It was already out of most fall and Halloween decor.

The shelves were poorly stocked, but the staff was very helpful. People were following social distancing and caronavurus procedures.

I really appreciated my first time experience shopping at Michaels. They have made a customer for life. The store was very neatly and intuitively laid out so I could go from section to section just getting things I needed. Due to the incredible selection I even managed to find things I didnt know I wanted but were associated and near the things I did need. The store was amazingly clean and the staff very helpful, the cashier even helped my save 20% by signing up for a free rewards program. Its just thoughtful and considerate and when combined with their selection, I know Ill be back.

Customer service has always been great, and there have almost always been deals on a variety of items.

I went in to look for flower garlands. All they had were a handful of white and pink rose garlands, thats it in the entire store! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!

What a great place to shop. Always ask for Dawn, so knowledgable and kind. The sweetest little lady to help you with your crafting needs. This store is kept neat and tidy. The manager is fantastic as well. Never had a bad experience.

The staff are always friendly and happy to help if needed. They have a decent selection and if you cant find it in the store you can usually find it on their website.

Prices are high but they have good stuff. Staff is very courteous.

Always have coupons online as well as instore. They also have tons of sales going on. In November I was able to get two large bags of the Loops & Threads yarn for the price of one. Always be on the lookout for their deals.

I went there to get silk flowers and chalk paint to make a couple floral arrangements I had seen on Pinterest. The majority of what I bought was on sale. An associate helped me with my questions about chalk paint since I havent worked with it before. Ill be making two arrangements for much less than the price of the one I saw on Pinterest.

Its pretty good. Prices are higher. The same sewing kit I bought at a local store cost a few dollars more here. Glad I shopped around!Also the toys could be organized better instead of cluttered in a bin. They are synonymous with organization but their stuffed toy bin is wacky!I like the variety.Its pretty clean. Their check out counter needs tidying up & had some grungy stuff on it so it needs scrubbing & cleaned, often, apparently. Itd be better if the check out counter was longer so people behind could begin unloading & the counter to be stainless steel - its prettier & easier to maintain.

This is a great place to do your shopping if you were to ask me. The store contains a large variety of quality items and it is all well organized for you. The store is clean and the staff members are also very helpful and friendly. I always enjoy visiting this place.

I like yarn! Great selections of yarn and hooks. Tons of instruction books, but where are the free snatch and grab patterns? Good discounts. Too many displays in the aisles to navigate easily. Its a maze.

Two stars because its the only game in town for serious crafting supplies and the staff on the floor from framing to the registers are always friendly and helpful. Do not ever sign up to take classes here though because they will not communicate with you until youre in the door if its cancelled or in the most recent case, the instructor hasnt shown up. Ive driven into Watertown twice now for classes that didnt happen. That deserves zero stars.

They have all sorts of crafting items in this store. You go in for one thing and come out with something new to try. I love this place! I get new ideas and things to try out every time I go I here.

Usual Michaels store. A good selection of DIY projects and pre-made decorations. The staff is helpful and polite.

Store is clean, well laid out with a vast variety of cragting needs at good prices. If you use coupons, you can only use one at a time per visit however. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

This is the store to go to for any craft projects you have. The only thing i personally dont like is that their holiday mega sales, will happen with out notice and the employees there dont bother inform the customers. The normal answer is Im not sure but just check in with us. Then after the sale they will tell you oh yeah the sale came quick because we wanted to move every thing out

Waited in line for 15 minutes to check out with several more people behind me also waiting while 3 employees stood chatting. They should have opened up another checkout register.

Very nice & organized. Plenty to look at, even in the clearance section. We didnt get everything we came there for so well have to order it on Amazon BUT the employee that helped us answered our questions & explained why we couldnt find what we wanted in Michaels anymore. My husband & I love DIY so we will be coming here again!

The cashier told me exactly where to get what I needed. Was patient while I waited for my phone to bring up coupon and was genuinely interested in my project as she was in the customer before me. Wish I had gotten her name.

Nice well kept, but casher need a lesson on people skill. Older lady not very inviting, personality like a wet mop....

Go to place for craft supplies. They are very good about accepting coupons and offer a teacher discount. Nice selection.

Good selection, and the workers are extremely helpful, but seriously sparse. Theyre often understaffed, and I believe this puts unnecessary strain on the employees, and causes long waits and frustration for customers. Until the problem is remedied by management and/or corporate, Im giving it three stars, and only that generous because their employees are stellar!
