Excellent campground, so much things to do for kids and adults. Everybody very helpful. Great pool. Super clean bathrooms. We’re camping for years and we never coming back to same place, but I think we’re coming back to this one for sure. Highly recommended. Thank you River Band for allowing us having fabulous Labor Day Weekend.
Pool was closed when visited. Enjoyed the lack of crowd. Big sites, lots of live ins. But they keep you away from them. No internet unless you pay. Almost feels like Verizon cell reception is blocked till you leave the park.
Great staff, spacious campsites, fun activities, pool and pond fun, nice pool bar, and well-stocked store. End your busy, fun day with delicious ice cream. Need a break from cooking, the restaurant has an extensive menu. Forget the tropical vacation, and camp at RB. Fun for all!
We enjoyed the weekend and will definitely go back, my only complaints is that there is no regulation to all of the golf carts that fly all over the place and we also had issues with two of the seasonal campsites that were near us. They were not tying up their dogs and every person that walked by them was attacked by their dogs. Other than those minor issues the campground was clean and has plenty to offer if you have little kids!
WONDERFUL FRIENDLY STAFF!!!Thank you to the entire staff for a great 4th of July weekend! They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great weekend. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates and they did all they could to keep us entertained in hopes of a cancellation. We got lucky enough to have someone cancel last minute and we were able to stay for the weekend. My son and his friend enjoyed all of the activities on site and I was impressed at how much they enjoyed the outdoor activities (especially capture the flag) and they didnt miss their phones and PS4s back home! We will definitely be back. I will note that this place is super golf cart friendly and almost mandatory to get to the store and restaurants also bring quarters for the showers if you are a tent camper as this is an RV based site. Their app is also very informative however there is no service to actually use it while youre there =/~Happy Camper
Huge campground with fun activities. Our rental cabin was nice with the exception of the hot water smelling like sulfur everytime we used it. The cabin would also benefit having some towel racks or hooks to hang clothes on. Pool and swim pond were well maintained. Had a fun weekend.

Huge campground with beautiful sites. Everyone was very friendly and they had anything u need at the store. Not to mention a couple of water slides and a baby splash area. Highly recommend.
Best campground in the area. Lots for kids to do. Jumping pillow, fishing pond, mini golf, playgrounds, pool ect. Great bars and adult fun as well. Fun events and shows during summer.
Tons of fun!!! If I had to take a star away it would be because the pool is always freezing cold. Not complaining though, its camping!
Water slides, corn hole, horse shoes, boat landing with canoes, basketball courts, fishing in Crawfish River, sand beach or wave pool, my golly its got it all. Everyone is very respectful and lifeguards and staff do monitor any funny business.. Check in at 2 pm and out by 1pm. If needing to dump your black take be prepared to wait on Friday, over an hour, due to contracted honey wagon must pump out for weekend guests. Security around the clock too.

We stayed at River Bend in 2019 and then this year, 2020, it was not as nice. Most noticeable was the trash everywhere. Wrappers and trash at campsite, playgrounds, jumping pillow, etc. Only one inflatable in the pond. Pool waterslide height ruler was fixed 3 times in 3 days which made 2 of our kids go day 1, 1 of the kids go day 2, and no kids day 3. Much standing water on sites after a day of rain. Sand in the pool bc they dont have the bin to walk through and nobody seems to notice the spray station. We were very disappointed in the decline of this campground.

Then you realize your mobile data is being blocked so you have to pay 4 dollars a day for their wifiThe majority of the staff are just kids who couldnt help you even of they wanted to.The water was shut off for a couple of hours with no explaination. The only nice thing was the river.

These are really nice pet that operate this park. And they are taking covid19 fairly cautious. No day passes. Wish theyd require masks in buildings. Took the grandkids; they were disappointed that only one inflatable is in the pond this year. But, since its not crowded, that really enjoyed the pool and waterslides! We had a good day!

The girl at the office decided to give away our camp site to other people without informing us. We had to share a site with complete strangers that gave us a hard time been there. We felt so uncomfortable that we packed up our stuff and left immediately the next morning. When I called the office to let them know what had happened they told me that a manager would be contacting me. Still to this day nobody has called me or emailed. Very poor customer service, I wasnt even able to get what I paid for.
This is one of our favorite campground ads to. Is it in the summer. The pond is a little disappointing this year with only one inflatable.

This is hard to rate. I enjoyed the park. We rented a park model and that was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Had a kitchen, bathroom, 2 full size bunk beds, futon, table and a TV. Nice enough. But... No shower. You had to go to the community showers and pay for one. Yes, pay for the water. The water in the park has this horrible smell. I thought I was going to puke everytime I turned on the faucet.

The constant clearing of the pool was very inconvenient. Very disappointed with that. The outside bar did a good job but a 20 minute wait each time was ridiculous. We have thought about purchasing a lot there but rethinking it.

WE LOVE RIVERBEND!! it is our favorite place to camp. me and a few friends go there every year and are more than satisfied with our trip. the food is good and the little shop they have is great. (we love the ice cream) We always have the best time on the golf carts too. the staff is so nice and very helpful. and the camp is always clean! The jumpy pillow is so fun and great for kids. i could go on and on about how amazing this camp is but then i would have written a whole essay. Strongly recommend going there, i guarantee you a good time.

Stayed there for Labor Day weekend and the last 4 labor day weekend. Great campground with good amenities, water park is great, sites are large and well groomed. The Big down fall is all the golf carts constantly playing LOAD music day and night.

Have been coming out to this wonderful place since the 80s (way before it was even called River Bend) and will continue. Ive seen many many changes over the years. One area in particular that could use a little help is the restaurant! Takes for ever to order and the quality of the food isnt the greatest. Besides that I still give it 5 stars

Great place to relax, and bring kids or grandkids to swim. Friendly staff, really good pizza to have poolside for lunch/dinner. Thumbs up!

A little pricey on the weekends for the water park but its only $5 for a weekday. They have multiple water slides, kids swimming areas, mini golfing, volleyball and a RV campground. They have a bar and restuarant where you can eat and the price is also fairly cheap for a resort.
It is amazing and so much fun. Something for everyone! Get your golf cart and RIDE!
Great place for the whole family. Additional passes for the pond and pool are unreasonably priced though. Also they have novelty bikes that you are able to rent for free, but selection is shrinking.
Drunks kept us up until 4 am !
Very nice. Gated security, My 2 & 4 year old enjoyed the swimming pool, it has slides for older kids and a kiddie section for the little ones.

We absolutely love River Bend! We go every year with our kids! We actually have a group of campers that get together every year. This is one of the top ten places we love! Everyone is very friendly! There are a lot of things for the kids to do. It would not be the same if we didnt get a trip in at River Bend at least once a year. They have a swim pond that is separated with fishing. They have a good size pool and slides. Benderz Bar and Grill has some amazing food! The staff is very friendly! Some day we hope to have a permanent site here! They have so many different things to do. Every weekend is a different theme with lots of activities for the kids to do. My kids are never board here. It wonderful that they request to camp at River Bend every year! They also have dance parties at night, which is great for adults and kids. They do have golf carts here which is nice to cruise the property and see other camp sites. I cant say enough good things about this place!! We will continue to camp here every year possible. I recommend every one that loves to camp visit River Bend!

This amazingly thought out, family friendly outdoor resort has so much to offer. Great place to hang out with your friends. This resort without a doubt is one of the best in the surrounding area. Pool is nice, pond has many different slides and floaties. Would of gotten five stars, but their mini golf course could of been better. Other than the mini golf course all other festivities are great.

Great campground. We stayed on site 46 which was very large and grassy! Very large and beautiful pool and very nice swimming pond with inflatables, but a few too many rules as lifeguards were constantly scolding, but nice having life guards available. Not fond of golf carts having to be back by 8 pm each night as that is typically when we like to ride when all day activities are done. Cart rental shouldnt be so pricey for that reason ($90 per day)! Would love to have sites with sewer hookups, but all in all we liked it and will camp there again:)
DO NOT RENT GOLF CARTS! We picked this campground because we heard it had a lot of activities for kids. However, renting a golf cart completely ruined the entire experience. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! They’ve got some ridiculous rules like 4 people to a cart which meant our family of 2 adults & 3 kids (all under the age of 6) could not be on a cart at the same time. And kids can not sit on laps, so a toddler has to be trusted to stay seated without an adult acting like a seatbelt for them. They will take your cart away if they see one violation of any rule, no verbal warning, without a refund! PRETTY HARSH! And even if you see a flaw about the cart when you picked it up, they charge you a $100 deposit for that exact “damage” they say you caused! And by the way, a cracked hubcap doesn’t cost $100 Guess our talk of possibly getting a permanent spot there is now completely non-existent! And our group of 6 families will be going elsewhere for our 5-6 camping trips per year. WE’LL BE GOING 30 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD TO LAKELAND CAMPGROUND WHERE WE KNOW WE CAN HAVE FUN!!!!

Great for an action packed family camping trip, so many things to do. Canoe on the river, water park, beach, pond with inflatables, jumping pillow, mini golf, RC race track, bingo, activity center for kids, 2 small playgrounds, concerts every couple of weeks. Not the place to go for a quiet relaxing vacation, much more of a party type vibe. Bathrooms are kept clean, pay showers, restaurant/bar on site with great Friday fish fry. Almost always packed on the weekends and fairly difficult to get reservations unless planned far in advance.
So many great things for the family to do, all while camping.

We have been coming to riverbend for almost 20 years. The amenities are nice. Pool area is one of the best we have been to. Sites are fairly large and grassy. Bathrooms are clean, and the store and restaurant are nice.One concern that has never improved over the years is security. TONS of loud golf carts with blaring music all night long. Kids smashing beer bottles. People constantly walking directly through our site. Very much a party campground. The gate pass that was given to us upon arrival didnt work and no one was at the gate to let us in. No one answered the number listed to call and no one in the office. Thankfully a seasonal came by and let us in.

Very nice and clean great place to go for the entire family
Plenty of parking. Reasonable fees. Pool looked great. Swimming lake seemed dangerous! Water had a black-green color from chemicals, and yet, people were fishing in a roped off area from the swimming area. As I walked from shallow to deep, the dividing rope and buoys were about 8 feet past water that was over my head and Im 5 feet 5 inches tall. There were floats to push around and plenty of inflatable 10 foot slides. However, these huge inflatables blocked the view of the one, on-duty life guard whose post was on the beach. Further, the dark, opaque water would make a rescue difficult, if not impossible.Because of the chemicals in the water and safety hazards in the swimming lake, I will not take my grandchildren there again. I am a former swimming instructor.
Thank you to River Bend Resort for letting us host my aunts cancer event out at the park. It always feels like home and I enjoyed going back there time and time again.

Our family stayed here for our 1st family camping trip and had a great time.My husband said it reminders him of the campgrounds he went to as a kid in the 80s but with some modern features like wifi, and waterpark, and a tiki bar at the pool for adults.So much for the kids to do and the water park and pool was the perfect size for the kids to have fun but not too big where it has Mom and Dad on edge.With it being our first family camping experience we rented a cabin and glad we did cause it was very hot outside. We rent d the 6 person cabin that was a little small and no privacy for Mom and Dad but being all together made it that more special. If you want rooms to be separate we reccomend the 8 person cabin.The campground is a hidden gem for family fun and recommend it for all families. We will be back!

My family really enjoyed this campground. They loved the pool and water slides as well as the swimming pond with all the blow-ups. Once my kids saw the RC race track, we had to go to Walmart to buy some RC cars. Game room, restaurant, pool side bar and camp store were all very good. Lots of fun to be had in a family atmosphere. My only complaint is that they dont offer full hook ups (water, but no sewer) but they do offer tank pumping service for a fee. We liked this camp ground so much that were considering a seasonal site for next year.

We enjoyed visiting enough to keep coming back. Lots of activities.Only issue I have is that people drive golf carts way too fast making it concerning for little kids on the park roads. Cars get tailgatted or passed by carts.
Great place if you have a complete RV and Golf Cart to get around. I do not, and specifically for that reason will not be back. Kids had a blast though.
I love it!! Me and my friends and family going camping there every year and will keep going there every year!! The lake//pond that you can swim in is amazing and all the big Floaty‘s you can go on are great! The pool is very fun and the little kids part of the pool is great to! The restaurant is sometimes hard to find for new comers but has very good food! Once when I went there it rained all weekend but we just stayed inside all weekend playing games.the s snack shop there has great candy and ice cream. I’ve never gotten the shirts or hats there but they seem nice. The jumpy pillow is great fun but I dislike how early is closes and that you cannot do flips. However we still do haha. We are going to weekend and I cannot wait and I really recommend going !
