Ordered eggplant parm and cheese fries. Eggplant was undercooked, tough, inedible. They forgot the mayo. Terrible bread. Wont order from here ever again. Total rip off. Spend the extra few bucks for a better place.

Unbelievable, I order a calzone and wings yesterday evening during the peak hours to get fresh hot food. Boy was I wrong, I received a calzone stuffed with bad meat. The food was musky and the pepperoni had a sour and sweet taste which indicated a form of decay for pork. I immediately threw it away but unfortunately I still got sick. Beware. I tired of food establishments in our community who highjack their prices ($28 for calzone and wings) and in return you get poor quality food. Whats wrong with people. Never again, Im done!

All I asked for when I placed my order, is for my pizza to be sliced in smaller pieces, which makes the cashier so mad that, he literally throw my box of pizza on the counter, instead of handing it over to me. A very nasty customer service experience. The Cashier, a Latino looking male with beard, needs to understand that executing good service is part of the product.

I’ve had pizza from here before and it’s been just okay. This most recent time I’ve order from Manny and Olga’s I was told I would have between a 25-35 minute delivery time. It’s been over an hour and I have still yet to receive my food. I call the restaurant every few minutes and no one answers as if no one is in the restaurant. If they are closed because of COVID-19, let your customers know so they will go somewhere else. I’ve already been charged the cost of the pizza on my card so I’m under the impression that the entire thing is a scam.

I had the Mad Greek and the Greek fries. OMG!!! They were soooo delicious! The cheese combinations on the burger and the fries... nothing else like it! Need 1 in Columbus, OH.

I eat out fairly regular, so I decided to try this spot because I love pizza and they have a lot of ads on TV. I’m very disappointed, the food wasn’t good at all. Pizza, no taste, no cheese, hardly any garlic sauce, just not flavorful at all. Chicken, not fully fried, asked that sauce be on the side for this reason, messy and soggy chicken. Not a problem we won’t be ordering from here again and hope they pay attention to this review

Ordered this on Uber Eats. First off I didnt realize that I ordered this place. I thought I ordered something called Wings over Washington. I got the order and it was completely wrong. No fried and missing a bone in order. Honestly if you can, just avoid ordering from this place. The food was mediocre on top of it being wrong.

I went to the H. street n.e. location. A wide variation of menu items. Some items a little on the pricey side but worth every penny. The subs are heavy and the pizza is full with a light and airy crust and texture. Delightful.

Its open late with a wide variety of food. nothing tastes really horrible but nothing tastes really great either. Definitely serves a purpose.

Salty, stingy with the sauce. The pizza looked better than it tasted. Not a fan.

Terrible Customer Service. Staff are very rude. Also If you call while they are busy, they will pick up then hang up the phone without saying anything.

You can try a wide range of Italian dishes at this place including their eggplant parmigiana and chicken parmigiana. They also have an impressive range of salads on offer that I often have for lunch.

Placed an order, told it would take 1 hour. Called at 1.5 hours asking eta. Half hour later (20 minutes after eta), told that they would take 20% of check. Driver finally showed up... without my food two hours after I placed the order. At least they refunded my payment.

Fraudulent. Placed an order directly through Manny & Olgas website and they contacted GrubHub for delivery. Order arrived missing $15 of merchandise with the bags all stapled shut with the receipt on the outside. Took about 30 minutes to actually get some one to answer the phone there and they immediately blamed GrubHub without knowing the order number or what was missing and indicated I need to call GrubHub. When I indicated that I order through the M&O website and had no receipt or payment to GrubHub to call them about, he hung up. Despite spending hours on the phone trying to call back to resolve, all i ever got was a hang up or hold music.

This was a pizza place but my friend told me they have great wings and she was right! This was a late night pick and a great 1. We got the NBA, buffalo and garlic wings and the fries and onion rings. The onion rings were the big beer battered kind. The onion rings and the wings were awesome! The fries were good.

They deliver until 4am and the food is great. The delivery guy was fast and well dressed.

Don’t wast your time. I called in my order then I parked at a meter and when I arrived they had not even started my order. And after waiting and receiving my order I asked fo some hot sauce. The guy said 50cents. And I said really after you messed up my order you would rather loose a loyal and paying customer over 50 cents. I will never go back.

Terrible service. Ordered via food delivery app that said 40-50 minutes for delivery, an hour and 15 minutes later the delivery person arrived with only half of our order. Said he would be right back with the other half. 30 minutes after that, we still had not received our food and called the restaurant. They asked if we could come pick up the food instead which is absolutely ridiculous. We paid a delivery fee and expect food to be delivered. When we refused to pick it up and insisted on it being delivered, after asking several times when the food was coming, we were told another “maybe 15-20 minutes.” We are a 5 minute drive from the restaurant. The remainder of our meal finally arrived 40 minutes later, 2 hours after the order was placed, cold and inedible. Pizza was mediocre and service absolutely awful. Will never order from here again.

Driver did not even get out of his car. Left him my normal tip amount and happily got my greek calzone.The tomatos: oversized, undercooked.The onions: RawFeels like this was a product prepped two days ago and poorly reheated tonight.Mind you, i ordered at two A:M so a little bit of leeway is assured. We placed an order that included wings but were missing from the order. When we called, they blamed the driver but the order arrived in a sealed bag and the driver confirmed he just delivered what he was given. We have been trying to call but we keep being dumped to voice mail. We have no refund and no wings

We hit this place up very late night. The place was crowded and the line was out the door. It moved pretty quickly and the drunk customers had me in stitches. I cant rate the food because I dropped my pizza trying to get in the car. I too was one of the drunk customers.

I love the pizza - a NY style with a Greek twist. Sandwiches are hit or miss for me, aside from the traditional gyro which is excellent. The Reuben I ordered had Honey Mustard not Russian Dressing which was not the flavor for this dish.If you are ordering delivery thru doordash, Seamless, etc., I find that the delivery time is generally good, and the restaurant is very communicative should there be any issues, and does a great job of offering to fix any issues.If you get them hot and quick, try the Greek fries.

Very unprofessional staff, I tried to order online the website said there was an issue with my card but I realize my card was charged when I called they said it wasnt and it would come off, it did not. IT WAS $50, I am currently trying to get my money back. I use to love this place because the food is good and i didnt have any issues but recently its just been terrible. I will no longer be a customer of this place. There are too many options out there to be dealing with this kind of bad customer service.

THIS PLACE IS HOME TO THE BEST PIZZA IN THE WOLRD!!! The way they use their grease is brilliant and it’s probably my favorite topping. I got acne right away from one bite #YES!!! I was skeptical about ordering because of the bad reviews. I took a chance and ordered for me and some friends and the steak and cheese sub, meatball sub, Italian sausage with peppers subs were GREAT! I was pleasantly surprised! This is my new go to spot! The delivery time is pretty fast all three times I’ve ordered.

Decided to give Manny and Olgas a shot despite the low rating on Google. Regretting that decision. First, attempted to order online to get the $3 discount, but the online system would not process my payment. Then I called to place my order over the phone and asked for the $3 discount, since the online system failed. I was told no (which is fine) and then the guy said that even he had issues with online ordering. I repeated my order twice, clearly asking for a cold cut with lettuce, tomatoe, onions, light mayo, and oil and vinegar. Order arrived and my cold cut was plan with only mayo and hots. I would have given a 1 star review, but the pizza was good and they sent out another sub after I called and complained. The sub was not good, even on the second try. Pizza night will have to come from somewhere else.

All it takes is an employee that acts like they dont like their job to destroy what couldve been a nice experience for me. I go in to pick up food and the employee doesnt even acknowledge I am there even after greeting him, I then speak again and he keeps his head down and moved further from the counter. Another gentleman then came up and assisted me but that is unacceptable. No matter what youre doing and where you are, manners should be a part of you period!

Worst steak and cheese sub Ive ever had in my entire life. Second time trying Manny & Olgas food and second time getting disappointed. Will never order from here again and I caution anyone else to do so. $15 bucks for whats advertised as a 16 sub when they sent two 6 inch hoagies with enough meat to fill only one of them. Garbage. Weny there to apply for delivery job and was they racially discriminated against me. All Hispanic work there. Its clear they do no want black people working for them. I will be filing a complaint to have them under investigation for unfair employment practice.

Worst experience ever need new management and staff I often go here when I get off work late because its close to home, and convenient. Music is always loud, I have to scream over the music to place my order, and the guy is very rude and disrespectful. I always say I will never return but I always do because of the convenience. If I could give this place a zero star I would. I really would like to find and talk to the owner of this establishment. He need to know what type of people he has working there.

It was the worst experience at a take out that I ever had in DC. My pizza took 2 hrs to come out. Many customers got their food before I even received mine. I couldnt leave without it because I had already paid. My order was 263 but orders in the 300s were continually called. I was told mine was in the oven but I could clearly see that it wasnt. By the time I actually received my pizza, my significant others calzone was cold. I kept telling the staff, several times, that my order was being overlooked. It wasnt until I said I was going to leave a review that they actually took action. I will never order from Mannys again. They treat the customers with disrespect and prioritize Uber eats to make sure they make even more money. 1/10. Stay away.
