My sister rented the theater for her daughters birthday. We had 20 family members, and her daughters favorite movie played! Had a great time. Theater was very clean, staff was very friendly and had no issues! As soon as we left the staff was right there to clean for the next group of customers! It was nice to see everyone. We all stayed safe, wore our masks and stayed socially distant! Thank you Majestic Marcus Theaters!

Parking lot cinema is great! Staff were truly exceptional. From making sure everyone had a good view, to talking to patrons who didnt realize they were blocking, and even having blankets to cover the headlights of those that wouldnt go off. They even had spare D-size batteries for when my boom-box ran out of juice!

Clean and spotless. Very friendly staff. Covid spaced seating. Order food from your phone to eliminate lines.Support our our movie theaters. They need it. Majestic is doing it right.Great night with my kids seeing Croods 2. Also was a great movie.

Excellent place to watch movie. Especially like there Ultra screen theater for amazing movie watching experience. Not so much food varieties but still liked it. Also well managed and not too overly crowded. Highly recommended!

The theater here is very clean. I have never had a problem with anything being dirty or gross. The staff here are great and they know what they are doing. The management though can be a bit spotty on if they are going to help or not it seems, so if something is really bad I would not be supersized if they did not help.

They have masks if you forget to wear yours into the theater. The seats were cleaned and sanitized with strips of paper to be removed as you sit so they know which seats need to be cleaned and sanitized. The popcorn was salted just right and my experience was so good that I stayed for a second movie! The employees were very pleasant and helpful.

I just recently saw Tenet here and I loved the experience. Ive never had a bad time at a Marcus theater and they had precautions in place for covid if it concerns you. As an avid movie fan, this is one of many great Marcus locations to check out for a great experience.

The power went out in the middle of our movie in a storm. They were very amenable and gave us free tickets for more movies. Ive always had a great time here and even this time didnt disappoint

Marcus Majestic open for inside movies today, and I went and saw Unhinged which was actually a very good movie and very action packed.

Always fun to come here. They have the lounge chairs that recline, and have buttwarmers for those cold days. Everybody there is very nice and makes it easy to get in. Heres a bit of advice for everyone that is going here, if you go on a Tuesday you can get a bag of free popcorn .

Was here for the outdoor Metallica concert. Was a neat experience and staff were very accommodating.

Was very nice. We sat in the Bistro section. They have comfortable chairs and you can order all types off food, cocktails, and beverages and they bring the food out to you. The food you order I the bistro side is not to expensive, prices are like a restaurant. I had fun.

I LOVE THIS THEATER! It is absolutely amazing. Every seat in every theater is comfortable and reclines. $5 Tuesdays are my favorite and as a teacher I also get $5 Thursdays, which is such a great community thing! The other night I went here to see Frozen 2 and I walked out to I Just Cant Wait to be King being played on the piano. It was magical!

Great place. Crazy tho a movie night out was $80 for 3 people (not anyones fault.) The customer service from the popcorn person was below average. But most places are like that these days. Clean place. Still going to see movies here

Used to be one of our favorite date nights but the last two years has brought a different crowd that argues when they dont sit in their paid seat and wont leave without a scene, talking and texting during the movie and management doesnt do anything when you complain, and the food quality has gone down. Our last visit on a Saturday night had a sheriffs deputy sitting as enforcement. The whole movie experience is ruined at the Majestic and we are looking elsewhere to enjoy our movie fix. So sad...

Parking is free so you may need to arrive a little early on Friday nights and the weekends. The cinemas are beautiful. Youre experience begins outside the door with the movie music before you enter. Tickets were quick and easy to purchase via the digital touch screens and finding our theater was easier. Bathrooms were clean, theater seats are large, and the movie selection was wide.The movie tickets can be a little on the expensive side because youre paying for the entire moving going experience. Overall, I highly recommend this movie theater.

The parking lot cinema is great, its very fun to get to see movies on the big screen again.

Great theater in Wisconsin. The seating is great & comfortable. I was surprised that the seats recline and heat up. The theater even has dining where they bring food into you while watching a movie. Very cool I wish they were in Texas.

Ive been to the milky way drive-in in Franklin Wisconsin and the majestic parking lot drive-in. I prefer the majestic.Both drive-ins need to understand that cars need to park on an angle in order to get the best view of the screen. They also both need to understand that when you come in in the first 10 cars you expect to be in the first row not ushered to the third or fourth row.There are some basic differences though. The majestic you need to pick up food from the building. They do not bring it to your car as the milky way does. But the milky way has problems getting your order right and when they mess it up theyre gone so quickly you cant correct it. Ive actually had my credit card charged incorrectly because I did not get all of my food and had no idea who to complain to. I prefer the majestics method.The majestic you listen to sound on 89.1 radio station. The milky way you can do that but there is an app you can listen to it on and its also piped over the loudspeaker. I actually prefer the radio station because although Ive asked for assistance multiple times at the milky way you need to connect to their Wi-Fi to use the app and it does not work for me. I have asked multiple times and people say they will have someone sent to my car but that never happens either. For obvious reasons I prefer the radio station.Even though the milky way is an LCD giant screen and the majestic is a normal drive-in screen the majestic was better. It was larger clearer and just as bright (but their movies dont start until 9:00 p.m).The price per car was cheaper at the Majestic also. About $5.

Place is nice people are nice but when i pay almost $20 for popcorn, I don’t like it burned. Especially in a dark theatre when you can’t see it’s burned and you bite into it. I don’t want anything free I just want the popcorn not to be burned. 2nd time it’s happened to me. Please work on this. Otherwise I love this place

Nice theater, like the others in the Marcus chain. The viewing area is intimate... so, unless its a childrens movie... dont bring them. Because of that space every little sound, phone, conversation can be easily heard. This theater serves real food, so dinner and movie takes on a whole different meaning. You can also purchase cocktails and beer, which makes the experience more like watching in your home theater. Every time I go to the Majestic, I run into one big problem. The big, reclining seats are so comfortable that, if theres a slow scene, Ive fallen asleep. I tell my friends to wake me but, 90% of the time, theyre out cold also. I know, you have to sacrifice one thing for the other. Otherwise my experiences have always been good. You can purchase your tickets online and reserve your optimal seating location. I dont go to the movies often but, when I do, the Majestic is a favorite.

Me and my friend Aidan, we ordered some wings that looked tasty. we were given a buzzer by on of the concession workers, and went to watch our movie. We waited an hour, until Aidan finally got mad and we went to ask the concession worker about our wings. the female worker with blue hair, proceeded to grab wings that were very cold and the carrots that are served with them were soft, not crunchy. she also gave us ranch that was chunky and moldy. this was after we waited an hour too. disappointed to say the least. i recommend trying to smuggle your own food in.

Good experience. Good parking. Hate to complain about something free, but the bags of popcorn were too tiny. Marcus cinemas in the Falls provides a better small bucket free. Besides that..all was good.

The chairs here are COMFY AS HECK!! I love that you can really stretch out and even turn your chair warmer on while you enjoy the massive screens. It makes seeing an awesome movie even better!

Huge screens and helpful staff. Big menu with a lot of options for real food and decent drinks at the bar. Staff all seems knowledgeable.

Wonderful screen, wonderful seats. Dream lounger is amazing other than the arm rest in the middle makes it quite uncomfortable. Went to see the joker, good movie, nice staff, pretty clean for a movie theater. Nice loud and clear speakers with a very good view of the screen no matter where you sit.

I love this theater. We go here all the time. Its clean, spacious, has nice decor, and excellent atmosphere. They were perfect the night of our anniversary. We had drinks and a movie after a busy day and divine dinner.

Prefer Marcus majestic bistro, movie tavern then silver spot. Majestic better food movie eating options process. Movie tavern and silver spot have nice recliners versus more of office type reclining chair at bistro but comfortable enough. I can sleep at home :)

The inside very nice.. But they did not have a show as advertised to see Stephen Kings ; it.. Very disappointing. They said google screwed up.. NO THEY DID.. NO ACCOUNTABILITY BY MGMT.ALLOWING GOOGLE TO POST THEIR MAKE BELIEVE MOVIE SCHEDULE.. LEFT. ANNOYED !!! Also didnt see movie ...

Nobody does movies like Marcus...(okay sounding like Greg Marcus a bit but its true!! I feel so spoiled that this is my theater. When out of town traveling any time Ive been to a theater its not the same. The amazing heated recliners, and the big screen bistro, not to mention being able to arrive early and enjoy a few drinks at the bar. I love this movie theater.

Comfortable seating and employees were friendly. Found a family in our seats though and they moved for us to the next row, turns out more people came towards them stating they were now in their seats also. Theatre was COLD!

Beautiful place, friendly staff and good food. Movies are always great to watch on a dream recliner. A few points for improvement...in my honest opinion the name Majestic gives me a high expectation...with this note a few things do need to be upgraded or fixed. The mens restroom toilets are way too low Im 57 and I felt like I was sitting on a kids toilet. Soap dispensers are not automatic in the bathrooms I mean even grocery stores have automatic soap dispensers. The restaurant or bistro chairs and tables felt like they been used too many times already and may need to be tighten up or replaced. The wobble all over the place. Dont get me wrong I love this place but the little details go a long way.

Very dissapointed with thier managment refuse to serve hot food and refused to give refund. this is their new drive in style and its bad. can they at least get the parking lot fix? they park you right behind another no space too evn see the screen.

Absolutely love the majestic atmosphere. It’s great place to go on a date and more than a movie. Recently we also had a work meet and teaming event which was great.

Seating, AV quality, and choices of snacks and drinks are all good to great. Wait times in the concession lines are like waiting at Six Flags for the new ride and prices are predictably heinous, but Ive never been hassled for smuggling in my own treats, considering I pay ~ $.25 per kernel for their mediocre popcorn.

We love this place. White popcorn is delicious. Always a premier on Thursday and Tuesday is a crowd of fun loving movie watcher. Tuesday is discounted to 5 dollars. Awesome place. They even have a dine in theatre.

Nice theater staff is typically very friendly. Bar area is a nice place to stop before a movie to get a drink and you can take it into the movie with you. Food options are good, expensive but for a movie theater about what you would expect. Would be nice to have more vegetarian options. Love going to the movies that are showing on the Ultra Screen, its the best way to see a movie. If you want to go on a Tuesday you SHOULD ABSOLUTELY BUY YOUR TICKETS ONLINE AHEAD OF TIME. They sell out so fast on the day of.

After such a poor experience at the AMC theater at Mayfair mall which caused us to return our tickets, we headed over to this Marcus theater since weve had good experiences at the Marcus theater in Cedar Rapids. And overall I had a good experience at this theater. As a recent transplant to Milwaukee, this will probably be the theater well return to again and again.

Awesome theater, best ever comfy seats, recline fully with feet up with plenty of room to walk through the aisle. Wait staff services right to your seats.Grand piano player in the huge foyer, giant screens, loved it!

This cinema is by far the best in all of Wisconsin. The seats were comfortable, heated, and best of all....far away from other movie goers! (Didnt have to hear anyone chew or pick their nose!). I also had the pizza and soda. Both were really good!

The employees are always so friendly, helpful and nice. We always try to go to the bistro if we can make the movie time. The service is incredible and the menu has a variety of things: burgers, pizza, appetizers. My one complaint is we didn’t realize we could get concession snacks and drinks from our seats as well, so we got soda before finding our seats and when we asked for a refill half way through the movie, we were told they can’t refill concession soda cups and we’d have to purchase another one.

They called the police on me. Trying to enjoy a nice movie with my girlfriend on new years eve and made sure to buy tickets online to ensure seat reservations. Turns out the theater was closed due to a power outage but no notices where posted on any doors or online. I called the theater about getting a refund and they said I was past show time so they couldnt help me out even though the movie NEVER played. Make sense right?? During the time I was on the phone handing the situation, a winter storm was passing by causing horrible road conditions. I decided to wait a few hours for the snow to calm down for safer driving conditions and began watching Netflix in the parking lot on my phone. Next thing I see are two police cars behind my car telling BOTH my girlfriend and I to get out of the car. Had a 10 minute conversation about what was happening before they released us. DO NOT GO TO THIS THEATER. THEY WONT REFUND YOUR MONEY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TO CALL THE POLICE ON YOU. Im now out $32 and will never be coming back. Worse experience Ive ever had with a company; still waiting for an apology. Avoid this place at all cost.

Ticket kiosks are great for quick entry. Ultra screen, big screen bistro, heated dream loungers, sharp and vivid digital projectors, Dolby Atmos sound. Its a great movie experience. Marcus has really stepped up its game.

It is a movie theater. Bathrooms, and soda fountains are very hard to find. Need better signs.

I went and caught a late movie, the staff was very dreary. The theater was quite a mess, however it was the last showing of the day. The seats themselves were comfortable. However there was trash in the cupholder from the last movie and popcorn all over in the cracks so it just felt a little scuzzy. The bathroom after the show was just a wreck. All that being said it is 100% not the staffs fault. Its a shame that people treat such a big modern cinema so poorly.

My wife and I love going to the bistro. Dinner and a movie, you cant go wrong. Our big complaint is that the chairs in the bistro suck. Im hoping that the upgrade them soon. Otherwise we will probably start looking at other options in the area

Great experience. Good food and beverage options in a relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable recliner seating, clean restrooms, friendly staff. Kind of weird to need to print tickets upon arrival, when the code was already on our phones and couldve just been scanned....but other than that, we totally enjoyed the experience and will be back.

As a movie nut I appreciate all of the details Marcus puts into their cinema for a fantastic overall experience. The Majestic is the flagship cinema in SE WI in my opinion.

I love Marcus theaters, just not this one. Ive only been here two times and they both got screwed up. First, I pre ordered tickets for a movie and when we got there to pick up our tickets, they were sold. They told me they overbooked....I was very disappointed since that was for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. My second bad experience was my chairs not working. I told an employee about it and they told someone and I was told maintenance was coming. So I wait until right before the movie starts. I go back out and say nobody ever showed up. I was told he was busy. So I said ok and went back to my movie. After the movie.....I go to the desk and tell them what happened and stated I never got my chair fixed. After not believing me they walked with me to my set of chairs to see if it works. They try reclining and nothing...they apologized to me about it. One worker then asked the other if they should give me a free ticket to a movie. I didnt care, but I would take a ticket since I love movies. What upset me was the other worker answered, no because nothing with the film was wrong, it was just the chair. I chuckled and left.

One of my favorite dates with my husband! We often will eat in the bistro for dinner and the food is always delicious and the servers are attentive. We love the buffalo chicken spring rolls and chicken quesadillas. We enjoy being able to use the app to pick our seats and know exactly where we will be sitting in the theater. Highly recommend this theater!

Poor service at concession stand from Sherroll. Was not greeted had to repeat myself several times. Order a hamburger with just mayo lettuce and ketchup got a cheeseburger with lettuce. Had to miss part of my movies have food remade. Staff need better training.

It is amazing. I dont know where to start. The popcorn is amazing. All the other snacks are awesome. The commercials before the movie are actually interesting. They have really cool soda machines. And much more!

I really enjoy watching movies in the heated recliners. I dont think Ill ever be able to go back to how things used to be with movies. I will say that the woman how helped get our food was not trained enough and struggled to accurately take our order.

I had the bistro and had an excellent movie however they brought us the wrong order at first and its not like there was alot of people there but they quickly corrected it.

The seats and bathrooms have always been clean which is my biggest thing with theatres, so Im super happy with my experiences here.

The Majestic theater is a wonderful place to watch new movies. Constantly upgrading there sound and video equipment so viewers can have the best experience possible. The grad entrance by the concessions even at there busiest hours give people room to move with bumping into one another. They also have a few areas to sit in nice couches and chairs if you arrive early for your movie, and the bar and ice cream shop.

$5 Tuesdays....... need I say anything more? You also get a free bag of popcorn on Tuesdays. You can reserve your seat online, which is super awesome!!

Very nice theater. The dinner and a movie screen is interesting and Id do it again, but needs better seats. The seats in the normal screen rooms are top notch as is the audio and screen. Very clean bathrooms every time Ive been, which a lot of other theatres have issues maintaining. Food selection is much better than most theatres and reasonable prices.

This is my favorite theater! The seats are comfortable. The screen and sound quality are wonderful. The food and drinks are stellar. Ive always gotten great service. Marcus employs the best, at least in my opinion. This is where we see most of the movies we go to. I love it!

Went to see The Invisible Man today and the staff at the Majestic was amazing (as always). I have been seeing movies here since it first happened and I dont have a single negative story to share.

An excellent place to be they have dream loungers so its very comfortable. My only piece of advice is that you plan ahead otherwise you might be there awhile. Also check out the self playing piano.

Normally, I would say its a great theater, but had to wait close to a half hour in line for concessions. Customers around me stated they had arrived a.half hour early and were upset because they were running late for their show due to waiting around in line for about a half hour as well.
