John Celani the Director got extremely upset and yelled at me when I asked if they accomadate children with low income or offer any programs to help low income Families.Mr.Celani stated You cant expect him and his children to work there for free !.It was my understanding the City of Washington and County through the school tax and other taxes along with Charitable donations subsidizes the Brownson House as well as owns the buildings. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Not some place to take kids to play that are competitive. Referees running things have zero sports knowledge. If your looking for fun and a participation dog tag (yes they downgraded from medals) then this is your place.

Today I had the worst customer service experience in my life. Your employee at he front door was extremely rude. When I arrived with my 5 year old son, we didnt recognize any of the players. I asked your employee if this is the 5-6-7 year old group. He told me yes they always play at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm. I pointed out that we dont know any of the kids and he yells at me you should look at your schedule. After I asked what schedule, he asked me what team my son is on let me know that they already played and it is not his problem that I CANT READ A SCHEDULE. I told him I dont have a schedule. His response: you got a schedule last week or during registration. I told him I signed up on-line. He told me: THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM. When I said that i dont appreciate the way he talks to me he yelled back the same and that I am yelling at him. Apparently he is not aware when he is yelling at people or when he is rude. I asked if I can take a picture of the schedule and he wouldnt give me the paper. After yelling that there was an issue with schedules last week he handed out the paper for me to take a picture. Apparently most parents have a problem reading a schedule that they dont have available. Very dissapointed
