Awesome experience. Many many seasonal scrap booking ideas and items available. Staff there are over the top Ready to assist and are just great!!! We drove 3 hours to go there specifically due to great experiences in the past.

Selection is amazing. Class offerings, based on samples displayed, make me want sign up for everything! Love the friendly staff. They’re so kind & patient in answering my many questions & helping me think through what I need for my class or project. Helps me stay (sort of - ish) on budget.Can hardly wait for Halloween Carousel! Maybe the Holiday Journey too!!!!Y’all gotta go to the Crafty Scrapper- plan an hour to really do it justice.

Love this place for all the amazing new things I can find there. Lots of different themed papers and cool kits for adults and kids to do alike.

If I could go negative on stars I’d go negative 5, overpriced product and classes. Also preferred treatment of owners friends when it comes to sign ups for events, if there is 25 spots guarantee 10 are filled before it opens up by people who don’t even have to pay up front! Very rude staff and stuck up atmosphere. Lots of gossip about other customers and stores while you’re in there shopping too! Current quilt class is a rip off, kits retail $199 online and she’s charging $300 plus $25 a class times 6 THEN you’ll pay someone $300 or more to quilt it??

Very helpful. They took the time to listen to what I needed and show me the best option to get my project done. I recommend them for all kinds of crafting needs not just scrap booking.

The Crafty Scrapper is the premier scrapbook/card making/altered art store in the DFW area. The building is located on the historic town square. Their product selection is amazing and the staff is friendly and ready to help. They also offer a wide variety of classes, sometimes bringing in well-known artists in the industry. Dont let the short drive deter you. Make a day of it and spend some time antiquing.

Omg I was blown away when I entered this store! Carol the owner and everyone else was so nice and helpful! If you have not been to this store you need to! They have so much stuff for crafters I love this store and will be back!!

Took the wife to get the new Tim Holtz stamping platform. They only got 30 and theres over 130 people on the waiting list.Fortunately, she signed up months ago. She also picked up some half price items and a case for the stamping press.Friendly staff and a great selection....

I started shopping here many years ago when I visit my family. They always have a great variety of supplies not just for scrapbooking, but almost anything ur heart desires that ranges all the way to fabric crafts, card making, & mixed media. Wish I could get up this way more often. I hope all Waxahachians truly appreciate u guys!!!

I wish I could give this 2 separate sets of STARS. On one hand the selection and store is GREAT which would earn it 5 stars! But on the other hand, its almost impossible to enjoy a stroll around the store when the teacher (who is extremely loud mouthed) is spending your entire visit complaining about her personal life to a large group of women in the back area of the store who look like they are there to enjoy a day of crafting and/or classes. I definitely saw some eye rolling and unhappy faces in the crop space. I cannot blame them, she was making me miserable as a shopper just hearing her go on and on about some issue with her in-laws. This last part should definitely be worthy of several negative stars! Seems to be quite a bit of drama going on inside the store when you are trying to shop or play. Its quite sad actually as Id have liked to return and shop again but I will not be back, as this was an awful experience.
