I went into this location seeking a very specific brand/item. The employees here seem very friendly and were happy to assist me in immediately locating the exact thing I needed so that I could be in and out of the store quickly. It was very much appreciated. And the item I needed that day was Liquitex Flow Aid.

We enjoy shopping here, especially the sales. The kids love to do the craft project events they have.

Awesome stuff

I bought a rolling craft cart with drawers. When I got home I opened the box and took out the cardboard on the top. Looked inside and the first thing I saw was a busted drawer. Took forever to return it and the sales lady was very rude. It was n even half an hour that I purchased it and had to return it ️

First time there. Went to pick up a website order. Said to meet at framing counter. Woman at framing counter was not friendly at all. She directed me to a different spot to pick up my order. Went to registers where two workers were on the only open register attempting to help another customer. Took about 10 minutes before someone offered to help me at a different register... To find out she didnt know how to do a pick up order. Got back in line to be assisted at the other register. Another 10 minutes to be assisted by another less than friendly cashier... Left the store thinking Well I wont be coming back here!. Many other craft stores in town that are FAR more inviting and friendly...

Will never shop here again . Made a purchase with cash. Item when i got home was defective yhis stalled a project that was due for a local business!! Went in the next morning to return . Not even having the unit in my possession for 24 hours they tell me its in store credit or on my card. That makes zero sense as I paid in cash, why would I not get cash back !!! Beyond mad as this has become very stressful and delayed the project even farther as now ill have to wait 5 to 7 business days just to get the money back !! Unrealistic and unreasonable!! If I paid in cash I should get my cash especially if item was defective and didnt have for more then a few hours

I like going to Michaels when I have a coupon, because the prices are a little high otherwise. But, they have a great selection of watercolor paints!

Always a fun place to shop! Hunting the clearance sections are a blast! Sometimes you find what you want...and sometimes not! Always worth the stop, though! You never know!

A good place to go for art supplies, and frames. They always have some kind of coupon for 40-50 percent off. Lots of baking supplies too. Thats what i go for, but they have a lot of other crafty stuff too.

RE: online shopping - NONE of the chat links work and they are NOT there to answer calls, so if you have a problem there is NO WAY to verbally resolve the issue. Very DISAPPOINTING.

Rang bell 4 times for help at frame counter. No response. The bell should alert all staff. I mean, after all, they wear ear pieces. When I found someone up front as I was leaving, they said to call back tomorrow for an appointment. I would have been fine with making an appointment, but the bell at the framing counter shouldnt go unanswered. If someone could have popped back there right away to tell me that no one was staffing that counter at that time, I would have been much less upset than standing there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to show up

Dont shop here without a coupon or sale. Prices are overpriced to present a perceived value when on sale. They have regular great deals on shadow boxes and picture frames.

Very friendly staff that helped me right away. When I was checking out made sure to use my coupons to get the best deal. They had a lot of good inventory so had nice choices.

I had a great experience at Michaels. My wife sent me to pick up a hook thingy for her knitting project. I showed one of the staff a picture on my phone of what I was looking for. She dropped what she was doing to help me. Me finding a knitting tool is like asking most women to pick up a six point deep socket at Menards. She asked another associate for help. They didnt have what I was looking for and they suggested I try Hobby Lobby or JoAnns. I was impressed.

I received excellent service from the associate at the framing desk. She helped me pick out a frame for my print and framed it for me too. Thank you!

So much more then expected

Good selection, but we waited in line for a long time. When a second cashier came to help, she took whoever scurried over from the end of the line and people who were just walking up - NOT those who had been waiting in line over 10 minutes already. A little pricey, but they have good deals in the budget bins.

Michaels has a great variety of craft and art supplies, along with some fun seasonal items. Coupons are super helpful to being down costs.
