DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!...Rich is a scam artist!!! For two days he strung me along with moving my things from a storage unit to my home. $125.00 depost through cash app to confirm the move. He never showed, but kept in touch saying his truck broke down and he was at uhaul getting a rental. Well, he was at uhaul for two days and still never got a truck ...he lied cause i went to the uhal he said he was at and no one was there. He called me back while I was at the uhaul place and said he was 3rd in line. I knew then he was scamming me and I told him Im going to the police station to file charges against him. And I did! The detectives said he is a scam, the website is fake !! Fake fake fake!!!

They stole my money never returned my call better yet they blocked me

Best moving company in ct hands down. Very fair prices compared to other moving companies I have used. I have already recommended them to friends and family. Hope this was helpful to anyone worried about the stress of moving, I know I was. But Rich and his team made me feel very comfortable. They cared for my things as if they were there own. Very satisfied.

The only reason why I gave them 1 star is because I cant leave a review without giving them a star that they dont even deserve. Rich is a scam artist he stole money and never return my calls or texts. When I first set up a deposit on PayPal for $110 he stated his account wasnt working that I would have to use another account and the first payment would be canceled. They moved us on 5/15/18 I still have not heard from Rich or received my money back. The first deposit I made was pending for three days so I figured it was getting canceled until I look on PayPal the next day the payment went through and Rich changed the name of the account. He showed up in a enterprise truck with no equipment or tools to move my furniture on the day we had the 4 tornados. I had to buy something from uhaul to keep my furniture dry. They took 7+ hours to move some stuff and didnt even move everything I needed them to move. They lost some peices to my bed so until this day my pregnant partner and I are still without a bed. To add insult to injury, most of my furniture got damaged. He claimed theyd fix it but, again, he fails to return my calls and texts. Do not use them to move your furniture their price may sound good but they are scam artist.

If your moving and are looking for reasonable rates, great customer service then this is the company to go with. My family had to move with short notice and Rich was more then happy to come to the rescue. They are professional, respectful and treated my belongings like it was there own. I had 3 gentlemen move my family from Waterbury 4 th floor to Meriden 3 fl and let me just say this Ive never seen such hard working group of men.. I wouldnt trust anyone else to move anything for me again but Superhero Movers... Thank you Guys.. The Mortensen Family

Owner was supposedly a friend of mine, so I hired him to move me from CT up to my new location out of state with a budget truck that was rented in my name. After completion of the move I had then paid him for his services plus fuel to get back. The truck was supposed to be dropped off in Springfield MA which I also paid him an extra $50 for fuel to have a friend pick him up and bring him home. After 2.5 weeks of being Moved I received a phone call from budget that the truck was never returned. I proceeded to file charges on the owner Richard Gaetano for theft of the truck which the truck was still under my name. After the Police Officer left him a voicemail Richard then returned the truck the next morning, still 2.5 weeks after the move with the tank empty and the interior of the truck Absolutely Trashed!! As Waterbury PD has told me, Charges for theft among other charges are in the process of being filed against Richard Gaetano. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT HIRING HIM TO MOVE YOU!!!

Richard asked for $160 up front through the Cash App to move one couch from my grandmother’s apartment.After I paid him, he refused to pick up the couch, answer my calls, or give my money back.My lawyer got in touch with his ex wife, there’s apparently a warrent out for his arrest LOL.Richard is a bad bad boy.

I booked this company to move me on Monday 10/6/14. Rich the fearless leader confirmed with me by text that they would be there for my scheduled time of 3-5. At 3:30 i texted him to make sure they were still coming and I asked if they were running behind......NO REPLY......called him......NO REPLY and they didnt even answer the phone during my repeated attempts at contacting them.... i called for the next two hours and they did not pick up the phone nor did they call to apologize for not showing up or not calling. HORRIBLE SERVICE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! and after reading the other reviews I can see that I made a terrible mistake in believing they would be reliable. SMH
