Brought in about 100$ of games and they wouldn’t offer more than 40$, then after denying the offer he picks up the games and slams the bottom sega genesis game on his counter which could have damaged it. I do not recommend going here - very unprofessional.

Infinite Lives is a little gem of a game store. You can find everything both old and new. Friendly employer and employees, excellent bargain prices along with a knowledgable staff. I alwaysleave there happy.

Yes. Amazing shop, great community feel, they seem willing to talk shop about games or pop culture in general. Quickly becoming one of my favorite stores in all of the north country. For me the prices are fair for what Ive purchased. Also I think one of the owners gave me a free Hydra arcade cabinet that works so five+ stars

Mediocre customer service. Not even a hello when you enter the shop. Seems like your annoying them by asking any questions. Will never enter the shop again if the guy named Rueben is working. Such a rude individual.

Probably my favorite place to shop for games.I love modern games but Im also a HUGE fan of retro games and this store is filled to the brim with them. The staff are super nice and helpful, Ive never had a single bad encounter with any of them, and since I shop here so much they all know me.One thing to bear in mind about shopping here is if you decide to return anything you bought here you will not get a cash back refund, but instead in store credit. Doesnt really bother me but its something to bear in mind if thats something of concern.And while the store looks nice, it is a bit messy but with all the games overflowing thats probably something to be expected.Overall, this is my GO TO place when Im in the mood to buy games, retro games in particular. I look forward to returning:)

Drove their almost 40 miles found about ten games put them on the counter for price checks n they thought i was ready to buy all games for top dollar $ i can get these on the internet way cheaper but dummy me buys all of them for like 180$ at most it should been 120$ so yeah very high prices on your time n gas too so ill buy online with way better prices !!! Get real

Amazing place for the gamer of any level. Hardcore to novice. They have a great selection and decent prices. They have a good option to where they will actually track a game down for you if they can. Also a great group. Id spend half an hour sometimes just chatting with staff about games.

Always get in and out of their fast. Important when you have a busy schedule. Always have a good experience there.

If you were from the 70s or 80s, I know youll love this place. They even have multiple MaxPads for the Nintendo. Nobody ever has those. As of the date of this post, its buy 2 get 1 free, so hurry up!

Brilliant staff, with an incredible work ethic. With a very short turn-around from landing in NY and then returning to Europe, the staff diligently fixed my problem in less than 24hrs. An absolute nobrainer when it comes to computer, gaming, electronics and console repairs.

A place whare you can relive your childhood. They have atari 2600 to xbox one.

Turned in my PS3, games, and accessories for a PS4, games, and accessories. I was gonna request my trade-ins for in-store credit, and when they told me the amount I had for in-store credit, I was impressed. They offered around $150. I spent $100 for a PS4 that was $250. That PS4 works like it was brand new. No problems at all, whatsoever.

Brought my PS3 here to get a hard drive installed and got a call two days later telling me the ps3 isn’t receiving power which is weird since I had turned it on 5 minutes before leaving my house to bring it there but they have no idea what happened to it they just keep saying “I DONT KNOW” and now that I have it home and have had the chance to look at it I found that it has a crack in the front left side that was not there before so of course I called and asked if they know how this happened and I got told that they keep it on the floor and that they have no idea how it happened or in their words “I don’t know” because apparently that’s all they know how to say is they don’t know! I’m beyond angry and will be contacting a lawyer I have 3 witnesses that will agree it turned on the same day I brought it there and didn’t have any cracks or anything like that. EDIT: They made it right and I’m very grateful!

Very helpfull but also over priced

Had a ps4 fixed for power supply had no problem then all of a sudden safe mode and telling me I have no storage and keeps restarting the ps4.

If youre into retro gaming or even modern day gaming, then Infinite Lifes is the place to go. This is a fairly small store with very limited parking. But, with all the retro gaming to take you back on a trip down memory lane why would any one care. This store at times are packed with rare gems to marvel at but, dont hesitate or you just might regret it has items tend to fall in the all to normal cliché of.. Here today Gone tomorrow!!!

Its a nice little store, absolutely filled with games. More modern games and consoles like PS3 and Wii, but older ones too. Like Atari and Sega Genesis. Lots of collectables, figures, etc. Love it!

Rude AF, the dude behind the counter with glasses was very weird. great selection...place need to look a little more professional. Needs cleaning. Prices are too high or fair. Will go back because it is the only place that this town has for old games.

This game store is awesome, easily over a couple thousand PS2 games, hundreds of PS1, xbox original, xbox 360, PS4 and xbox one games. Also a bunch of NES, SNES, N64 and more games. Best one Ive been too before. Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are great and fair.

This is where I come to find presents for my brother now. He absolutely loves this store. I have only had to return one game here because it wouldnt work, but it went smooth and they replaced it. This store beats Gamestop in the mall. Come here and support local.

Great little store, I was actually reffered here by a gamestop employee. I wasnt expecting much but when we got there, wow I was impressed. If you need a console, a game, or an accessory.... they either have it or will do what they can to get it for you. Everything from original Nintendos and Ataris all the way to the current consoles. Give them a shot and see what cool things you can find around the store.

Great Venue for modern and retro videogames, Its an essential location If you are in any way obsessed with gaming, The staff is extremely knowledgeable and Ready to answer any questions you may have. They also offer system repair and modifications, unlike gamestop, the store doesnt feel streamlined. Its a good local destination with a down to earth staff.

Tried buying two games, and of course they have to locate them first in the files. They failed to come up with both, we were slightly disappointed handing over the empty cases. On the other hand, they have a sweet selection. Just hope that they can find the game if you find one you like.

Horrible place of business. Their business tactics suck. They will screw you over. They fail to answer any emails. They fail to ship your orders, and provide you a fake tracking number. Place is a rip off if youre out of state
