Great place!!! Fun, Fun, Fun!!! Huge mini golf. Beautiful landscaping. I love the waterfalls. We were there all day Saturday and loved everything. The go-carts are super fun. The food is amazing. Great family atmosphere. Amazing staff. The games are fun and we won a lot of tickets. The redemption items are great even for grown ups. We will be back. :)
Grand Adventure is one of the best things so far to come to Weatherford. They boast a top of the line mini golf course. Putt your way past waterfalls and through a cave as you enjoy this lush tropical adventure. You may forget you are in North Texas. Grand Adventures restaurant has many delicious options all reasonably priced. We enjoyed the signature Funnel Fry Sundae that includes the unique funnel fries that you can also purchase on there own and a generous portion of high quality soft serve ice cream. The arcade has a well rounded selection of games including one of my all time favorites, Air Hockey! Dont miss the Virtual Reality set up that you can play with up to Six people. The go-karts are now open, but they may have limited hours until they can get more staff trained so you might call ahead if you are going for the race. I cant wait to go back!
Took our 8 yr old twins when they opened Tuesday at 4:00! It was great!!!! Go Carts $5, VR game was buy one get one free and the video arcade games were perfect! The staff was awesome!!!! We will be back!
Nice mini-golf course and super friendly staff! VR experiences were fun and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!
Fun experience overall. Dont expect any hole-in-ones!
I enjoyed some of the staff but the experience wasnt as we thought it would be. Immediately upon walking in I knew what I was in for. It was just a cheaper version, yet somehow pricier Putt Putt. We got to do Go Karts, Arcade, and Mini Golf. It cost us almost $70 for two people and we didnt enjoy a single activity. We started with minigolf and the whole coarse smelt of weed, something some of the employees are aware of. They also seem aware of the mosquito problem, at first it wasnt so bad but it got out of control with dozens of them following us and landing all over us while trying to putt, so we couldnt finish the coarse at all. Other groups could be heard exclaiming this problem too, since the coarse isnt very large and everyone can hear one another. We did arcade games next, something I was very excited about but there were about 8 out of the 12 games you could earn tickets from, most of them only giving you small amounts of tickets if you managed to do decent at them. Most of these games required you to throw or toss something, the others being standard or classic arcade games. The claw machines were particularly dissappointing because its like those cheap ones at Walmart where you are just wasting your arcade currency playing it. The claw is far too weak to pick up any of the prizes in the machine, which is very frustrating considering if you spend the minimum $10 to play, you likely will get a single or two bags of fun dip for the experience, if you decide to play the arcade games. The Go Karts were scary. Mine rattled each time I tried to turn a corner, which after the first time of experiencing that you kind of slow down with each turn. The bulkier ones we rode in also seemed like they didnt turn well, which made corners and other racers quite intimidating. I felt fhe coarse was quite scary, for being as curvy as it was. Not much time to speed up, since there were not longer roads (and no good time to use the 3 turbo boosts you have). Once again though, even here it seemed like the employees loved their jobs and they were very kind. The greeter at the front desk was a very likeable person. Recognized a person from highschool (not a friend) and it felt like they left their station to come to where we were, the person at front desk seemed rightfully frustrated that they took it over from them. 2 stars because the staff was, for the most part, friendly and helpful. Attractions/experience felt overpriced and small. Might be fun for small children, but I feel it would be cheaper to make the drive to an actual arcade or even Putt Putt.
My grandkids love it!! A fun family owned and operated business and it shows in details!
Adorable place that is run very well. I am so glad that business seems good for this place that probably had to delay its opening due to the lockdown. Our family enjoyed it very much and the owner/manager was very nice, highly recommend!
Staff was great, kids had blast spent all day their, food was good to
Great place to take your kids. Had lots of fun
Had a blast!!!! Thank you for the amazing time with my family!!! We will definitely be spending a lot more time there!!!!!
We just went in to look around and my 13 yr old grandson ended up playing a VR game which he enjoyed. Well be back next week to try more things.
This is a nice place but a little pricey as well! Some of there staff seemed a little goofy but I suppose its due to the nature of being in a childs mindset to work there!
Nice place, variety of different activities. Mini golf course is awesome !!
The manager was really nice and the staff was really friendly and cool I would say it’s a good place for you and your family to go
My family and I chose to attend on opening night. There wasnt anybody there. The team was amazing, friendly and courteous. They taught us all about the v.r experience and what to expect. They educated us on the beautiful lay of the land. VERYknowledgeable e
The course and scenery was beautiful and nice. The staff was very helpful and informative. Looking forward to going again!
Extraordinary VR setup, fun arcade games, mini golf, and excellent pizza account for a few of the many things that Grand Adventure is all about. Fun for all ages, and all types!Lonny is a great manager!
A fun place but kind of cramped. VR is fun. Minigolf is challenging. Not a ton of arcade games but all together a good experience. Excited to see how the gokarts are.
It opens the March 16th and it still doesn’t have a phone number, people mite want to book it early. But it’s not open so I cannot give it any stars yet, but I bet it will be great. Finally Weatherford has a fun place to go.
If youre over 9 then you likely wont enjoy the games. Go-Karts are expensive and slow. Overall Id pass.
The place is already open! Everything is open except the Desert Adventure go kart track. The very large mini golf course is open today at 4pm!
Greta place.
