Clean and spacious. Good fun for a long time for kids. Doesn’t matter the weather outside. The membership is a great deal. If you have energetic kids, I recommend it. I would give it more but their snack place is always closed so I recommend bringing water for the kids as they will get thirsty.

Great place to bring your kids to wear them out and let them burn lots of energy. The facility is brand-new so it is nice and clean and well-kept. The staff is friendly as well. If youre in the neighborhood you should definitely give them a try.

This place is a lot of fun for kids and adults. DONT GO ON BLACK FRIDAY(or Holiday weekend)! Went this past Friday and they were only offering membership packages. I could not just purchase a single day jump session. I had to go onto Groupon and purchase from there in order to jump with my 2 small children. To make matters worse the lady behind the counter was very nice but should not have been working there, took almost 45 minutes from the time we walked in until we actually started jumping. Other than the bad experience at the front desk it was fun and the kids had a great time.

In this place kids get some exercise, especially during winter months. Theres no dont or is good but the guards dont care much about the people who need to get off the trampoline and then it gets congested, so its good for the early coming because they have some more time for free but not for the following comes because trampoline section gets jammed. If you go late enough youll get the last half hour for free since workers dont care. Also little kids jump around in the bigger section and my daughter almost hit a couple of kids while jumping, so these guards need to pay a bit more attention. When you get here make sure to get a bottle of water since a bottle will cost you $3 and theres a place to refill water next to the bathrooms. There was a coffee spilled on the floor and took more than half hour to clean and somewhat dirty. Otherwise its a good place but less attended than other ones around the area. I have been seeking assistance on membership cancellation since June and a refund since August. I finally got a hold of an associate in Wayne after numerous voicemails and emails to Wayne and corporate. August, they reinstated membership charges without notice and despite my attempts to contact. The Wayne associate referred me to defy.com instructing I include the refund request in the online cancellation form but the refund portion of the request was completely ignored during processing. They are still not responding to my emails or calls since then. Completely unethical business practices.

I went here today and It was over all fun but something that disliked was that it was very understaffed and the only guy that was working there wasn’t friendly or welcoming. When our time was up the guy rudely told us that and when my little brother playfully continued to jump the guy started getting aggravated and began saying Jesus christ under his breath. Probably wont come to this location anymore .

Had a great time there with my kids. Mercy was super helpful and friendly.

Very disappointed. Had three kids under the age of 5 with me. Was told it opens 9-11am for toddler jump. Waited in the parking lot for over 45 min. One employee was in the parking lot sitting in her car for 30 min. By 10:15 another employee showed up to unlock the door. When I expressed my frustration I was told they were running late. And then was told in the next sentence that there is no more toddler jump and they don’t open til 11 (yet, they let myself & 2 other families in when they opened the doors at 10:15). Saw other reviews with this same complaint.

The Location was horrible, and we needed to Sign in on a screan and it did not work. We waited another 20 minutes to get a persons attention. 5 minutes later, we were one the trampoline. Than, 5 about 7 minutes later they made us get out. They said our braclets Expired and we could renew them. It was crazy becuase we got a big for 1 hour. Than we got pizza. It was horrible. After we even found out that they recycle their pizza. So bad and i am never going back!

This is definitely the best trampoline park there is everything in one. there is rock climbing doge ball and there is a course to go through kind of like ultimate warrior and amazing staff

I needed to use an expiring Groupon. I would not recommend going. Dirty, over capacity, 2 people working in the entire place, and MANY people without masks. We left. A disaster waiting to happen.

Loads of fun for adults and children. We went for my godsons birthday. He had a blast. Staff was very friendly, especially John.We did not try the food because we decided to go to cheesecake factory which was nearby. The place wasnt too crowded.The entrance was a little hard to find because as you see the sign the assumption is that the entrance is right beneath it but its actually all around on the other side.

The place is a great place for children to have fun. However the party staff need a lot of training in event hosting and customer service. They are friendly if you coach them. Attended a party and we had to direct the staff a lot. The girl was trying, but a party should be lead by their staff not the party family. I would still go back the place is a lot of fun.

I have been calling, emailing, messaging, etc. since MARCH to have my membership paused/cancelled since they are not open due to Covid. They are still charging my card without one single response in any form. DO NOT spend your money here!

The place looks very nice and well maintained alot of activities to do. Unfortunately I could not take pictures because my phone battery was low and my kids were running around like a bunch of little crazies. On the down side they did not have enough workers there today but the manager was really nice and explained to me that unfortunately she had a few unexpected call outs today and offered to give me a refund she was awesome. We will definitely go again! My kids loved it and maybe next time they will be able to rock climb.

This place is a disaster. I had my sons birthday party here last night. We had to wait 30 minutes to be acknowledged. A party that was supposed to start at 5:45 started at 6:20. We were told to arrive at 5:30 so imagine ten boys standing around for close to an hour. There was no manager present on a Saturday night. Then they overbooked parties so there was no party room for us. This was followed up with food that was undercooked and did not arrive on time.Never again and would caution others when booking a party here.

The place was great ! The kids enjoyed a lot ! But the staff look like they was miserable working there beside the rock climbing person he look like he wanted to work there and was funny person. Over all the place was great ! Maybe get staff looks like want work there !

There’s zero supervision or oversight at this place. It’s an absolute free-for-all. I pulled a seven/eight year old off a three year old after he was punching him in the face after knocking him to the ground. Worker had no clue what went on. There’s drink spills all over the place not cleaned up. Only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt here. Went for the first time today hoping to have our son’s bday here and I will never return.

I have been trying to get a refund for a deposit I put down in the beginning of March 2020, before the pandemic. Rockin jump was closed in may when my party was scheduled and I have not heard from anyone since March and have not received a refund! I have called and emailed sooo many times and nothing!!

Still waiting at 9:35am for 9am toddler time to even open the doors. More people waiting in cars because of rain. Even staff showed up late, sitting in parking lot, waiting for anyone with a key?? Will then take an hour to check-in if we even get in. Second time Ive showed up for toddler time and it was closed with no info on website - at least that time they put a sign on the door. (Oh and now we are in and nobody is working the floor only the front door so literally only the cashier showed up to work and someone filled into open the door). Get it together Rockin jump.

Its a nice facility, but there is no control and supervision at all. The staff doesnt care or just arent paying attention. The ones that do care arent even respected. I saw a group of 5 literally just walk in without paying and even not having to pay at the food court. Unbelievable! This is more of a teen hangout than a buisness. Please beware of this company. When you call to cancel membership they will constantly try to take money from your account every month, claiming you cant stop membership until you pay them for three months. I cancelled membership during the pandemic when everywhere was closed and they expect that I continue to pay.. Jokers!!

This place is great for toddler time. It is a good value and the spaces are not crowded or overly strict so that the kids can just enjoy themselves. However, my daughter recently turned 7, aging out, and I am not a fan of the all ages time. It is way overpriced. At these prices we could go to a premium museum all day, especially since my kids mostly have to dodge bigger kids and adults during the all ages time.The reason I am writing the review though is to bring up the atrocious woman that is the only cashier when the facility opens, Barbara. She has a terrible attitude, is rude, and is incredibly slow as she fumbles through each transaction. I get there 10 minutes early because it takes that amount of time to process one person. God forbid I am not the first one in line! Everyone in line becomes exasperated as the line snakes out the door. Every friend I have spoken to about the place is flabbergasted by her. I honestly cannot understand how management continues to employ her. At the very least, add another cashier! I am not exaggerating in the slightest. I consider whether I want to bother with her when I decide whether to take my kids there.So bottom line, get there early and try to go to toddler time is it is an option for you.

We had our nephews birthday party there today and TIANA our party host was amazing. As somebody who has worked in customer service she really went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. I will recommend this place for birthdays because of Tiana, she should really be management.

Great place, loved it. The only thing that is taking 5 stars away from my review, is the quality of staff. My son was almost knocked out several times in the dodge ball court by some high schoolers, he is only 7... he reported the misbehaved teens to staff, they did not do anything to handle the situation. At the check in desk, we waited 1 hour on a Thursday... there was only one amateur lady at the counter. I hope you take this review seriously and handle your issues with your untrained staff.

Great party experienceWe set up my step sons birthday party here. Check in was efficient and easy. Our party host, Sebastian, was awesome and took care of everything...soup to nuts. We barely had to do anything. The kids had a blast! We highly recommend this place for a kids birthday party.

Always a great place for a kids party. The staff was great and very attentive to the kids and making sure everyone had food or drinks and was having fun.

The place is nice but it is too much garbage around, very disorganize, it is a chaos, not too many staff members; so people take advantage and play without control. I hope they make changes for good.

Do they have no control over this place the lines were long it took 2 hours for me to get my pizza. The management did refund me for the food. And offered me an extra day of play. This is the only reason that got three stars instead of 1.

This place is bs. I tried to cancel my membership they gv me really hard time. Every time I go there to cancel it they said I have to go online. I tried online was not working. Customer service is key and there wasn’t any at this locations. This is a family place and there was no structure. I had my 15 month old always get run over in the 6 and under section because there were older boys jumping in there. All the staff was on there phone. You couldn’t tell the difference from the clients and workers. The bathrooms where discussing to say the least. I was there for two hours and not once where the bathrooms cleaned during my visit.

This place is EXCEPTIONAL for kids and young hearted adults. :)

Would recommend not going here. The staff alone is horrible. Not at all what is advertised on line. Repairs are not made, the staff are more worried about being on the phone than the patrons.

The rock climbing is great when open, for some reason they close it God knows why, not that clean but acceptable, like the optical course and big trampoline. Dodgeball Id great as well, need more staff to supervise the floor.

I loved this place because my whole family enjoyed it

First it is very expensive. Secondly if you go on a busy day there is not enough staff at the front even when the line is out the door. The sign says if it is your first time here sign the waiver. I have been many times in the past and obviously signed the waiver. What they dont tell you is that even if you do sign the waiver it expires and the system had no memory of you. So after waiting 40 minutes in line to get in the staff tell me there is no waiver for my kids so I have to step out of line to go back and sign the waiver. Ridiculous!

My son loves this place. It actually makes him tired. It has seating and massage chairs for parents. Food and drinks are a little pricey, but that is to be expected. Its great for rainy days.

Very nice staff! Nice trampoline rides for children. I went with my cousin and my sister and my mom. Pay with cash and credit and debit. My favorite ride was the ride were you jump in too the pit with cubes! Great trampoline park for children! Very nice!

I have never been more angry at a place for being so inept in my life. I dropped my phone in the tiny x-beam foam pit and let the members know immediately. I was unable to find my phone right away as time was up, and I was told they would clean up the area right after closing. For 4 days straight, I sent over 50 phone calls in which they lied to me saying that they would clean it up and none of the team members actually looked for it and ignored me every night. One night they even told me they looked but couldnt find anything but will look again. They kept promising me that they would find it at the next cleaning but they never did. One of the managers told me I could come by personally to find alongside the workers.When I arrived, they told me without a care in the world, that I only have a few minutes because they want to close and dont want me taking all night. I just walked past them, dug, and found my phone within 4 MINUTES OF DIGGING. I cannot believe these are employees, if they just LOOKED for a few minutes like I begged them to, then I wouldnt have complained. I am dissatisfied with this service and it couldve been much more professional in every way.TLDR: Find anything you drop here yourself, the maintenance manager and night employees are a joke. I was polite through and through but these people are the worst.

I had my son’s birthday party on a weekday. It was awesome. Staff was so helpful, they did a great job supporting us with little things we forgot and our guests at the party said they had great time. Thank you to everyone at Rocking Jump !!!

Entertaining. (Entrance is in the back opposite of where the big sign is. -1 star). Photo booth was a nice addition.

The price is to damn high for kids to jump only for a hour for that price they should enjoy about 3 hours than only 60min of jump time. Over all, the kids enjoy it they had a blast I had to carry my daughter out because she didn’t want to leave.

Always a nice place to bring children where they can burn off a lot of calories while having allot of fun. Summer special rates are very good for their 30 day pass. The place is clean and well maintained, staff if friendly and they have pizza and snacks for sale. Parking is in the garage and you have to pay for it.

Giving one star because zero isn’t an option but that’s what they deserve. Staff was terrible they stood all together socializing instead of being at their stations and ensuring the well being of all the people, which by the way is their job! The “Team Leader” even came up to the main floor and joined in the conversation. I had to reprimand Other peoples children who were not following the rules and we’re putting my children and others in danger. It was sad to see a place whose main customers children had employees who didn’t care about the safety of their customers

Definitely not recommend it for kids birthday partyWe had birthday party at this place with two hours reserved for fifteen kids. Kids enjoyed first hour, went for pizza and decided to go back jumping. At this point they were stopped by staff, not allowed to jump anymore, telling us place at capacity and they are not allowed to jump anymore. The party was pre-paid in advance for two hours and we had to explain all kids they cant go jumping anymore and have to wonder around for forty minutes until they are picked up. Eventually they gave us one hour coupon to be used later as fiscal compensation but the birthday party was ruined and this is why I would not recommend anyone to have one there for their kids.

This is great for kids. A few of the floor activities need to be fixed - theyre wobbly.

So I want to give 5 stars & I want to give 1star.(So I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and go 3 stars)- 5 stars because my son and I have the time of our lives every time when we come. We only come for toddler time on the daytime mornings when he’s off from school. My son is 3 years old, and during toddler time it is not busy at all, and we’re able to enjoy all of the areas that if it were regular time a couple are roped off for 3 year olds.So for all of this, including the memories, 5 stars.- The 1 stars that comes to my head is for cleanliness. I hate to say, but the jump area is just not kept clean. We came today, 2/21, around 9:30am, when they only open at 9, the amount of filth in both the jump areas and the lower areas is just unacceptable. This amount of uncleanliness could not possibly be from the only 30 minutes that they were open. These types of places where children are present MUST be cleaned with bleach on a nightly basis.

Have bought almost $1000 worth of services and regret it. The physical location is good. Workers like mgr Hugo, Mercy and others not so much. Go to skyzone!

Clean place. A bit hard to find. On third floor of back entrance. Was a bit too crowded. Kids had good time and was a Groupon discount, however, wait for activities we long.

Summer Hours:11-8pm for public, and 9-11 for toddlers.Better than skyzone.

The place is clearly brand new and still has to figure out small things. But the staff was amazing. The manager on staff checked in on us and asked if it was too dark for my niece and godson. My godson was too afraid to try the obstacle course and Nick encouraged him to try even if he fell until he finally tried. Honestly they had a great time and the staff was great!

Place is a good place to jump for the kids but how can you possibly charge 22 dollars for a one year old that’s only gonna run around and bounce a little I feel like a got robbed with a gun to my face how can you charge for under 2 y’all should be ashamed of your selfs

Pretty bad customer service, Im calling to confirm my party and they have me waiting for more than 40 minutes. If you have a lot of customer, hire more people! I wont book a party with them anymore! Pretty bad experience.
