Kids had a great party. The staff was very attentive and professional. The unlimited food package made planning so much easier to not have to worry about how much to order for each kid. We loved it so much we have booked a 2nd party this month too.

I used to take my kids here a long time ago. We just came in on my daughters birthday a couple weeks ago and saw all the updates. Its so nice! The game room is awesome and the grill, bar, and lane areas look great!

Nice with all the new upgrades, however service at the bar is slow as they usually only have one person working the bar, and they are also the ones that take food orders too.

Tuesday.... This is the place to be for bowling. Outside of that, its alright. Shockingly good pizza and tacos.

The service here is always good, associates are always helpful. At times, mostly during a rush, they do seem understaffed, but they hustle like no ones business, all while keeping a smile on their face.

Came here on Tuesday night, and it was packed! Staff was friendly and helpful. I got a drink from the bar which was way overpriced, but overall, had a good time.

We had a good time and the remodel looks really nice. Prices on everything went up since its no longer Brunswick so we wont go often but it was still fun. Wait time wasnt terrible on a Friday evening.

We come here all the time on Saturday night to play pool and have not issues with service or food. This time I went in a $2 Tuesday night and it was the complete opposite. Got there at 8PM and lanes were not available due to it being an bowling league night as well. That block off have of the lanes so the ppl that come for the special have to wait 2hrs for a lane. So we just played pool and order food. Order at 830pm and did not receive our food until 9pm and it was cold. We sent it back 3 times just to get hot fries. We finally got fresh fries by 945pm. I love this place but they should rethink joining the league night and family $2b bowl night. Not very convenient for everyone else that have to work the next day and cant wait 2hrs for a lane.

The service is so incredibly slow, they need to have more workers especially bartenders. There was only ONE girl working, so for one drink it took over an hour to get. We needed water but that was going to be impossible to get so we gave up on that...there needs to be at least 2 people working at the bar

I had a great time with my friends. Bowling and arcade. The guy at the bar gave us some free points for the arcade games, that was really cool with him. I will definitely be going there again. As long as I get some more free arcade points that is! Just kidding.

Love the bowling alley. The pro shop is awesome. Super knowledgeable. Needed some work done on 2 balls. Had me in and out in less than an hour. Ill go back everytime.

Really fun place to hang out, chill and have a good fun time. Would have give 5 stars but out chicken wings came out still frozen.

Cannot see markers in the dark... clerk would not turn the lights on,and we are the only one here.!?!?Was a one star but owner corrected the lighting for us. Everything else is very nice about this place. I recommend glowing markers for cosmic mode.

I used to come here back when it was known as Brunswick Zone. Definitely one of the better alleys Ive gone to. Service was great, as well as the burger I bought. Definitely a worthwhile visit to the local bowling alley!

Bowling was great and prices were fair, but i feel they should charge less for kids. Im giving it four stars because the food we ordered never came. After 45 minutes we asked where our food was, but the order had gotten lost. It happens, but the employees did apologize.

Food was delicious, bowling was fun! Pricy, but to be expected. Would have given 5 stars, but the customer service at the bar was very poor, I felt like I was inconveniencing the bartender person.

Great price and drink specials on a Tuesday was awesome.

Our family visits this place several times a week. some of the staff arent so great but the bartender whos always on staff is wonderful. He checks on us and make sure we have what we need. He takes great care of us there. This place is a great environment after the remodel and they have specials most days.

Good for adults, but kids must bowl without bumpers. Wait staff come by to offer drinks or food and everyone was friendly.

I have been going here to bowl for a while. I bowl on lerseague. The people and staff is extremely nice. Everyone gets to know you and you get to know them. Nice place to bowl. Consider going to other bowling alleys. Have been to othe Bowling alleys and not as friendly. This place has a good atmosphere.

Wanna go bowling and much fun? Ge there! It is a really nice place. The bartender is awesome and the mood is always awesome. I love these place and I would recommend it to everyone.

I dont know who I have to contact about poor service on calling back to book a birthday party for my son. My husband has called 3xs in the last week. I called twice today and NO ONE returns our calls. My sons birthday is this week. So upset and he loves this place. Gonna have to find another location. ASAP

This place is amazing! They hosted the Special Olympics for 2019 and they did such a wonderful job! I would recommend this place anyone take their family to!!!!

I love that this location is so close to home! The staff was friendly and helpful. They have specials every night we went on a Wednesday after 8p which was unlimited bowl until 12a ($8+ shoe rental)and we had so much fun. Its a great place for a date with food options and a full bar.

They redid this place and made it modern. Wouldnt be able to tell from the outside so don yourself a favor and check it out.

Long hair guy, I keep forgetting his name, but he is awesome! Bartender is bomb! Makes drinks like a professional mixologist! Overall atmosphere is great, family friendly and always a good time!

The staff here is awesome! Always friendly and welcoming every time I come in. Had a bit of a rough experience where my primary and backup balls both got chewed up really bad but Chris at the counter and Jeremy the Manager handled everything with class. I look forward to many more regular visits in the future!

Im a league highschool bowler and since 2 years ago Ive enjoyed my stay at bowlero (was here before it was called that r.i.p Brunswick) love the people, lanes and everything.

Its not a bad place to bowl but eat before you go because the food is super expensive. I paid $36 for a flat Coke and appetizers, appetizers that took almost two hours to get. They were seriously short staffed so I get the delay but in the end I got the food to go. So in short, go to bowl, not to eat.

I always have a good time because Im in a highschool league, but sometimes when Im in for practice and order something the waiters can get snappy if I ask after waiting 20 minutes, do you know when the food might come out? I try not to sound snappy so I think they just dont want to hear that

Has steadily gone downhill this past year. League bowl the approach is not properly cleaned a lot of the time. Staff is not friendly like they used to be. Cowtown Bowl is a much cleaner and league friendly place to bowl. Its mainly the young guy with a pony tail that has an attitude.

Came on a friday night and this place was crowded! Cost was around $20 (with rental) for unlimited bowling and their drink prices arent too shabby either. Family friendly bowling alley. Staff did not seem to care when we needed assistance though. Would still come back here to bowl.

Hosting the Special Olympics for high school and middle school students is indeed a thrilling time here. Very organized and accommodating.

Nice place but they dont serve food till 12 and ur not allowed to bring any thing in. and when u bowl at 9am. thats 3 hours with no food

Good family fun

No one working the bar, the food is over priced and most nights no ones working the kitchen either. Lanes are ok, rest of the equipment breaks down alot! Since Bowlero bought Brunswick its been a downhill slide. Under staffed, food prices went up, 4 bucks for soda in a plastic cup most places use for water cups. No lids available. Now if your just looking for a place thats painted nice it looks great! Just dont set anything on the wobbly tables. Dont use your good bowling balls as the return chews them up pretty bad. Bathrooms are as rough as the rest of the equipment.

If you got a pocket full of money or deep Deep Pockets this is the place to go but this place is so out of price its unreal the new main events blow it away it cost 4 of us to Bowl One game with shoes $51 and then for a picture beer was $21 so I would not recommend it to somebody who doesnt have much money

New ownership seems to dislike league bowlers.They have made the arcade unsafe for kids by creating a second way in/out that is right next to the front door (so someone could come in the front door into the arcade and walk out with a kid without the parents or front desk even see anything)They also have problems starting leagues on time, getting the league bowlers their 2 free practice games a week, and can’t figure out how prebowl or post bowling is supposed to work. My last straw is league bowlers kids are not allowed to do fundraising anymore!

Excellent facilities always a good time staff is top notch.... that said they could use some more arcade games and maybe fix the pool tables so we dont have to big the front desk every time we go in to pool it up...

It was so much fun today for the entire family! The staff was very attentive and friendly! They did a really great job with the opening. We will be returning! The only suggestion I have is to put a baby changing table in the second bathroom as as a trash can in the bathroom with the changing table.

Alley was clean and easy to get around. Went on a Tuesday for discount night and after a small wait because leagues were finishing, we got to bowl. The 2.22 tacos werent bad and staff was nice. I would like to see the snack bar crew wear hair nets and maybe the fountain prices not be close to movie theater costs for a smaller cup even with refills but for a first time there, I was very satisfied with the center. Good weekday fun for a good discount price.

Falls advertisements for Monday Mayhem at 8:00. They send you this email for Monday special you arrive half an hour early and they tell you they have league night until nine maybe 9:30 but the special starts at eight and they don’t have lanes which in my opinion is just pure bulls**t

Theyve updated their arcades and the whole bowling alley has been renovated. Its much nicer. The atmosphere was nice. It seemed like it had more lounging room. There were a couple things I think needed a little more attention. The first is the food. The food was ok. We bought the sampler and it wasnt all that bad but the cheese dip for the pretzel was coagulated. The second is I couldnt see the lane markings on the alley. Though that mightve been due to the black light bowling. I will be going back. Fun for kids and grown ups.

It was a fun experience. I thought it was kinda pricey, but I havent bowled in 20 years, so I dont know. Dont eat there, its cheaper to go to a cowboys game AND EAT!...... It was about $ 5 a person, per game. Our lane kept jamming (5 times in 1 1/2 hours.)

Newly renovated and can barely recognize the place now. Ive been going here since I was a kid and have seen it change many times and now with this renovation I can say it is great for family time. Huge arcade with a ton of games and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. Only reason for 4 stars is because the tables used for bowling are too close together and the lanes

Bowling was fun and had no problems getting bumper up and down for the kids. Reason I cant give 5 star is because the games in the game room were run down as nod needed maintenance. The basketball game only had 2 balls per side and you cant score much if you are waiting on the balls you come back.

Since bowlero change from Brunswick it hasnt changed much, but the place is cleaner and much better put together. And the prices seem to be better. I like this place and Im coming here for a long time way back when it was Brunswick

Nice center..over crowded..under-staffed..OverPriced!! I used to bowl in 3 leagues every week..but now only one..Cant afford concession prices..or accept long lines to get anything!! Its a shame as it was a nice place until new ownership placed Money over everything else..

Not the fanciest bowling alley out there, but if you go during the right time it is very affordable fun. The concessions are a bit overpriced. Expect to wait a very long time if you do order any food. They only have 1 cook on staff and he/she takes their sweet time to make anything.
