Nice place to live, people are friendly. Parking is not the greatest, if you have a gathering, guest will have to park on the street, every home receives 2 parking spaces unless you have the space for more cars, the rest of the streets inside Meadows Manor are fire lanes no parking, which is strictly enforced! If you are caught parking on the street in the park you will be towed, tow trucks drive around the park daily.Once in awhile the park has water issues where they have to turn off the water, My only complaint with this situation, is I wish the park would hand out the notices about the shut off of the water a little sooner, say maybe the day before not the day of the shut off. Also be forewarned pets are allowed, and the owners when walking their dogs do not clean up after their pet does their business, the park could use some signs, telling the pet owners to pick up after their pets.Other than what I have stated, Meadows Manor is safe and quiet and a pleasant place to live.

Need more visitors parking. They should allow parking around the club room. Real friendly neighbor hood

They are really strict about where you can park and there is one visitor parking space in the middle of the huge park, they will tow your car even if you are only dropping someone off and the tow truck drivers are stealthily quite, so that you dont come out and beg them not to take your.The rules around the pool are so ridiculous that I am not going to take the time to list, but one they open the pool only 3 months out of the whole year and its closed on September 1st, which for our weather is pure stupidity!

Nice park, nice people, quiet, no parking for guest, only street parking for guest. Nobody is ever available at office or by phone. Not a lot of extra yard space on lots.

This is an upscale mobile home park. Most of the units are nice and new and the ground are kept well.
