where people walk. Those things aside it was a decent experience. Neat entertainment complex. They offer bowling, movies, arcade, and bar. The staff is super nice and facilities were kept clean, and movie theater seats were very comfy. It just really bothered me the seating in the theater.

My kids and us had so much fun the staff is really nice. It does get busy so I would get there early or reserve a lane. It was 5 of us and we did the 1 hour bowling and it coat 37 not to bad for kids to have fun.

Place was clean, staff was very nice but the food was the worst. We didnt eat before going so we would be hungry, and that was a big mistake. Other than the food, everything was nice, but not outstanding.

We played in the arcade and went bowling. We had a blast at the arcade. Staff and service was great there. Unfortunately, the bowling was disappointing. When we pay for an hour of bowling, we expect an hour. We spent a good 10+ minutes waiting on “service” as our lane continued to have random issues. These weren’t issues due to our bowling, but issues that seemed to occur with that lane specifically. On several occasions there was no clear reason as to why it wasn’t working. This wouldn’t typically bother me if staff made the effort to resolve the issues immediately, but in our case the staff didn’t seem to care at all that we were paying and it wasn’t working. When we mentioned the delays and waiting times, they just ignored us.

Wow again!!Ive never have ordered food from my theatre seat before! It was an awesome experience!! We had planned on watching the movie, and then eat there in the restaurant. I had totally forgotten about the food service in the auditoriums.The food (pizza, the food of the gods!) Tasted great, arrived quickly and still too hot to eat when it arrived. The service people really knew their jobs and made the experience something to remember! And ohhh the popcorn!! Seriously the best I’ve ever had!!PLEASE come and build a theatre in Jacksonville like this one. We have nothing like this; you would blow the competition away!!!Clarke

I travel the country for work and have been to many different theaters across the country and this has been my most favorite yet from the comfortable seats to the awesome friendly staff, popcorn in actual bowls and clean restrooms. Seriously the whole experience was the best yet.

Service is quick but I was disgusted to see that the food they were going to serve to customers was being kicked across the floor by an employee and I definitely wasn’t impressed by the baby changing station in the bathroom. It is in a small corner where the trash and towel dispenser is, so not only was it a tight fit but every time someone had to get a towel they are just standing behind you looking at your naked baby which I did not feel comfortable with since it was so close.

Its a great theater! It has a bowling alley and an arcade. You can order food while you watch your movie and if you order a large popcorn and drink they will bring you refills. My wife and I watched Its a beautiful day in the neighborhood the story of Mr. Rogers. Not what I expected but it is difficult to explain, although a very good movie!

This place could be called film heaven if they had reclining seats. Having someone, at the touch of a button, to refill an endless bowl of popcorn and drinks is really awesome. Not sure whats in the popcorn, but its magical. Very nice facilities and amenities.

We love this place! Today we had lunch in the theater for the first time and it was really good! I had the Hawaiian Chick sandwich with baked sweet potato, my mom had a burger and fries and my daughter had a grilled cheese. Everything was delicious! Hot and fresh food! Will be back again :)

This is a good place. I bet its hard to make it in the theater business with Netflix and the fact that Hollywood cranks out garbage movies. But this is a fun experience, from the bowling alley to the video arcade. Film Alley has successfully built a fun family destination. You can order food and beverage from your comfortable seat in the theater during the movie. Sound and screen are huge, I recommend this place.

First time going, i was impressed. The food was good, big portions. Arcade was not too over priced. The guy in the prize room was a little off but could have been worse. It wasnt too bad which is good these days!

The bar and grill had slow service, but the rest was pretty cool.

We went here once right after they opened. I ordered a beer and we ordered food from the menu. It took 40 minutes for them to bring my drink and our food. My beer was warm and the food was cold. No attempt to bring me a cold drink or hot/warm food. Tried this again recently. Same results. Never had this happen at the Movie Tavern at Hulen. Film Alley is closer to where we live but Movie Tavern is worth the trip. Disappointed again.

This is a great theater. It was not here when we lived here 8 years ago. We had a lot of fun tm. They have a full bar great snacks and full menu for entrees burgers Etc . they even have a bowling alley and nice theater seats to watch the movies. We had a couple of drinks in the bar and our Men played pool. Us girls watched and sipped on the drinks! haha. We had a great time and it was a budget night out

The service is outstanding. The staff loves people and are friendlier than most places I have been in. You can watch a movie while you eat. Then go bowling and/or play arcade games or just relax in the bar and grill. I love going there.

Service has been updated and food only takes 10-15 min to get to your table. Management is doing something right. All the waiters and waitresses seem happy to help. Complete 180 from a year ago. Great service !

The burgers and sweet potato fries are amazing. Service is prompt and friendly. We go at lunchtime, its never busy. They dont have many toddler games in the arcade but the little ones still have fun. Nice bowling alley with a helpful staff.

My family and I enjoy going there. We watched Star Wars and had popcorn and ordered the meat lovers pizza.The popcorn was cold and stale. We barely ate any. The pizza was ok but nothing special. (We didnt even eat all of it). I think we will stick with the 3 cheese burger from now on.I wanted to send the items back but my son said no. So, I paid all that money and left the food.

Had to hit the service button at least 10 times, maybe more. The attendant said they had been having problems with this lane “all day”. So why not close it??? No comps offered for wasting a great deal of the paid hourly lane fee

Seats have potential, but as they are they are extremely uncomfortable for anyone who has any back issue or doesnt like having the edge of the seat hit on your middle back thigh. The website and even the video before movie start show that these seats recline with leg rests. They do NOT HAVE LEG RESTS! ! You are legs just hang there and if you scoot back to make your legs more comfortable, there is a gap between the bottom of the seat and the back of the seat that can be very uncomfortable for anyone who has low back pain. Weve given this theater several tries in different seats since they got rid of the leg recliner part ... They used to have them! But no more, I would rather drive to Fort Worth for any movie I want to see in the theater.

They need rat traps.It was my first time here, i thought the seats were really comfortable and aisles were large. The reason i am giving it such a low rating is because during the movie, a white rat ran down the steps right next to me. I went to let someone know and there was no staff or management to be found anywhere. Ive been in dirty theaters but have never seen a rat run by. If this was only a food service place they would be shut down for such a thing. Yuk.

WORST ALLEY EVER!! If you like to bowl DO NOT GO HERE!! The lanes are not maintained at all. My Mother and Father and I went for my Mother’s birthday and we all nearly fell from the approach lanes not being oiled or cleaned regularly. If you bowl with a slide approach, be prepared to be disappointed.On top of that the lights went out about mid way through our first game which would have been cool if it was well lit enough to see the lane, however the lights were so low that you couldn’t see the arrows on the lane nor the approach dots. Management did not understand the issues as it seems none of them are regular bowlers. They did issue us a full refund and there were about 4 other families that were about to request the same due to other issues such as lack of service and repeated attempts to get management assistance to no avail.Their number one problem is they allow people to eat on the lanes which has ruined them. I hope that the owner, Jason, gets this place together because they are losing great bowling clientele. How they have a “League” bowling that stays happy and pays to play there is beyond my comprehension.

20 minutes later this is what we get for $9! These Blazing Banditos where definitely blazed! Come for the movies and bowling but dont expect great food!

Took my daughter here for a daddy/daughter day. We spent about 4 hours. We went bowling, went to the arcade, watched a movie, and had snacks, all for under $100. The staff was very nice, and everything was well managed. No complaints at all.

I Loved it. Easy movie experience and the food is as expected. Like the chicken strips. Potato skins were a bit disappointing. The big thing though... the in theater wait staff was very attentive and when I asked for a refill they got right on it. Seems like a little thing but its something that a lot of these in theater dining places cant seem to get right. (SMG.. looking at you) So thank you Film Alley. Youre doing it right.

The theater itself is comfortable and clean. Seating is good. The food is good, but the service is poor. Slow, inaccurate, uncoordinated. Staff needs better training or better hiring practices. If the service improves this place rates at least one more star.

We booked a birthday party for my 8 year old. The party planner was waiting for us at the door when we arrived. She had everything set up and ready to go. The service was incredible. 10/10 would book there again.

I went there this afternoon and the server for the night shift wasnt there yet. One of the other employees still took my order anyway while I was bowling and was very friendly. The girl at the counter who I paid for my games was very friendly as well. This is the first time Ive been here in awhile and the service has improved dramatically since the last time I came.

Don’t even bother trying to order food here it won’t come out proper if it even comes out at all. Even had staff spill food on my friend. the plus sides are the theatre is pretty roomy, easy to walk to your seat plus the arcade/bowling is really nice and you can reserve your seats so you always know if you can fit a large group of people or not.

Great theater, however after we got out of the late movie (IT Chapter 2 1030 pm showing) the theater had turned off all of the lights outside especially in the parking lot. This seemed strange and not entirely safe. While backing out to leave this feeling about came to fruition as I almost backed into a car that was stopped close behind me. Thankfully I saw it at the very last second when another cars headlights illuminated it.

They never were the same after a kitchen fire. The last time I was in there the theaters were very run down, ceiling tiles missing and the theaters smelled of mildew and humidity. Very cheap tickets, but the theater feels neglected now.

I can give two stars because the service is fast. But there is very little cleaning in the rooms and the bathroom is always dirty. A good place for young people to meet because they do not pay attention to those details ...

Best Movie Theater in Parker County. This place is huge and a great place to come with your family. It has bowling, an arcade, and a theater.The food is typical standard movie theater price, but amazing quality. The staff is super nice, caring, and friendly. You can ask them any question and theyll answer it with a smile.The is small, but fun. It has a variety of games including: fruit ninja, connect 4, vr games, and basketball. U can redeem the tickets u get from the games for really cool prizes.One complaint I have is the food service. Sometimes it can take u up to 1 hour to get your food, on a packed day. Which is understandable. So if u order food during your movie expect a wait. But its pretty worth it. The food is something you would get at Chilis.So if your looking for a fun and local place to bring your family and friends, come to Film Alley

Sadly I was let go yesterday (04/28/19) for being sick.. Yet..I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and management. I made a few friends there and I thought I got on really well with everyone. Im going to miss working there.I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a fun night out or even a part time job..

I really enjoyed watching a movie here. The seating was comfortable and its setup allot like the Alamo Drafthouse. Its good family fun! There is something for everybody.
