Great place to get in some laps. The drop in for the hardest run is pretty awesome. Its about a six foot or so drop.

This place is great!! Kids loved the jumps and tabletops on bad rabbit. Green run was surprisingly fast and flowy. When you get to the bottom however it is a bit confusing as there are no signs telling you how to get back up! A nice kid playing at the playground pointed us in the right direction.

The workers were friendly & helpful! We had a great time with our friends having fun! $10 for a session is an amazing value!

Its absolutely beautiful! Great hiking and biking trails. Scenic and peaceful. Could definitely spend a day with your family and friends. Picnic areas and a playground for kids.

We had a Blast tonight at Sylvan!!!! My family had sooo much fun!! The temperature was 14 degrees, perfect weather for tubing.The runs didnt take you quite as far as other times but the new snow played a huge factor in that. Gotta love Mother Nature!!! The staff on the other hand was very fun and entertaining. A big shout out to workers: Justin (aka Bob), John, Aaron, Ben, and Tyler. We would gladly come back anytime when they are working!!!!

Overall a fun experience, the staff was friendly and occasionally cracked jokes. The bottom of the hill didnt have snow but their was wood chips to help you slow down... the inter tubes are wrapped with a canvas material on top with handles and have a stiff plastic material covering the entire bottom of the tube. It was so nice having a pulley system to take you to the top of the hill.

I love going here with my younger brothers. Expect to get wind burnt quickly going downhill so bring snow goggles and dress warm. I recommend bringing 5$ per person because you are going to be cold and hungry when you are done.

Took my oldest son here against his own protest due to his disinterest into sledding and by the end of the day he was asking when we could go back cause he had the time of his life. Turns out he loves sledding but hates walking back up the hill, they have that covered with their tow line to bring you back to the top just sit back and relax while you wait for more fun.

Had a great time! The rope pull up the hill makes it much more fun. More time tubing less climbing.

The kids enjoyed the tubing very much. We were there for a special event. Chalet was clean and warm. Staff was friendly.

Great tubing hill, kids had a blast. No issues getting pulled back up on the rope line. Warming house was a nice break when the kids got cold.

This is alot of fun... Even fun to go when the snow is melting and there is large puddles at the bottom. Worth the money if you go when there is not alot of people so you dont have to wait in line so long. Go during a Packer game and there wont be as many people.

So much fun. 6 trails to go on. Awesome time. Cheap prices.

Ive loved coming here ever since I was a kid. I brought my boyfriend from Oklahoma. It was way more of a workout than he expected.

First time my son had been here was apprehensive at first run, but had such a great time until closing, didnt want to leave. Came back for family night sponsored by parks dept, had a great time

Had a great time with son tubing. Hill was dicey and fast but worth the time.

It could have been great, unfortunately, their staff is not properly trained, I was waiting on the guy to take my tube so I could sit down and get the tube hooked up so I could go up the hill, well I handled him the stap, he said maam sit down so I was in the process and this guy had no Better idea than hooking it up without even looking if I was sitting down already which I wasnt. So the tube knocked me down, I fell on my ribs on top of a wooden railing, I couldnt even get up due to the pain. Manager made excuses like the guy was new and just trained the day before to which I replied then if you know he is not fully trained why would you put him there. Of course they wouldnt take responsibility. I was offered an ice patch and a refund for my ticket. If its his staff injuring me instead of me falling because of actually performing the tubing then they should be responsible for it. I didnt cause it, their untrained worker did.

Brand new mountain bike trails are excellent! Everything from a beginners track to the professional with 15 foot jumps and tight curves winding through the forest. Wear a helmet or you will die!

Great place for tubing its such a great atmosphere in the chalet with consessions and a fire place

It was a 5* last year...lots of deteriorating when on this past year. A lot of exposed rock and roots now. Once a smooth fun fast lap, now hang on to everything, its a bumpy ride...still fun, but not as.

Sylvan was designed and built by Aaron Rogers nuf said. This place is rad. Fish Hook is the real deal. Mini Cooper Harbor Over Flow right here in Wausau. Build up to Fish Hook and roll every trail before ripping.

What a blast! This is a must to go place if you want to go snow tubing. The runs are unbelievably awesome! My family loves going here in the winter. The concession are very reasonable and the fire place is very nice to warm up to. Highly recommend to put in your bucket list!!!

Great if you are an experienced flow trail rider. If you are not an experienced rider, bring a first aid kit. Helmet? Definitly! No matter your experience level.

Pretty good tubing hill. We picked q bad day to go. When I went in January, we just had a big thaw and freeze back over. The snow was very thinned out and icy, and they ended up closing 2 out of 3 runs because people were sliding so far past where it was safe. They tried putting mats out and telling people to drag their feet but it didnt work as well as we wanted it to. Check the weather before you go!

It was ok price was a little high and the tow rope kept breaking and they dont allow you to walk up!

Most fun Ive had on two wheels! Be sure to bring a helmet and have your bike in top operating condition before attempting. Trails are well groomed and clearly marked for quick identification. Definitely recommend!

Very cool! You are lifted up the hill on your tube and you can go down some cool sled runs. They also have nice mountain bike trails, a cool pump track, and very cool fun things like jumps and more.

Wiped out on one of the beginner holla, but Ill be going back. Very fun first down hill experience. I definitely recommend taking this course if you are just starting out.I do wish they could mark the return to the top hill better. But there are arrows once you look enough for them.

The bike park was great even though it was wet, the trails accommodated all types of levels of riders beginners to experts. Had lots of fun with my new bike.

Our school had a wonderful time but there are some criticisms. The hill staff was very concerned about safety but other staff were very concerned about leaving early (closed hill early on us at 1:50, concession stand discouraged us from buying food, etc.). Concession stand was out of several cheap items and only took cash. Pricing was changed for members of our group the day off. There was a lack of customer service by some.We look forward to returning and I hope our offices can communicate better in the future.

This park has the best downhill jump lines you can ride in Wisconsin and entire midwest, great for all skill levels.

First time my daughter and I went tubing together. Love the huge fire place to warm up by, Everyone seemed to have trouble sliding all the way to the end of the run.. Not sure if it was the snow condition or tubes or operator error, never the less still had a blast! Look forward to going again!

Great inexpensive place to rent for events. There is a full kitchen available for use during the spring, summer & fall. There is handicap access and a bathroom located on the main level that is also handicap accessible. In the winter its a great place to go tubing for a fee.

It was a bit pricey, $28.50 for 3 kids and me, but it was definitely fun and safe. I like the fact that they have a lift so you dont have to walk all the way up the hill. Several different tracks kept it from being boring and the staff were friendly.

Seems a little rundown and half the outlets in the kitchen did not work and one of the freezers didnt work and the bare wires were just hanging out like it was in the middle of being repaired.

Very pretty lots of trails and lots of wild life. And cant wait to try out the tubing hill this winter.

Great place for tubing in the winter, price is a bit high, but guess they need the money to make snow and for upkeep. Great place for family fun. Also have cross country trail and snowshoeing.

Very nice walking trails, nice outdoor experience.

I do LARP combat practice here and I love it. The park is great for the kids to play on and there is still plenty of room for the adults to do their thing.

Its a very peaceful and welcoming park, few people during the middle of the day, offers a hiking trail and during winter has hills great for sledding.

A really good inexpensive place for kids and adults. The lift is extremely help (beats having to walk up the hills).

Lady at ticket window would not not let my grand-daughter go because she was to short, but then proceeded to let three kids shorter than her get tickets. Guess you have to be a local to get special privileges.
