We booked our room for 3pm. We arrived at 2:55pm. The front desk said that they cannot get us in the room until the room is available. We waited until 3:15pm and then the customers in that room started coming out. They left the room a mess with beer and Vitaminwater bottles everywhere. We had to wait another 5 minutes for the employees to clean up the room and setup my son on the VR set. We were up and running from 3:20pm until 5pm. They told us the charges are $36.00 per hour and he charged us $72.00. I reminded him that they did not get us in the room at 3pm like I reserved it. The front desk said he does not make the rules and the charge us for the time we booked. It does not matter that they didnt give us the room for all the time we booked for. Plus the games are limited and not too exciting.I strongly suggest staying away from this place. Its not worth the amount they rip you off with.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Cant recommend this place for its service and VR experience enough!
