The course is pretty wide open with a few challenging holes. Watch out for the water on 6 lol

Fun and clean. Well maintained

Nice little peaceful spot, on sunny days or dry day days you will probably see a lot of activity here; boat landing, playground, disc golf course, baseball diamond, and pool in the summer. On rainy days it maybe abandoned but still beautiful view to sit and look at if you need a break.

Great place to go for a little walk by the river.

Great park. December divas playground, fridge golf, and a few good fishing holes, including a boat landing. Also, if the pill would be open like normal, would be even more spectacular!

First time here ever reviewing a park but this seems to be one of the forgotten gems here in Wausau. Its never very crowded. It literally has something for everyone. Frisbee golf, boat launch, shore fishing, pavilions, open space, trails to walk, playground, baseball field with formal dugouts and stands and a swimming pool.Like most parks in town the grass is well kept and the trash cans arent overflowing. Its in a quiet neighborhood and off the main road so traffic isnt an issue.The Parks Dept does close the park once the snow starts. The steep hill down to the park is straight up dangerous when the roads are slick. Glad they have the forethought to close it off and avoid what would certainly be an accident waiting to happen.

Nice small park, lots of things to do. Playing disc golf on the first 2 holes if anyone is at the park you will have fun playing as there is no respect for the disc golfers.

Very nice park in the city. A nice city pool is here. Good place to get your boat on the water. Some decent fishing here. I really like it.

This park has a baseball diamond, frisbee Gulf, and a boat launch.

Its a nice park near the river. Just really need more bathrooms. There is one on the whole grounds ( porta potty). Very difficult when we were picnicking with some elderly on the far south end. Very far to have to use bathrooms for the elderly...well and the rest of us.

I worked my first job at Kaiser 1st year then 2 more at Memorial 1968-71 fun time with great people.Was glad to see it had only been improved.

GREAT place to visit, has so much to do and enjoy the outdoors in. Everything from boat landing, disc golf, baseball diamond, childrens playground, swimming pool (inseason), fishing,picnic tables w/grills, to tennis courts.

Overall a very clean and well kept park. There is a newly renovated pool that is very nice along with being directly on the lake for easy access to fishing and boating. The disc golf course is nice and clearly marked, but I would suggest for more experienced players to move the tee box or reduce the par for better play. One thing that the park is lacking is more bench or picnic table seating. Besides the one gazebo (which is right in the middle of hole 2 for disc golf) there is little to no seating.

Quiet place with a great view, boat launch, playground and pool.

They have a great pool, its a mixed crowdAnd they have a kiddie pool too.

No slide, no merry go round but overall a great experience.

Great place to fish or watch a ballgame.

Beautiful area. lots of lake front for swimming and fishing. also a great pool there. needs more picnic tables/shelters and needs more play equipment for kids.

Great quiet park with lots to do... Tennis, Baseball/Softball, picnic tables, fishing pier, playground, large grass areas, disc-golf. Perfect for a family day out.
