Shamrock Village

Christina was such a pleasure to work with. Got us in a place in such a short amount of time. The homes are mostly lived in but look immaculate inside and out. So affordable as well!!!

They are finally redoing some of the roads in there so thats a plus. Lots just look too small.

Trailer Park which leaves slot to be desired. There is no laundry mat. There is no park for children. If you have children there is nothing here for them. Keep looking people. The lot rent is outrageous it is 400.00 per month.

Clean little park with retail within walking distance.

Lot rent goes up yearly. Plus you have to put up with constant nagging from the manager via notes left on your door. I actually got a warning about TREE SEEDS under my steps that I hadnt swept up. All this while dogs are being tied out in the sun, doors are taken off houses, couches are on porches, fireworks being set off-- none of this ever seems to be taken care of but if you have TREE SEEDS, youll have to pay them $50!! Or $200 if you have dirt on your house! The manager jokingly told me when I paid my house off she would have to find other things to charge me for--she wasnt joking!! If I could afford anything else, I would go. My advice to anyone considering moving here is to look elsewhere.

Mobile homes are older. Yards are not well taken care of. Lot rent is outrageous. They have no play ground for children. To close to highway 30 which is very dangerous. Many semi accidents in a 7 mile range. From semis running red lights.

This 112-site community is located in Northern Indiana. Shamrock is a clean and professionally managed community with a pay it forward attitude. Many parks, restaurants, and lakes are within walking distance of the community. Friendly place to live!

This place is a joke...only lived here for 7 months and have a notice of eviction everyday over petty things...like tree seeds under porch....or need to mow and I have no grass my lawn is dirt...the park mananger Christina has nothing better to do then pick at things and her favorite word is eviction...I wonder if she goes home at night and evicts her husband...Im not the only one who is tired of it we all...hell if she cant find something wrong with my place she sends a note on my door about the neighbors... ridiculous...if she keeps leaving things on my door she gonna have to start sending them to my attorney....

Fairly quiet

They changed the day that rent was late to the 6th when its late not the 7th like it has been forever and didnt give notice till two days before and now I have a late fee because of it guess who would of paid a week ago if it was due on the 6th????? This guy. Hope you like this one star review Im sure there will plenty to come.

Its a nice place.... Some of the kids are mean to smaller children but its a nice place.
