Nice Mobile Home Park! But new management is far from accommodating, cooperative or even nice.Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Nice place until you sign the lease agreement then the management will nitpick about everythingThey told me I had to mow the grass and I did the neighbor next doors grass is a two feet high and nothing said to them but I got a note left on my door saying she was going to evict meIt goes back to what I’ve seen on here a few other times the rules apply to some but not everyone. This would be a very nice place if there was different management

Nice quiet mobile home community. Yards kept clean and presentable. Tenants must abide with all rules and regulations of the park. A great place for middle aged adults that take pride in the upkeep and appearance of their home

Terrible management the mother and daughter that runs the place stays on lunch more then they stay behind there desks! there residence are treated like zoo animals after lease agreement is final so beware if you have no other options to choose from when finding residency consider living in a tent before you commit to the lunch ladys that run the place

Discrimination... if yoube filed bankruptcy they hold it against some people but not everyone and that came out of Ms Rankins mouth that sometimes they make and exception! If you make an exception for one you need to do It for everyone other wise its discrimination.... they dont want to hear anything you have to say and Ms Showalter is a hussy!

Its a very nice neighborhood.

Trailer hood is nice and quiet. But the maintance and managing stinks!

Too pricey place to live and the management is too over bearing and nit pick you to death about the silly stuff and it seems rules only apply to some and not the others
