So rude, the young lady and man were both extremely unprofessional and gave us unwelcoming tones and the way they spoke to us just made us feel uncomfortable and we left. I’m sure if something happened that night or they had a bad day. But they need to understand that you don’t treat people like that. I will never be coming back.But I will say the shop offers some interesting stuff and the store was clean with a modern look.

LOVE this store! The owners--Shani and Mike--a married couple, are AMAZING! They are very knowledgeable about their product offerings and make you feel extremely comfortable the moment you walk through the doors, no matter what you may be into. Its a judgment-free zone! Visiting the store is like going to an old friends. Store is clean and well-organized, and the products are reasonably priced. What are you waiting for...GO NOW!

I came in here today to buy 3 pairs and shoes and other miscellaneous items, totaling to over $400. When I first got here after my obnoxiously long Uber ride the sales lady told me they didn’t have a restroom I can use (I have IBS so I was pissed). I explained I’m going to drop a lot of money and that I was annoyed. I left, found a restroom and returned to buy my items. I ordered 2 pairs of boots and bought a pair of heels upright. The lady was on the phone with a manager/owner for 15-20min after I picked out my items. Store was clean and all but I’m disappointed. Also, they didn’t have one lingiere set in small.. order more if they sell out fast. Common sense. They had only 4-5 pairs of heels to choose from.. I expected a bigger selection.

Harts Desires is my favorite adult novelty store in the DMV. Great customer service.
