Obsessed with Toolbox. I’ve only attended a few reformer classes, but love it already. Crystal was patient and encouraging during class. Location is unique and not hard to find– just enter alley behind Bareburger. Easy peasy. The space itself is stunning...intimate, well lit and so cozy. I am already looking forward to my next class here.

As an event planner, Im constantly looking for amazing venues in the area. I recently coordinated a wedding at Toolbox Pilates Art Studio and I cant wait to work there again. Not only is the space phenomenal, but the staff is great as well. Im so happy my couple chose this location. I recommend this space to anyone for any event (wedding, birthday, corporate, etc).

Irena is a true professional and pursues her job with joy and energy. Wonderful facility.One suggestion: its stated address is 1627 Connecticut and that is impossible to access. Please post a permanent sign on 1627 as to how to actually access the facility. Why this has not be done before is a mystery. Please correct it now as older people tend to rely on addresses and this causes a bit of an issue.Other than that major matter, the studio is a wonderful venue and Irena is the gem in charge.Sincerely, Michael Mills, the father of the bride.

I am not going to lie, saying that, Toolbox Pilates Art Studio is a venue, like no other I have seen! It welcomes and intrigues with a red door, the inside of the building is no less amazing, full of spectacular works of art, and a huge round window to sum it all up. No matter, how you look at it, Toolbox Pilates Art Studio is one of the most artistic, romantic and creative venues in Washington. Having Your wedding here, will make the day the most memorable event, not only in your life, but in Your guests lives too! RimasFilms had the best experience filming a wedding here.

Location is very hard to find but beautiful. I was very excited to try the CoreAlign class and do pilates that way. I am NOT athletic but I was excited and am starting my journey to be healthier and maybe even fit. Vivian the instructor was the worst person to encounter in this journey. She made me feel like I was wasting her time by being in the class. She mas mean in an eye rolling and constantly sighting kinda way rather than a tough love bootcamp instructor type. For a small class there wasnt any going around and correcting postures which wouldve been nice. One of the girls in the class even mentioned after that it felt like she was picking on me so it wasnt just me taking it personal. If youve done Core Align pilates before you would probably enjoy this class, if youre new and not fit and flexible, you will probably experience the same thing I did so keep that in mind when paying for this very expensive class.

As a wedding photographer I was very impressed by this place. Its very artsy, modern and unique place for weddings and other events. Highly recommend this place for weddings and other kid of events!
