Management there is terrible! The guy who runs the rink is very rude. And now during COVID with no parents allowed to watch the game they are only offering a paid subscription service to view the games. They wouldn’t even let 1 parent in to live stream the games for parents at home. Absolutely ridiculous at a time like this!

Nice facility. Really good pro shop. Rinks 1 and 2 are cold; rink 3 is frigid!Negatives: they had security set up so no one could sneak in without paying the (ridiculous) $25 entry fee and had only one narrow path open and accessible for all players, coaches and parents to enter (pay) and exit the building. I was bumped into multiple times and almost knocked over twice. We had a team dinner after a late game - not worth the money($12pp). We had grilled chicken with vegetables, roasted potatoes and salad. The only available drink was water. No bread was served. There was not enough food provided for group (some declined to go back for seconds because some hadnt eaten yet. We had a similar team dinner through Olive Garden for the same price at last showcase: quality was better and had plenty of food left over.

Absolutely love this place. Just started going and my son cant get enough. The learn to skate and hockey clinic has been great. The pro shop guys have helped fit the whole family for skates and were awesome. They also have a nice full menu snack bar, and an adult bar for when the kids are skating.

Back a few years ago when I was learning how to figure skate and competing as a teen, I would come to Ice Vault every Saturday for extra ice time. (I still go once in a while) The sheets of ice are huge and very well maintained (which would throw me off even if it was a good thing lol) The lobby vs the varying rinks have massive temperature differences which is nice if youre watching your kid from the cafe all toasty and warm, but not as fun if youre the kid :P (Oh yeah the cafe is amazing as well!) Ive heard the pro shop is great for hockey too. All in all, a wonderful place to practice and Saturday morning freestyle sessions are where its at!!! :)

Ice Vault is a massive ice skating facility with multiple rinks spread out for practices, games, and public skating. For public skating, the facilities are nice, especially the ice which is well surfaced and maintained. There are no stands for balance while learning to skate, but the rink doesnt get super crowded, so its not overwhelming for less comfortable skaters. Rentals are pretty cheap and while the facility is pretty spartan, it is a good place to go for skating

Would give this place 0 stars if possible. Had an incident here a few nights ago and was treated horribly. Never had an experience where I was made to feel like a girl living in a mans world before; these people made me feel horrible over an incident one of their employees created. I was treated like a 12 year old but am an adult. The owner needs to take about 10 courses in customer service because he clearly has no idea what it means to own a place and have customers. This incident reflects more on him than the employee who carried out what happened to me. This place doesn’t deserve the money they make and I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated here. One star is too generous but I couldn’t leave the review without at least putting one. The people here are disgustingly rude and I don’t understand how this business is still going. Based off of other reviews I’m not the only one who hasn’t been treated well here. Get yourselves together ice vault; you’re more immature than me, an 18 year old girl.

I tried to use 2 different gift cards that were purchased by my mother in law and my brother in law for my kids to attend public skate, a girl named Gabby at the front counter said both cards are for the pro shop for merchandise, there is no way that they should be for the pro shop only, very unhelpful and rude Gabby needs to treat customers better and have a heart, she almost caused my 4 year old daughter to not attend public skate today, I had to pay out of pocket, very disappointed, thats why IStopped coming to ice vault in the first place, they dont even honor their own gift cards.

I used to be a fan until HS hockey play offs. They need to hire more security- had issues with the opposing team taunting our team during a game. Owner yelled at our coach for having them ejected. Step up and pay for more security! Fans shouldnt be allowed near the players during a game. Its sad when Sport-O has more security for the teams.

If youre traveling across New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania for youth hockey, then this is going to be one of the top rinks youll attend. There are three rinks, all of which are kept up well, with Rink 3 being the newest (and coldest inside!). If youre a spectator and looking to stay warm, youre in luck if your game is in Rink 1 or Rink 2, because you can perch in the snack bar area and watch the live action with a good view. In Rink 3, you might be able to catch it on an internal television monitor from somewhere warm. If youre looking for food, then this snack bar has beaten all others I have been to at rinks across the aforementioned area. There is a very wide variety of food choices from breakfast through dinner, hot and cold, and its not rink food - its good. Just dont try bringing outside food and drink in, and eating it in the food area. They also enforce behavior, so if your kids are running around and making a ruckus, then someone is likely to say something to them. However, this seems to have gone a long way toward the general cleanliness and and good upkeep of the place in general. The locker rooms are functional, and there are a good number of them.

We used to love bringing our kids and their friends here for public skating sessions all the time, but not anymore. The ice skates now have an odor, are beat up, unsupportive, and the laces are a mess; they do not appear to have been cleaned in quite some time, or at least sprayed, whatsoever. The staff was unhelpful and rude, and the food was below average and rather overpriced, too.

For open skate nights the prices are expensive although I admit to not having anything to compare to. However we came here with an organized group and the price was $5 each to both skate and rent the skates. For that price is was a great 75 minutes for my kids. Multiple bruises later but that is to be expected.
