My twin grandsons and their baby brother all share the same birthday!! Urban Air provided a fun, clean, and exciting atmosphere. Our server was excellent!!

I brought my son here and he had an awesome time. They have alot of things for kids to do and is affordable. However, the white lady at the food stand with short curly hair was very rude to all of the kids. She would roll her eyes at the kids after telling them to stop running. She also was very rude to a mentally challenged boy who went to the food stand for a drink. I witnessed her yelling at other peoples kids and look like she hated her job. This is a place for kids, so if you dont like kids you should not be working there. Other than that, it was fun.

UPDATE: I have changed my rating to five stars because after months of dealing with the corporate office and no resolution, the owner of the Waxahachie Urban Air took it upon himself to call them and advocate for my request to cancel my membership (solely controlled by Urban Air Corporate offices). I feel like he listened to my concerns regarding my children and their safety and made it his goal to reach a resolution we were comfortable with. Thank you Cody!I am very upset with this park. I understand many places are open despite rising COVID cases but I do not feel comfortable bringing my children into this park. This gym debited my account for the membership fees that had been recently on-hold without any notice or even notice the park would be opening. It charged me BEFORE they had officially re-opened their doors. I have plead with them to please let us cancel our membership and they refuse to do so. In fact they are the only company who has refused to do so. The last correspondence between myself and them was for them to freeze my membership 60 days and here we are a month later and they are trying to charge me again. I tell you this is just what families need during these times. A kids gym holding them hostage to their membership fees and constantly trying to debit their accounts. I will never do business with them again!UPDATE: I urge you to never join this park/company as a member! I have been contacting their guest services since March trying to cancel our membership. I understand we signed a 12 month commitment when joining the park but obviously could not foresee a pandemic taking place. Membership services continues to try to debit our account without notice after freezing it for the initial 60 days after Covid hit. Even though gyms across the country are waiving fees and my own adult gym waived membership fees, this kids gym only cares about the $$$$. I dont care what their sanitization practices are, it is being said this virus spreads through the air. I do not feel comfortable with my kids coming to this enclosed gym where I am sure smaller kids can run around without masks and play. My kids wont keep masks on as they are 2 and 4. Urban Air does not care about this. They want a single income family to pay $130 to cancel our membership (remainder of the contract) so they will stop trying to debit our account. Meanwhile I am sure they have gotten all kinds of government kickbacks for their business losses and closures. I am sure this will be a great story for Waxahachie Daily Light, Ennis Herald, and other news outlets just waiting to call out businesses taking advantage of struggling consumers.

Today I came with 4 grandkids and was met at the door by Jorge who was so amazing!!!! He checked our temperature and helped me get everyone checked in then tagged up. The kids then ran happily to areas of fun . The number of participants was kept low, everything was clean and they were vigilant in making sure to keep everyone as safe as can be!!!! What a great 2 hours of quarantine relief! I love this place!

Nice layout. Went for a birthday party. Staff were friendly and helpful. My son had a lot of fun.

Its a great place to take your children it has a reasonable price and the staff is very friendly, the only thing I would suggest is make the VR and the zipline a little cheaper but other than that everything else is great highly recommended my son always has a blast

Went their for a birthday party and they couldnt even include pizza as part of the package, and all of the kids kept getting told that they needed to get off trampolines because they were restricted to a certain risk band color and the place was dam near empty.

*Disclaimer (I never write reviews either way, but felt compelled to do so in this instance as our experience has been particularly horrifying).My family had several unsavory experiences at this specific facility between the inappropriate television shows being displayed where depictions of homosexuality, inappropriate sexual behaviors, and generally provocative behaviors were within my childrens viewing. I had to answer questions from a 5 and 6 year old that I was not prepared to answer, nor even think about answering at that time. My children were exposed to fights between teenagers who decided to make this facility their rumble spot and extremely inappropriate language for a self proclaimed family-friendly atmosphere. Furthermore, I purchased the membership for each of us and tried to cancel the memberships. When I spoke to the Waxahachie locations manager, she had no idea who to contact other than corporate. When I contacted corporate, I learned that their membership department does not even have a phone extension. You have to email them and wait for a response, plus that department closes earlier than the others. Once my contract was up and they said I wouldnt be charged anymore, a random charge after two months of not being charged was posted to my bank account. While the Mansfield location has better leadership and is a more family-friendly environment, the way in which corporate handled the complaints I submitted and the membership issue, my family will not be returning to ANY Urban Air facility.

Had my daughters 6th Birthday here, she had a blast! The staff is very young but polite and nice! The only thing I would say is that they dont have enough staff members to be at each jumping location. I have a baby so we went to the toddler area and there where big kids running/jumping all around the smaller kiddos. Also in the wipe out area there were kids just doing whatever they wanted since there was no one to monitor them. I will say the pizza was way better than expected though!

Fun fun fun. The kids get to jump, play virtual reality games, drop zone, basketball, obstacle course, wipeout, etc. They love it here. I love that they have monthly memberships for unlimited fun. You cant beat that!

This a is pretty cool place for the kids and the adults too. The Deluxe Membership is only $8.99 and gives you access to the whole park. Socks are included in the membership price. The food is okay and could use some improvements since you are not allowed to bring in your own food. Overall its a good time for the family. Thursday night seems to be the best for us because its not crowded at all and the kids and do anything they want without having to wait in line.

This location is just absolutely amazing. The people, the staff, everyone just goes above and beyond. The atmosphere is just WONDERFUL. The park is always so fresh and so clean 10/10! The owners are pretty great too!

This is so great for all kids all age under16 great for them to spend their energy and fun. You can even have a birthday party

The kids like it. The membership was a trap. They wont let you cancel it. There are NO exceptions. You HAVE to keep it for one whole year. Worst idea I ever had if it werent for the kids liking it every so often.

My kids always enjoy jumping and being able to show me new tricks they have mastered.

Man man man... the waste of money at this place here... spent $265 odd dollars for a party in which no food or drinks could be brought in.. got the deluxe package.. again. $265 .. but since i got a table they said we could not get the pizzas... now i knew i should have went to a better place.. a place the kids could play and eat for almost a total of $265.. or less.. but now on top of the so called deluxe package i have to buy a pizza which is $14 each!! $3 for drinks... this has now cost over $300!!!! And all they get is 2 hours!! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!! Do not waste your money!!

After speaking with the owner of urban air waxahachie I am revising my review. We did have a couple of issues with the party but the owner made it right. He also implemented some changes in procedure. He was a pleasure to speak with...i look forward to continued business with Urban Air Wax.

For the price u pay to book a party is already somewhat pricey but another thing to have horrible customer service. The girl helping with the party was not friendly or very helpful. & then u go to order pizza & theres a sign no pizza or hot dog sorry for the inconvenience really its a Saturday & kids love pizza RIDICULOUS!!! This place needs more training

The overall experience was average. The policy about not bringing in outside food is sensible; however, better quality of food should be provided especially since the cost is separate from the party package. Also, this was my sons first time visiting Urban Air so I purchased the Ultimate Attraction package for his party; and, when we entered the facility, we were underwhelmed. For the price, I think the experience should be a little bit more extraordinary. I rated Urban Air based on the ratings that the children (13 year old boys) gave at the conclusion of the party.

Parents bring yourself a red bull and ear plugs, your gonna need both too keep up. Kids are literally bouncing off the walls

Lots of things for kids of about 6 to 16 years old. Very noisy inside (concrete floors and walls). Kids really enjoy this.

This is a weekly go-to for us in Waxahiachie. The VR is pretty consistently broken and we have had several bumps with the almost universally teenage staff there but as a whole a great time per much every time. I mean it’s a bunch of trampolines and foam pits...

Lots of fun. It can get a little pricey depending on how many people you are bringing. Works great for cold or rainy days

I worked in the hospitality business since I was 20 years old including running a cicis pizza. This is probably the worst environment Ive seen. I can certainly appreciate a busy Saturday afternoon but staff appropriately. the jousting pit had an employee running back and forth between the pit and dodgeball so kids were just fighting and punching each other. small children just walking into the vr area and taking guns and messing with the people playing the game. Family restroom has a plugged and overflowing toilet. first time here with my son and also my last.

Havent been there in a year or so; and I was pleasently surprised to see a lot of improvements! (Albeit a little more gimmicky-some attractions cost extra now and we just had to figure that out on our own) it would have been nice to be explained that as I paid (as a group paying person)The feeling I get now when I walk in is more about high quality feel, and special occasion celebrations. Its clean and fun and loud. Staff was energetic and friendly (which was impressive for the time of day we visited)We were part of a group/party package ticket which can be engeniously split up and paid for in chunks. That is a huuuge logistical win for event planning people thinking about holding an event here.2 minor nitpicks-The flashing led lights are a little over the top for a place that is a sensory overload already..... (maybe Im old )The 7 and under trampoline area is blocked off and seperate (good) but aaaaall the way in the back (bad) it makes it difficult to sit centrally and watch having different aged kids.

Dont go there its not worth your time because the manager doesnt treat all the kids the same.

Went for a birthday party the host we got was rude was never there for the actual help. Only came when it seemes like she needed to push us out there for the next birthday party.

Fun place. Somewhat affordable. Pizza is DELICIOUS my ONLY complaint is the BROKEN COUCH I sat down not knowing it was broken and the wood frame hurt my back pretty bad. Yall need to fix it or throw it away.

Prices are a bit high. The park is fair. Safety monitors are a joke, all young and not even trying to keep things safe because of playing around themselves. Have yet to see another adult other than the occasional parent with their kid. I can not see how this is rated #1 for parties. Waste of time and money.

I prefer to check a places reviews it possible before going and taking my kids there (usually based on favourable reviews from customers).However, this is one place I will NOT be taking my children to. And it is not because of bad review by a customer on here, but because of a REPLY given on here by the manager/owner (to a customer giving a less than favourable review)...If the customer giving the review gave a less than satisfactory review and didnt give any specifics as to whom she went with WTH are you people thinking naming everyone she went with when she went to your establishment?? What business is it of YOURS to name who she was with that day, and more importantly naming off her CHILDREN and THEIR AGES? If she didnt mention any of that info in her original post (which she didnt) then you shouldnt be digging up someones private information or information about their kids and putting it online...That was one of the most disgraceful responses to a customers review (by an owner) that I have ever read. SMHDefinitely, not going here ...EVER.

Used to be a great teampoline park, but they remodeled and took out half the trampolines. Now its just for little kids. Clueless front desk staff makes front desk lines long. We have gone twice this year and one attraction or another is always closed.Good thing they dont have much competition in Ellis county because it has gone down hill.

Came here for a birthday party this evening. My first time being at any Urban Air. I brought my 5 year old nephew and my 11 year old niece. Most kids there were older which made it harder for my nephew to enjoy the spaces. There were also only 3 floor attendants which I found not enough for the amount of people. The dodge ball space was filled with all ages and the older kids targeted the younger kids. The only space I saw that was designated for younger kids “7 and under” was still over run with older kids and even teenagers. I guess the place is fine for older kids but I don’t feel safe bringing my nephew back.

Great fun for the kids. The music is a lil loud, but its all good.

It is fun however the staff doesnt seem to enforce the rules when it comes to the kids removing themselves from the ball pit etc. Kinda seems like someone could get hurt if a kid fell into another one.

Always clean and my son has a great time! Reserved the party room for his birthday earlier this year and everyone enjoyed it. The pizza is surprisingly good and the hostess was a big help.

It doesn’t deserve 5 stars because of the cleanliness issues I consistently see. I take my brothers and friends to Urban Air many times and usually its a blast. The equipment is well kept and I see very issues with them. They have fun and the snacks are usually pretty cheap or reasonable. The prices are alright with the membership making it great. My mom bought them monthly memberships which made going to UA super affordable and worth it. They get a snack and access to everything which is great.However, the amount of trash on the floors and the dirty tables that the employees take forever to clean is a big issue. I see employees standing around except for a couple good ones. Most are teens or people who are rookies that don’t know so much. Its tough when there are a ton of people at Urban air everyday but thats no excuse to keep 5-6 tables dirty and the floor lookin nasty. Also, if 2 people are in the massage chairs making the alarm go off, don’t wait until I mention it to you to tell them to politely get off. Had to hear the constant beeping for 5 minutes. Very annoying.

Horrible ! Membership issues made it to seem as if our fault then he couldnt do certain things because of his level of membership. He was the ONLY CHILD THERE AND WAS TOLD RUDELY THAT YOUR MOM NEEDS TO UPGRADE .

It was my 2nd time visiting on my childs birthday and one thing that irritated me is I played to chaperone my kids and when I went on the ninja cords the lady from the staff said i couldnt go with my 3 year old it had to be one at a time to go in that was rude but the first time i visited they didnt care if we did that 2nd one of the staff members didnt see 2 grown kids fall on my 3 year old they just whistle and tell kids no if they jump on mats.etc for a sat they was over compatitated with people i think they should make it bigger if they are going to throw birthday partys with more room. And last but not least the front staff wasnt friendly after I checked in. They need to explain the packages better for what you buy.

Upon visiting my family, we had nothing to do...until we found this place! There is literally nothing more fun! The upkeep was good, the trampolines fun, and the staff phenomenal, especially Robert. I can’t think of a more model business established then this. I’m sure to come back!

The manager at this location is rude, & is only about $$$ not the safety of the kids, or if the customers are satisfied. Someone took my little cousins uggs and the manager wouldnt even view the video to see who did. & there was a camera pointed directly at the cubbies. Makes me believe a staff member could have stolen them. If you want to go to a trampoline place go to the one in Cedar Hill, or Arlington because this place is all about the dollar...

Great place for the kids to get out some energy. I do wish they would be more lenient with allowing outside snacks and drinks. Staff is friendly, area is clean and well managed.

Their parents night out is a joke the building is still open to the public it’s very dangerous I thought I was taking my kids to a safe night of fun supervised by adults when it’s not there still people coming in and out of the doors NOO supervision why I have a parents night out program if you’re not going to actually utilize it correctlyUghh I was able to walk in grab my kids in leave and did not see but on staff members cleaning tables

Great place kids really are having a good time. Just wish that they would designate a playground for 5 and under only. There are way to many 11-12 year olds dominating ( in pure fun). But sometimes it gets a little to rough for the little ones on the back corner playground with no urban staff monitoring. But all in all a great place for kids to have fun!

I love it. If your children are getting hurt or its because they were careless and triesmd to do things like backflips like they know they cant do.

This is a great place for your kids but they are a rip off. It went from 6$ for my 4 yr old and 8$ for the other child which was fine and then she said your total is 23$ Im like what and only for a 1hr. And dont get your child birthday wrong they will make you pay for what u put in the system cause my daughter is 4 and her friend is 4 but cause I put her info in wrong I had to pay 12.99 for a 4yr old 6.99 for my daughter.

Over priced? Maybe a little. Fun? Absolutely. (Also, its very clean which I appreciate since so many children come in and out of there.)

It was a little pricey for what they offered. There werent to many activities that my Granddaughter was going to be interested in.

I like this place based simply on the fact that my kids lover it here. It is a great place for kids to go and just go nuts which is what all kids need every now and then. Staff is usually friendly and have never had an issue with our visits here.

We came in well aware that there was only 30min left until closing and was prepared to pay for the full hour anyways. We have a toddler so 30min is plenty of time for him to burn off some energy. However we were turned away because the computers were shut down for the night. My son left in tears. Nobody even apologized for the inconvenience.

Amazing that this town finally has something other than the movies and shopping. This place was super, fun and enjoyable. Definitely a place to take the kids and let loose.

Cool place and all but its really under staffed and the fact that you have to jump barefoot or buy a pair of Urban Air socks is completely outrageos. I do not understand why we cant wear our own socks and why we would have to buy a pair of some expensive socks to jump in instead of barefoot. This to the point is VERY unsanitary what if someone had athletes foot or fungus and infected your trampolines. Plus its not like you clean them every hour anyways? Another problem is the dodgeball games. There is no staff there to whatch the games and enforce the rules of dodgeball. Instead you go in to just aimlessly throw a ball just to realize i could be doing this at home.

The grandsons loved it so Im very happy. Will come back. Maybe even do some birthday parties here

DO Not go it is a very dangerous place.. My son broke his Leg there the people were very rude and careless.. The workers were only worry about the water and did we sign it..Childrens hospital has had a lot of kids from there with injurys Please PLEASE PLEASE dont go to this place.

I had a great experience at waxahachie urban air because of Robert, he was a lot of fun to play basketball with, he made my experience 100 times better.

The kids have a grand time and the workers do well with the kids.

These staff members are lazy they dont do there job I think theres need to better employees like the parishot it needs supervision all times kids just jump in there at once it not safe get better at it Urban air
