Enjoyed every minute we were there. Only problem was LAZY PEOPLE NEEDING TO PARK ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ROAD. MOST, THE MAJORITY, DID NOT HAVE HANDICAPPED PLATES OR STICKERS. SURE WOULD NOT WANT TO BE THERE AND HAVE AN EMERGENCY!!!!!! Other STATE PARKS I have been to do NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM. SOMEONE SHOULD TAKE NOTICE AND TICKET PEOPLE!!!!!

This place is unbelievable. I go there all summer. Looks like Switzerland. Great beach, there are tables, grills available, 4 dollars per person. So clean! So quiet! love!

We love this lake. The layout of the picnic tables are great and the parking lot is plenty big enough. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the port a pottys are so gross. All of them were full and needed to be emptied. If those were dealt with, I would have given it 5 stars.

Great place to spend the day alone, with friends or family around a beautiful lake. The water temperature was lovely. People were boating, swimming, fishing and kayaking. Lifeguard on duty. Picnic tables, barbecue pits and grill stations throughout and available port-a-potties. Sites available for larger groups and events. Great time had by all of us!

Very clean and well maintained park with parking lot, handicap parking area closer to lake, clean portable type bathrooms, picnic tables and grills.

Everret damn is a lot of wonderful walking, hiking and swimming. You can take your pet leashed. (Please pick up poop) Its not crowded ever and free + free parking. Its family fun and clean.

Everything is still closed down because of the covid-19 pandemic. That being said it was still a nice dam to check out.did you have a nice little picnic area down at the bottom but it was really closed off but people were walking down the hill. We did not bring a picnic lunch with us on this occasion. Will probably picnic when the season gets going.

Plenty of trails!! Amazing veiws from the dam!! Has a decent size Beach area which is on the smaller side. Off Street parking!! Has trails for off road vehicles, ATVs, etc. Enjoy your time here and as always respect mother nature.

Favorite family spot. If you ever need a colorful sunset, this is the place to be. Tables, grills, places to camp, water is nice. If you show up in the evening just as theyre closing the gate and you park your car at the Everet dam, youll have the whole place to your self and will be able to catch that gorgeous sunset without anyone bothering you. If you bring your dog, you can walk them along the top of dam. They arent allowed in the park or on the beach... that is, as long as the staff is there to stop you durring normal park hours... get it?

Perfect for a hot summer day! Beach was busy but over crowded (social distancing), very quick check in.

Relaxing lake with beautiful clean water and a stunning scenic view

First time coming to a pond and i loved it, you can do bbqs here which is cool, they are not expensive at all just a few bucks when you arrive to the entrence, and they have parkings very close to the pond for the disabled which is very nice and the view is something to admire.

Beautiful setting & pretty clean- but often quite crowded. Black flies are a problem out on the water & sand wasps are pretty intense the second half of August.All in all I like it though.

Went here a few weeks ago with my family and it was so rocky! It didnt use to be so rocky. It would be great if they could somehow fix that issue. Other than that, the water is clear and there was plenty of parking. Beautiful place to spend the day at the beach.

Super awesome place. Dogs love it here . kayak, swim and just hang at the beach. Sandy beach. Life guard. Plenty parking.

Everett Dam is a superb special place any time of year. It 8s allays breezy. The view is spectacular especially in the fall. Enjoy. Bring a blanket, picnic basket, your dog, kids, scooters, bikes... awsome place.

Beautiful scenery. They have picnic tables throughout the park and a good sized beach. The only downside was all the smoking and the water seemed a little murky.

I love it here. Wish the parking wasnt such a pain. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars. Reasonably priced.

Nothing fancy. Rocky, grassy sand on the beach. Porta potties. But if you love natural coves with turtles and birds, and pretty hidden groves to picnic, this is a great place. Kayaking here is pretty!

I love this place. Just wish they would add more porta-potties. Too many warm spots in the water.

We had a great time here. There is a huge parking lot and you can drive to the beach and unload. Plenty of shade and picnic tables- many people brought gas grills as well. It was very clean and the staff was great. Plenty of trails to ride bikes too.The atmosphere was relaxed and very family friendly. We will definitely go back!

There is nothing more irritating as a mom who loves to bring her family outdoors than disrespectful animal owners. People, gross. You chose to own your dog and that means you are responsible for picking up after them. Those who do pick up but toss their mess bags to the side is somehow even more ridiculous. The beautiful scenery is overshadowed by the severe lack of respect and mountains of dog mess. I wont even mention the leash law here...

My husband, brother-in-law, and his golden retriever, went there today. Its always so beautiful, clean, and peaceful. We take all our friends & family who visit there.

Love coming out here for a quick hike down and around the dam. Very peaceful during the off season.

I have enjoyed this park. It has about 900 feet of sandy beach and a boat ramp away from the beach. The lake/ beach area is pretty clean of weed growth both in the water and out except on the other side of the lake, which is not part of the swimming area per say. Ive taken my kayak here a couple times and I also plan on fishing here.

Walked to the Damm didnt have time for the park but could hear other families enjoying themselves.

Beautiful setting, nice Beach, plenty of parking, lots of picnic tables and grills, both sun and shade. Also, its adjacent to the dam and you can walk across it and there are lots of trails on the other side if youre up to a hike.

A lake for swimming, nice picnic facilities, great woods to explore and even some decent bouldering.

Come early to claim your spot on the open beach or one of the more closed off wooded areas. Swim. Kayak. Fish. Do as you wish for the most part. Parking is a bit away from the beach. $4 a person.

I hadnt been to Clough State Park in over 18 years. The other day my son and myself stopped by and walked around, it brought back so many wonderful memories.We talked about coming back to take some family pictures.~J~

I got really bad swimmers ear after swimming here. Both ears were infected and one is beginning to swell shut which is as painfull as you would think.

Clough State Park opens late in spring season, and is a beautiful site. There are unmarked trails that go on forever. I wish there were map trails as I could have determined how long each trail was for my 2 hour walk. Lots of picnic areas throughout the park, and a great swimming area for the family. Grate for canoeing or boating. Needs more funding and man hours.

This place its a small Oasis not too far from Manchester or Concord. It is specially nice when you go on non holiday days. You can expect bigger rowdier crowds on holidays or weekends. You can rent kayaks or canoes, you can fish, you can swim and hike and you can relax.

One of my favorite places to visit in the summer. Wish the parking was closer to the actual park, but all in all, a great place. Walking up to the dam is a blast!
