Art installer failed to follow directions from designer/ elevations given. Some of the art was installed in the wrong location and the only way I was told Georgetown would fix it was to charge another install fee. I tried working out a deal through email and the fellow I was emailing with stopped responding all together. The other pieces that were part of this job were installed in the proper location per the elevation given. Thank you.
