I really liked my hair. Came out Very nice. I dont remember her name, just that she was pregnant. She didnt take any breaks. Thats appreciated! Im going back soon. Thanks Queen

1st time I went, very impressed. Made my 2nd appt with the same person(Sara) and got there..she started my hair, I noticed she had been rushing, she then called another lady to help her. The other lady was extremely rough and speaking very loudly over my head on the phone and half way through the woman I made the appt with collected her money from me and left with no notice. Very unprofessional especially since I scheduled an appt with this lady. Long story short $160 later...NOT impressed with my hair at all, in fact plan on taking it out possibly next week. Will not be returning to S&Y.

I left without my enclosure on because it looked so poorly. No one knee what my plans were for the night but it wouldnt matter my hair was a disaster area for $100 then I had to pay another you g lady $30 to fix what the previous dresser didnt care to complete. $245 in total with hair cost included for a sewn in weave that was not completed the first time.

They take a lot of pride in their work. I was pleased... the only problem I had was they tend to speak a lot among themselves, are are very noisy.

I had the best experience here, the owner was very professional and the person that did my hair was very gentle and didnt pull on my edges (Antoinette). The price was very reasonable! I will definitely be going back!

It must have been a good day for me because I didnt have to wait my hair was done right away just like I wanted it! Fast and proficient!

I had a sew in installed, the stylist was the gentlest Ive ever had at a hair braiding salon so in my opinion 5 stars is well deserved, will be going back.

To begin with, I sent them a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and she gave me a price. When I got there she charged me more money. I told her to still do it because I needed it done.When she was through. The out come was so unprofessional. They used the cheapest hair ever made, my ends got knotted the next day. It was not worth the money I spent at all. I was so upset because I had a wedding to attend. I was told by family members that it looks ok but definitely not worth the money. So I know I wasnt exaggerating. If your looking for nice people, then this is the place to go.
