I booked a birthday party for last weekend and paid half the cost of the price. I had family members who drove from out of town. When I got there for the party the business was closed due to COVID. However, not once was I notified and they also took my money knowing that they’re closed. I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone to get a refund. I will never support this business again. Unprofessionalism at its best!

Kids had lot of fun..I would Reccomend to kids over 3 year old....but small kids can also enjoy.. u can also celebrate Bradys there.

Very unprofessional, I book online during the coronavirus for my son birthday and paid for the deposit online, however they couldn’t book it because of the coronavirus but they refused to give me my deposit back. Be careful booking online.

I appreciate the place. Very convenient similiar to NC indoor playground. The upstairs area for eating a pretty small but its a great size. My son loves it and would definitely recommend this place to friends. Took a flyer to actually give to our neighbor.

This place is fun for ages 1.5 or 2 until maybe 8. Great for when you need to burn off energy on a cold or rainy day. Get the unlimited pass; its cheaper if you plan to say more than 60 minutes, and your kids probably will. The food isnt good (bring your own snacks), and parties are too expensive for what it is, but as an indoor place to bring them once in a while...glad its here!

My son and my wife love this cold weather, Oasis. I also love it, the parents there can relax and enjoy the fact that there are children for him to run and play with, thanks again Majic ground!

This place is great for kids, and the price is phenomenal. This is definitely gonna be my go to for my kid to burn off some energy.

I never knew this place was here until my great nephews first birthday. It was quite expensive for 2 hours, not much for a 1 year old to do and no face painting. The staff was rude as well.

Good place for kids to be entertained and more. Easygoing place. Though bear in mind this is a smaller place then other similar entertainment places. My daughter still wants to go there whenever it rains.

I took my god daughter here she enjoyed herself for sure! It’s an older play area needs to be ungraded. But the food took forever once you order. They were out of a lot of things on the menu (which is already limited). I suggest you eat before coming, or after leaving, maybe even order when you first arrive. It great that food is an option.

This place is like an indoor jungle gym for kids. They have slides, a rock wall, ball pit, and a video game area. On the upper level parents and sit and watch their kids play or just lounge, although there is also seating on the lower level. They serve food (pizza, fries, hot dogs, sandwiches, chicken nuggets -they have a decent menu). There is also underground parking. We were there for about 2 hours and paid $4 for parking. My kids loved it and we will be going back.

Great place to take kids to play. We were in town to apply for visas at q consulate, and the staff there recommended we check it out. It is really hard to find. Basically, go into the entrance you would use for Target and go up to the third floor.Staff were super nice. Lots of climbing for kids. There were a lot of babies and toddlers under two. A surprising amount honestly. The only downside was the little snack counter. I went to buy a cup of coffee or get a Coke and I was told, were closed. Before I could finish askin if they would be reopening given I saw multiple people eating lunch, the woman just repeated the phrase and turned around. So instead of staying longer and buying drinks or snacks from them we just left early.

This place is amazing. My daughter loves it and Ive never felt it overly busy even on a Saturday afternoon. Clean and reasonably priced! A great addition to the DC USA complex!

Had an amazing time with my 2yr old Grandkids.Everything was the perfect size for them and they had a BLAST.. LOVED IT.. Also it was roomy enough for me to go up to the top with them. Only bad part of the visit, clearly they are selling email addresses. I have so many SPAM emails all of a sudden. Tip- Use a Fake Email Address, if not prepare yourself for all kinds of non-sense. Other than that, I will be a regualr at Magic Ground. !!! Selling the email address makes this location only 3 1/2 stars

My son and I loved this place. Its nice that they have an area for the parents. So we can sit down and relax while the children play and we can easily watch them.

If it is a rainy day, too cold outside or perhaps the sun is burning way too much, then this is the place to take your kids, the staff is so friendly, they offer memberships which I think is great cause if you live near by you would def be spending less if you get one! They are also a day care during the week and do drop offs if you need go errands or have a meeting etc, My son loved it, we will def be coming back soon!

It’s okay. It’s raggedy. We went on Monday. They had staples that were coming loose, because they tried to be ghetto instead of fixing the play area the proper way. I think they allow it to get too crowded as well. My children did have fun, but I won’t make it a habit of here, unless it’s a last resort. They also never answer the phone at all. The people who work the front desk, never come back to the play area to check on anything...they both just sit at the front desk.

This is the best thing since sliced bread. Especially in the winter since it is cold outside. You can have birthday parties there, drop off your child for activities. It is the best.

Great indoor playground, kids always have a lot of fun. There is NOT good security---parents should stay with their children (this is technically optional), because there are no checks that the adult leaving with a child is the same one who came in with him.

This used to be a really nice place but it’s no supervision and it’s extremely chaotic!!! The adults running all over the children and the staff is very unprofessional except Carlos. He was awesome. Very disappointed

First time taking my niece. She enjoyed every minute of it and didnt want to leave. We went around 11ish...so not crowded at all. We will definitely be back.

I took my daughters and my niece and nephew today and they really enjoyed themselves. The concept was so spot on and kid friendly. There was so much for them to do. I even felt comfortable with my two year old, who is deaf, to run and play on her own without micro managing her ever move. And the price was awesome.

Went online looking for a same day drop-in playplace on a Wednesday evening and this place popped up. Online price was $25 from 6pm until closing. I called to confirm, no answer. Tried calling back every 30 minutes...no answer. I just showed up thinking that I could drop my kid off and make it to my dinner only to find out We dont do that anymore during the week. I was told only weekend care was offered and that it was stated on the website, which it was not. So, needless to say, I was a bit perturbed that I had to miss my dinner meeting. Other than that, my kid had fun playing at the play place during my dinner meeting time....with me there to watch her.

Its very clean, secure and funny for the children. The staff is very respectful, friendly and they are keeping the rules all time. I like this

I called in advance (the day before) to see if they were open to the public and running on normal hours because it was MLK holiday. I got there and they had closed for a private party. I was highly upset, I could have planned to go elsewhere. I know next time before getting in the car and driving all the way up there and paying for parking to call first.

A fun place to take toddlers to play on a rainy day while visiting DC, right off the metro, very accessible. Indoor play facility could use some staff oversight, for safety of children and to remove violent or reckless children not being watched or disciplined by unattentive parents, and a more thorough cleaning regime is needed.

Took both our boys there,they loved it so much and had so much fun they did not want to leave.. Prices are not bad either, 10 dollars per child for an hour, they also have an unlimited day pass which is 15 dollars per child.. Only downside is if you want to stay an extra hour then its 8 dollars per child, so I suggest getting the unlimited one, makes more sense.. Lol.. We will definitely be going again!

Normally I love this place, but after today not so much. It was so pack and they kept letting people in, we stood in line for 15 mins, after paying to get in just to get our kids to play because it was pack. A few parents kept asking the limit for people in the building and they said they were not sure. I would not go here on their busy days.

Three Four and Five. This place is for them. They run, jump, climb and laugh. The noise is a sound if children being themselves. Adults sit around and enjoy.

This place is a factory of germs. Each time I go with my two kids they get very very sick so I say I will never go there again after a month or so especially when it rains I go there again and kids get very very sick again. I am done with this place, you don’t sanitiz it Plus it’s pricy.

I have the sinking feeling Ill be spending a lot of time here being subjected to their terrible music playlists (90s pop and Aerosmith) and uncomfortably bright incandescent lights. Seriously, I might bring head phones and enjoy their free WiFi in peace.This is the type of place that I wouldnt go out of my way for, because DC has so many other (and free) playspaces. But its close to where I live and my daughter really enjoys their play-spaces. Ive been here during the week and on weekends and I would not come again during peak hours, it was total chaos and very overwhelming for the wee one. The staff were very helpful and I would trust them for baby-sitting if it were slow. And Im sure Im not the only one who thinking the membership here is way pricey.

Always a great time for the kids

Went for my lil cousins birthday party and we had the party room up stairs which was spacious and comfortable. My son loved this place he is two almost three and independent so this place allows Me to allow him to play freely . From upstairsparents area or party areas you can see the whole play area for piece of mind and you may also climb the play ground with the shy ones. The party came with a party organizer to help you set up or help supervisor( pretty much anything u need) food is good and good price. And I plan on giving my son a party here in a few weeks so ill give u a update.

If you have a young child, I seriously suggest you give Magic Ground a try on your next cold, windy, wet, snowy or allergy laden day. Actually, just try it on any day. Our family participates in one of the membership programs offered, and if you go at least 5 times in a month, the membership will pay for itself. There is an entire jungle-gym-climbing apparatus (slides, ball pit, trampoline, obstacle course, ball guns, etc.), a pretend play section that has play kitchens, a beauty shop, and art center, a wii u section (a room with at least 10 wii us for children to play with), and a hosting area in the higher tier section of this facility, in which you can purchase food, host parties, or just simply get off the main floor. This seriously has something for most children under 10. And, for those mommies and daddies with a Washington Sports Club membership, there are purchase options that would allow you to leave your little one there while you worked out. I think its reasonably priced, but realize thats totally subjective.... ~$11 for an hour of parent supervised play.

Great place for kids to play in an indoor setting when the weather is bad outside.

Over all its a nice place for kids. My child was happy.but since it was my first time there the front customer service was unpleasant.
