Had a ball here last night, the customer service was a amazing and they had open bar until midnight. I highly recommend.

This place has a lot of potential and need these guys to start creating returning customers rather than counting on getting every cent from anyone who gets into the club. drinks are kinda pricey and if they go a little cheaper, they will likely attract more customers. overall, its a nice place to go to on a busy night. can be a lot of fun.

Nice venue. Very spacious and with air conditioning for summer partying definitely a plus ! Rooftop was nice with plenty of seats.

My group called ahead to check pricing, as some of us are 21+ and some are not (we were told that there was no cover for anyone before 11). When we arrived, the people at the door insisted that the information we had received on the phone was wrong. They had us step to the side and stand in the rain while they went to check on it but never got back to us. They decided on the spot to let everyone 21+ in our group in for free, splitting us up when we could have gone to a better venue if we had known the prices. It was disappointing to have received incorrect information without much followup and unreceptive customer service after we had been excited to join our friends for a night out.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star, worst customer service everyone was rude especially Rebecca and Sergio, never have I experienced such disrespect! They kicked me out for no reason and my friend too they wouldn’t refund us our money and we hadn’t even opened the bottle at that people were sitting at our table unwelcomed, overly priced and only one floor was open! I would recommend Bravo Bravo if you want to have a good time. Never again will I waste my money there

Agree. So much potential for this place, but it’s over priced for no reason. The Aesthetic of this place is nice, But should not be the reason for charging a 20 entry fee; nor $14 for a skimped drink; that a bartender will comp to make full profit in only cash paid tabs. That’s deceitful. This is why there are so many bad reviews. Also the bouncers are just mean for no reason.

First and last time going. I went last Friday night with my family. The girl taking payment told me it was $20, when I asked her how much it would be for the rest of my group, the bouncer must have thought I was talking about myself because he quickly stepped in and told me I’d be charged $30 because of how I was dressed and how the owner wouldn’t approve of it. Fortunately the girl taking payment was having her own side conversation and didn’t listen to his comment. I asked her again how much it would be and she charged me $20. Once inside people are usually just standing around, this is a 18+ on Fridays, and I only went because we had someone who was 19 with us. We didn’t know if you were under 21 that you couldn’t go into the roof top. The security member pulled me aside and told me that if I gave him a $20 he would take the X’s of my family members hand and allow her to go up. I declined to pay anymore to this establishment and we stayed away from the roof top. Drinks are overpriced, taste cheap, and they charge you gratuity without you knowing. If you and your friends are over 21+ I’d suggest going elsewhere, plenty of other nicer places in the DMV. The experience here is not at all what you’d expect for the price that your paying.

I gave this club/bar 3 stars only because I really enjoyed the DJ they hosted.We had bottle service and they were very attentive with regards to that however overall this place was a dump!As a lady, I have never seen a more terrible restroom. They might as well have lined up Porto-potties out back. I have seen nicer restrooms at a festival. One stall didnt flush at all so you basically filled a toilet bowl with piss. Only one sink worked. There was zeroSoap, no paper towels and the hand dryer was also out of commission.Im usually not one to complain. It takes a lot but this place will not get repeat business from me.

Amazing space. Highly recommend it to anyone who is trying to find that new spot in DC. As someone who has been going to events in the districts for years, this is the best you are going to find out there. Fantastic deejays and huge bars on all four floors. Rooftop is amazing as well!

This place sucks. My friends and I each paid $20 to get in. We go into the club and theres a total of three middle-aged men there; legit, the club was empty...a ghost town rather. The place was dead and they ripped us off so bad. This place is a scam. Dont waste your money.

The actual bouncers were nice, but no one knew what they were doing. We were told the rooftop was open, walked up the four flights of stairs, and then told they werent open yet. This happened four times. When it finally got busy, the door people were handing out wristbands and I was asked for my ID three times because the people handing out the wristbands werent the same who were checking IDs and everyone was confused on who was doing what. We signed up for the one hour open bar and the bartender was serving people seconds and people who just got there before serving us. We were waiting at the bar for 20 minutes. We even had tip money showing in our hand. He went in no order. I would highly suggest going somewhere else. Shadowroom was really nice.

I went to this Bollywood party here which itself was pretty awful. But the club also sucks, the bouncer strip-searched me like I was walking into a high security jail. The acoustics and the DJ scene is also horrible.

No one was dancing which I dont really like, and the crowd seemed to be 30-45. Being that Im 21 I didnt really expect that. But the staff was amazing. The place was clean, and I overall had a good time.

I loved the music, but unfortunately many people were smoking weed and my husband is in the military so we couldnt stay. If thats what they have to allow to keep their customers- thats sad. Theres no way the staff couldnt smell or see it.

Eden is known for having some of the best rooftop parties in DC during the summer. I will give them that. However, the party doesnt start until about the last hour of the day party. The only thing that I think is outrageous are the price of drinks. About $15 for top shelf like Hennessy & Patron. Not worth it because they show no love!

Door staff was extremely rude and unwilling to provide a description of the environment inside. Paid $20 for rooftop access after getting free entry via an eventbrite offer. Bar staff on the first floor took the liberty of adding on a generous tip.

We were staying at a hotel on the next block, and the noise from the rooftop bar kept us up until 3 am the two nights we were here. The front desk staff at our hotel told us theyve been trying to remedy this but have been unsuccessful so far. I would ask the owners of this place to consider how they would like being forced to stay awake during their sleep period. This disregard for other people in the neighborhood is truly classless. No wonder so many of their reviews are terrible.

TERRIBLE CLUB. RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! This place is a hysterical joke. First off I went on a Wednesday and bought my ticket before hand on the social life dc portal which seemed to be a smart and convenient option.Secondly the short Security man with the dreads and dark eye holes is a conniving ulterior motive bearing drone for the promoters. Apparently if you buy a ticket off of the website, it becomes invalid after 11:00 PM and they are able to charge you a price that puts $20 in the promoters pot & $10 to the troll looking security guard. They are looking to hold the line until they can bust your head for the price instead of enforcing the promotions completely and with effort. After the promotion was over, That same balding deadhead troll with the dark eye holes tried to charge us $30 dollars a head to get in on a Wednesday night. I laughed in his face, exposed the games they are playing(even though they dont care...) and left. Terrible club. Terrible Service. No Business Integrity. Over-priced. Management is non-existent. Please once again look for another venue and heed this warning otherwise be ready to come all the way out of pocket with no return of investment.

Me and my friends decided to give eden a try and it ended up being the worst night we’ve had! First off they make up their own rules on pricing and form of payment. According to other reviewers it just confirms my suspicion that they’re racist rude people. Once we went in there was absolutely nothing going on. The music wasn’t great, people were just standing around, there were more security guards then guests. I go to the bathrooms and there’s a security gaurd standing in the bathroom directing people into one of the two stalls like if we’re stupid animals lol. Of course being 20 i wasn’t allowed up to their crappy little rooftop. I went back out and was very kind and asked for my money back. I talked to a security guard and even he agreed I should get my money Back. Of course the girl collecting the money is greedy and she made up this absurd lie that I was in there for more then 25 minuets! Again I told her she mistaken and playing nice I said I’ll even just take a percentage back. Of course she tried to get away with what she could. Two security guards then escort me away from the line and tried to get rid of me. I wasn’t going to let them take advantage of me like that, so I warned them I would call the police if they didn’t give me back what was $40 To walk into an awkward living room and walk back out. After about 20 minutes when the cop began to arrive they tried to shut me up by offering me half back But in the end I got all of my money back. Don’t waste your time! They’re money hungry pushy people just bad vibes all around, just want to warn Everyone, if your looking for a good time eden isn’t the place.

The bouncer with the beard and dreads is SO rude! He claims to own the establishment but why are you checking IDs and letting people in then? I was in line for the ATM with my friends and he went off yelling that we are too deep in his establishment. He put a bad taste in our mouth so we didnt even end up going in. He literally jumped out of his line to yell. Very disrespectful to first time guest. If Im going to spend my money I would at least like to have a pleasant first time experience.

This club is awful, the customer service sucks. I went outside to get some air, as soon as I went outside the bouncer (was a woman) snatched the drink out my hand and told me I can’t have that out here without even asking me to politely go back inside and finish my drink or throw it away. After that walked away for 2 seconds and was told I was not able to get back in with my group, and I get that cause that’s their rules but I turned around and the bouncer let some people back in while I was sitting on the curb watching.Then they told us we had to move away from the outside of the club and go down the street at 3 am in the morning in dc... just 2 females.Security was also harassing me and my friend all night like come on now.... I will NEVER COME BACK to this place EVER!!!

Whoever is in charge of the security (which I believe is an independent third party) should be fired . The way they to talk to customers is very disrespectful. They are super rude and sound like robots. As a business owner myself, i would recommend the owner of Eden to change his security. I think that will be a very wise thing to do on his/her part.

NYE wasnt bad if you got there early. The open bar was decent but contained to just the first two floors. Im glad we didnt get a table though, it wasnt really closed off and people wondered away with a lot of the swag from the tables.

Went to Eden last night for a Caribbean event... the place was packed great crowd, typical Caribbean event However.... the management decided on a 90 degree night that they were gonna play with the air in the club! One minute they had it on then took it off... despite the many complaints and despite seeing alottttt of patrons leaving and the few people that remained to support the promoters stood standing and having to use flyers to fan ourselves they still did nothing to fix the situation. It was wayyyy too hot in there Eden you need to do something better about this situation

HOMOPHOBIC FRONT DOOR LADY?...i hate thinking of people this way but only thing I can think of when Im singled out NO..youre going to pay $20, dress code no sneakers now ok cool if thats your dress code but 2 people in front of me were wearing bright red high top sneakers and the other all black vans I was wearing all white high top supras and 2 other people that came with me were wearing sneakers too air force 1s and the other black and white vans...wasnt the first time this has happened to me at the front door but it was the first time I told my partner Id make an effort also were with friends and didnt want to spoil it for anyone else...they didnt enjoy the music or drinks and my partner nor I will come back because of her, just starts the night off wrong

The worst service ever, the Asian bartenders have nasty attitudes cause the tip is already included. They gave me a dirty glass and told me the wrong price of drinks. Now I remember why I didnt like this place. Thanks I will take my money else where.

My experience comes from Halloween Night. After hearing amazing things about this place from a friend I thought that it would be a fun time! Well I was WRONG! I didnt even make it in because of false information from their website. On their website it said that if we added our name to the list we could get in free before 12am. I was there before 12 am. But when it was time to walk in they still wanted my friends and I to pay $24! I dont care about the cover! But its the fact that on their website it said I wouldnt have to pay a cover. So that wars a huge turnoff. Also the fact that they tried to make it up by giving 2 drink tickets. I was just turned off and walk away. I will NEVER go back again for that simple fact that they have incorrect information on their website! Update the site and stop trying to say we just havent taken that down yet. Its only up there just so that you can get people do the door only to still charge them.

Bad service, only one bartender was working on new years eve, it took so long to get a drink that was overprized. We paid for tickets to go on the third floor but were never allowed to go up. All the employees were very rude and unprofessional. The bar was so hot and cramped. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would never go back.

Friends wanted me to party w them at this spot. Last minute, no table. Been to multiple clubs in the D.C. Area, not to mention other hot clubs in Las Vegas and Miami (Omnia, Drais, Liv, etc). Paid $20 to get in bc.. I wore Retro 7s... First of all, they have like 3-4 levels. I feel bad for the ladies in heels. I would have felt better if she just charged me $20 to get in the club but for wearing Jordans?? Regardless I paid the 20 and needless to say, it wasnt worth it. I know a lot of clubs dont allow sneakers but those are upscale clubs, Eden should not be classified as upscale, more like a middle school dance. Restroom attendant is rude, kills the vibes. The club claims to be upscale but theres not much upscale besides the steps. Never will I recommend anyone going to this spot. Plenty of other spots worthy of a Good Saturday night. *Kanye shrug
