An amazing venue with a deep and Rich history here in Waterville.

Beautiful stage, the seating needs updating, I think most seats are still original to this 100 year old theater. Great for atmosphere but not always comfortable for leg room.

Excellent venue!! So much love and personality between the opera house and the staff. Student and kids discount. No better place to keep the arts alive in Waterville!!

Beautiful venue, but seats have very little leg room for a tall person

The show we saw was 5 stars but that is it. 1 concession stand with 1 person working it for a sold out show. I waited 30 minutes in a line for water. It really wasnt a line because people just kept migrating into it. If they are going to sell drinks, souvenirs or whatever they need to get some organization in there and maybe more than 1 person working those stations.

Love the talent we have in Central Maine. WOH is a beautiful old theater. Its a treat to see the variety of shows offered in this historical building.

Wonderful setting for viewing both locally produced performances and streamed national shows. The pricing makes it affordable for all. The venue features a great deal of history. The only downside is you just might have to get cozy with your neighbors

For a small city theater, we always enjoy all the performances we have seen there. Love its historic feel.

Great Venue i have seen many people preform. Here from KebMo to Post Modern Jukebox. Comfortable and affordable.

This is the best way to hear a show. We saw Johnny Lang and a few other Bands. If you have a chance to see a show, this is The place!!!

This place is great! The atmosphere is lovely and the shows are always fun and engaging. Beautiful sets, too! Its clear these folks put a lot of time and effort into bringing Waterville some fabulous, family-friendly entertainment.

Went there 2 years ago with a great friend and had a blast got to see a country music concert featuring The band little Texas! had a bar, with alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks also go to get autographs at the end of the night!!

Absolutely gorgeous, sound is wonderful, not a bad seat in the house. Seating is a bit cramped for taller people but otherwise a great experience.

Perfect Setting! Perfect Pitch!What a wonderful, beautiful experience to enjoy talented musicians and the good manners of those in attendance. Gershwins Rhapsody In Blue was a personal favorite. The musicians were from Colby as well as excellence local musicians. I wish I could mention all by name. We enjoyed the featured mezzo soprano, soprano, tenor, pianist and the wonderfully lighthearted and engaging conductor. We had balcony seats overlooking the guest pianist so I could enjoy the incredible hand over hand work required to play Rhapsody in Blue. It brought back memories of my mother playing this piece while I stood at attention awaiting her nod.

The Waterville Opera House is a real beauty; restored with love and care. The acoustics are marvelous. My husband and I were there most recently to see the David Bomberg Quintet. Awesome show. See them if you have the chance.

This was my first time here and I seen Post modern Jukebox, it was great, and entertainment was awesome and music was fantastic look forward to returning again

Too bad they werent proffessional enough to mention on the phone message they would be closed on 12/23 before i drove 50 miles to buy tickets. Myself and a couple others here to buy xmas presents.!?

Wow, Just went to The Wizard of Oz at the Waterville Opera House it was amazing! The show was awesome, the set was spectacular. The actors did a great job, and the Theater was a beautiful.

The seats are comfortable with just enough room. Become a member for $25 and get first pick seating to your favorite shows as well as a 10% discount. It also come with a free ticket to a Met or National theater viewing, worth almost the price of the membership making the membership a great deal.

What a beautiful place to visit. The Nutcracker was such a wonderful show. My 4 year old watched from start to finish. Proof in the pudding.

Ive been to all kinds of shows there and have never had a bad seat or have been disappointed in any way. Best place in kennebec county to see a show or listen to music. Highly recommend. Only complaint would be better bathroom access and more room around concessions. Do yourself a favor and get to the opera house for something, soon!

Great venue for plays and concerts

Absolutely professional performances by the entire cast. Barbara Streisand would have enjoyed this immensely. Well done to the director, cast and crew.

I was amazed at how beautiful the building was. The seats were comfortable with leg room. The venue was also amazing and I would definitely see Fems of Rock again.

I have only been once but it was amazing. I cant wait to go again. The interior is gorgeous since the restoration.

Great experience, wonderful productions, only problem is some staff seems hard to talk to. Ive had some interactions with, Tamson I believe and not really great ones. Love the rest though!

The Waterville Opera House is a wonderful theater and I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great venue for a theater or dance performance, or for a concert or a meeting. The Waterville Opera House is a great place!

I really enjoy the W.O.H. theatre and many of the preformances there. I do wish however that if you are going to be charged $5 for buying tickets online that you would have the capability of printing them off. I bought mine online for convenience and getting good seats just to make an effort to stop in while in town to pick up the tickets to find them closed in the middle of the day. They are only open 11-4 which doesnt work for me very often.

Recently went here for showing of Young Frankenstein. The venue isnt large, but its a classic theatre that doesnt put on stuffy airs. The actors are local and do a fantastic job.

The Waterville Opera House might be the best part of Waterville. Local sponsors would do well to put big shows in the venue in order to bring names to the area. The only detractor is that Waterville is kind of a bust otherwise.

I was in Annie and honestly it was awesome. Even watching the shows you will tear up.

Good shows, very clean, and a friendly staff. Last time I went I was able to see Bob Marley and had a few beers to boot.
