Pretty cool. Reasonably priced units. Security patrolling and kids playing block to block. Just passed a cookout with everybody on that block chillin and having fun.

Septic leaked for almost a year. Ran under the house all winter. Parking is extremely tight allowing 2 cars per household and other neighbors use open parking instead of their own. Found the office manager to be unpleasant and a handful of neighbors to be agressive bullies. Security alerted us that owner was looking for a reason to evict us. So we moved....good luck if you move here.

We havent been living in Finns for very long but I cant agree with other reviews at all. The owner and front office have been more than helpful, friendly and kind. If you keep your property neat and clean and follow the rules, there is no problem. The rules are reasonable and keep it nice for everyone. They just put in new playground equipment for the little ones. My family loves it here!

This place is a nice place to live. Its convenient, its close to the malls and the school buses come to pick up the children. Its a very comfortable place and quiet. Its for simple people.

If you want to live somewhere where the owner and staff are rude to you, spread lies about you, not fix anything, try to evict you and lock you out illegally, raise your rent, let a film crew film on your street where you get no sleep and lose your parking to them, be accused of things you didnt do, have the security staff tell you they are looking for a reason to evict you, allow their child to have loud parties all week long and take your parking, has dealers, addicts and criminals living in the park but tell you that they need your background checked...then this is the place for you. Good luck.

Went to this place several times, all times of the day/night different days of the week.I saw that someone put that this place is small & dirty. IT IS SMALL compared to some of the others but if you think about it less is best...LoL. DIRTY? I didnt see that at all...this place is pretty well kept & you can tell that the people take pride in their trailers & surrounding areas. The trailers arent directly on top of one another either...there was decent spacing & yard area. Even though, I would prefer even more spacing...just one of MY preferences.Every time I drove through this place the residents were very friendly, smiling & waving, even the children.THE ONLY REASON, I rated it 3s is because I have yet been able to find the office open or been able to speak to anyone from it other than the grounds keeper who happened to have some humor about him.This place is on my list of possibilities.
