Nice place to take kids, my daughter had a lot of fun and really enjoyed it. It wasn’t crowded or overly packed on a weekday.

One thing I will say it’s definitely huge, lots of space to run and jump. It’s more for kids 12 and under. The main floor and bathrooms are pretty clean but the trampolines had lose change and for a family entertainment center the staff didn’t seem to enthusiastic to work there (toddler hours) lol but it was fun!

My son, and I came for the Grand Opening for Waterbury. It was very clean, and the staff was helpful, and friendly. We loved it so much, that we will return soon.

The space is huge! Very clean! Always a staff wiping down areas. Very fun

I find the facility to be very clean and the kids had a blast
