The app is easy and simple to use.. the electric bills are consistent after 4 years i have the same summer and winter bills.. if you watch your usage, you will be fine. the apartment i live in is also very old, and has a very old a/c system. but as long as we watch it, the bills seem reasonable.. even at 60 degrees in the summer bill never really reached above 160.. thanks!

As long as you keep up your payments theyre nice. So seems fair enough. I just dont like that since living here for 6 months my bill has trippled since the first bill not including the deposite! I do have to keep my air below 70 degrees which goes against what i was taught but anything higher it feels like it takes our breath away! Especially since its been over 100 degrees outside the past two weeks

I’ve dealt with The City Utilities for years, recently having financial issues, I called and talked to Mel...a very friendly lady, talked to her in person as well...she worked with me, as long as you hold up your end of the deal like you say.it works well!

After a year of using service here I have to say this place is not so bad after all. They send your deposit back after a year, if you’ve paid your bills of course, and it’s not expensive when you consider it’s electric and utilities in one bill. Even in the summer my bill is very reasonable. The only thing I was complaining about was paying the bill. It’s kind of cumbersome so I gave 4 stars! Originally I gave one star but that was when I first got here but after a year I changed it to 4 stars ️️️️

The office people are horribly rude. Our electric bill has double and it hasn’t hit the hot months yet.

It’s very alarming when the “city” needs to know all of you’re biz! We aren’t from here but have terrific landlords! Otherwise just the way we were treated by the city would stop us to moving here

Horrible rude people working in the office. Its one thing to hate your life but another to take it out on customers. They will cut your service off in a heart beat (even in this heat) but for some reason it takes them hours to turn it back on.

Im somewhat miffed. My electric bill for two of the past months were among the highest Ive EVER received since moving to Weatherford a few years ago. This winter wasnt particularly cold or icy, yet the bill for March was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than normal. And that is after a significant home renovation to secure all exterior leaks. And HOW ABOUT THAT ADD-ON Billed Deposit fee of $100 - with no explanation ---for what?!!! Ive been a responsible customer for the better part of eight years. Something stinks here, and some trouble-shooting seems in order. Ditto Mr. Bustos remarks. Thank you City of Weatherford for the economy-sized jar of lubricant. Its a pretty sad day when your city officials take advantage of the people who put them in office..... Unfortunately, there is no alternative that Im aware of in Weatherford. TXU where are you?

They charged me 30$ for paying my bill twice on accident. The girl I talked to was rude and condescending. Outrageous security deposit.

Prices have just sky rocketed, not just mine but everyone’s. We have gone to crazy lengths to “save energy” in our household. From turning off lights, unplugging everything, to buying a Nest to regulate our temperatures. Up, up, up they soar. The sad part is, Weatherford will get away with it because they are the only option for electricity within city limits... they know that we are powerless in this situation and they are taking full advantage. Enjoy my money you monopolizing criminals.

I am so glad to finally get out of Weatherford! I did my service disconnect online. The online form does not ask you to distinguish account numbers or anything. It asks for service address, I did not know I needed to specify which account. I figure they are turning off everything if they asking for an address instead of an account number. I get a bill in the mail for irrigation, I called and ask why they said my electric, water etc was transferred to the new owners name and they didn’t request irrigation be out in their name. So it is still in your name....the people in the office are really nice but their service is terrible.

The city of Weatherford rip a lots of ppl this month with light bills. Most ppl I talk to they said there bill went up 100 bucks. I called and was tld we dont kn wht u have plugged up. I told her the same as last year. No ones bill went up 30 or 50 bucks they all went up 100 bucks. How does the city of Weatherford get away with that. All I know is GOD dont like ugly.. Ppl are on fixed income, but they know we have to pay it or lights get cut off. So they get us like that anyway. Thank C.of Weatherford... A+ on ripping us off..
