This location is smaller than other ones, but its so nice and calm. Staff is very friendly,food is good. My 9 year old loved it, she wasnt bored.

The tap card play is difficult for children to understand when they dont know where to tap because all they see is shapes on the tap tab. It should show the word TAP. GOOD for kids to read how to use and start the game.

Nice time however there should be rules adhered to and enforced by staff about kids running at full speed around the place without their parents or guardian in sight. It was packed in there tonight and a kid could of got ran over. Other than that we had fun

Clean with friendly staff, the food and soft drinks are perfect, fresh, and perfect temperature for kids to start eating right away. Either we lucked out or this place is onto something. Their photo machine produces real pictures, not paper.

First time there,wanted to take the Grandkids,they love it!

I wish they wouldnt have taken out the play area with the slides and stuff. It was nice for the little kids that cant really play the games yet but lord knows they still try lol. I hadnt been for awhile so Im not sure when it was taken out. We still definitely enjoyed our time. I also like that they have the play cards now instead of just buying tokens. Works out a lot better that way and Id say it makes going less expensive.

Had the children running around and the little boy threw the football rubber one at the side of my face while his mother wasnt watching him! He had to be about 3 where he couldnt reach to shoot that football in the hole. Someone gave it to him to play with! He run just running around and the mother thought it was cute!

It was ok, obviously a lot of fun for the kids, happy atmosphere, friendly staff etc. Problems were with the salad bar which had clearly been sitting out too long and was likely not safe to eat, pizza was super delicious though. Staff was friendly but rather time consuming and the ticket prizes were very over priced with some having three hundred percent markup from regular store price. A kid is most likely to win less than a thousand tickets in a day and the prizes in that price range are aimed mostly at the under six crowd so if your child is seven or up they will likely need you to pay for their prize. This location did not have a play area either so be prepared to continuously buy tokens or get the unlimited pass like we did.

Fun safe atmosphere. ( Truth be told we didnt have any kids with us, just us and the desire for a decent salad bar and pizza. ) The pizza was really good, way better than I remember. I will go back for more and maybe play a game or two

So much fun to take my child to a place i always wanted to go as a child and never did. Its just as much fun for me as it is for her. I love absolutely love their security stamping that they do, so no one leaves with your kid but you.

Incredibly busy but they kept things moving and were incredibly patient when my 7 and 8 year olds were picking their prizes.

The price is crazy.1hr for 20.00. We used to get 100 tokens for 20.00 and would take 3hrs to spend them. Normally we love this place. Today the manager was rude. She said she didnt have the code. That is bull. I asked about a special they had. When we walked away she was talking trash about us. I heard her say she didnt want to give it to us sorry. She was talking to another employee. Just could of said you cant use that code. Its the manager with the braces. Young girl.

Probably the best service Ive ever received from any restaurant/establishment. The place was clean, the food was amazing, and the staff was even better. The Chuck mascot (I believe his name was Dante) was amazing and a hilarious & fun dude to be around. The manager was amazing to both the adults & the children, and made it a point to interact with everyone there. Those two, along with our server Leah, and all the other staff made my brothers birthday one of the best yet.10/10 would recommend, kinda jealous of my brothers birthday party.

Always fun for the whole family. I especially like the new Rock & Pizza Roll.

Fun for a while, but if you have older kids in the ranges of 7+, theyll get bored quickly. A lot of the games are ticket games, and there isnt much variety for games outside of that. They do have some active games, such as skeeball, basketball, and a jump rope game, but its still very limited. They also no longer have the ball pit and climbing area for kids, which is a disappointment.

This Chuck E Cheese is the best one when have ever been to. The staff is amazing. Games are always working, dining area clean, and the staff enforces the rules. My 6 year old loves coming here!!

This place was really nice and clean. The staff went out of their way to make my daughters birthday special. Our party host Austin, was phenomenal, and the manager, Ray, was amazing. Every one was very friendly, and I love that they updated to the play and pass cards, rather than use tokens.

Like that they changed the prices so its more affordable but alot of thier games now are really more geared towards older kids so my 3 year old only has a very select few games he can reach and play

I did not have very high expectations for Chuck E Cheeses but we actually had a lot of fun! There were a lot of games for my toddler and little rides that he enjoyed. I also was surprise at the price. $5 for 16 tickets actually went a long way. We will come again.

The workers here are so nice and helpful. They have great deals and lots of coupons to choose from for large groups. Everything was clean and spotless and almost every game was working. Could have not been better! Just upset that they removed the playhouse but they did add lots of new games

Make sure you talk to an employee that is certain how to work the machine that distributes the cards, if you are not sure yourself. Talked to two different employees that assured me the $120 charge I saw on the screen was not the amount my debit card would be charged. Told me the amount would be the $30 at the top of the screen...NOT!!! I checked my account later that evening as guess what, there wa a charge for $120. There is no way in hell I would pay $120 for 4 cards, one for each of my grandchildren. I made that perfectly clear when we started the transaction. Please, PLEASE make sure ALL of your emoyees understand how to work the machines. Including pizza and drinks that little outing cost me $147.00!!!!

Always a good time at Chuck E. Cheese! I always check the website for coupons. Last visit I used a coupon for $29.99 for three drinks, large one topping pizza and 50 play points. Great deal! You can have hours of fun for a great price here.Pizza is always hot and fresh with fast table delivery. The pizza is quite good. The games are suitable for a variety of ages. They offer prizes for purchase along with ticket trade prizes and have added to their menu since our last visit. The mascot is always making a friendly appearance no matter how few children are there. Staff is friendly and helpful. The environment is clean and well managed.

The kids love it here, of course!So many things to do that keeps them busy and happy.This wasnt my first visit so this isnt a one time review.It always seems like the bathrooms are always dirty (and thats putting it nicely) which I dont understand because this is a place mainly for children to visit. School bathrooms are kept cleaner than this place!The food.... there are more choices now than ever but when I take the kids (not often) I always stop somewhere else beforehand so I really cant review the food.

Had a blast with my daughter! Ray was so forth coming and had an amazing personality. My daughter didnt like Chuck E (shes two,) but has a blast with the games! Definitely a fun time for the family.

Hands down the best Chuck E Cheese establishment in Ohio. Great staff, awesome food, friendly people, all of the games worked, and the Chuck mascot they had was probably one of the funniest people Ive ever met. Honestly every staff member I interacted with was great with people and with kids.Tl:dr The manager was a great guy, servers were impeccable and friendly, and Dante the mascot guy made it even better for the kids.10/10 would have kids of my own so I could go back for more pizza.

Very fun for my little boy, but nowhere near as cool as it was when I was a kid. The ball pit we kids looked forward to so much as children is no more, and all the video games are one-token-per-QUICK-play now. Still, it is a LOT of fun for kids -- lots of ride-on games, plenty of arcade games, pizza, and redemption items for winning tickets.

Took my son there. We had a blast as always. Any problems we ever have they fix them. Son loves going.

2 oclock weekday so we had the place to ourselves, making Dad & Daughter Day that much better. Clean and pleasant staff who I cant blame for being bored and therefore MIA behind counter.

We went here for my sons 4th birthday. Him and my almost 3 year old son had a blast. We didnt get a birthday party package as we had a small group. I asked if they did anything special for birthdays other than that and they said no other than making a cake purchase etc. That was a bit disappointing. Thought they would give him free tokens or something. Other than that it was a nice place to go

This place is a must go for toddlers! My grandaughter cant get enough of Chuck-E-Cheese, the games, food and token prizes. Such excitement in the kids faces when the music begins and he makes his grand entrance! Its no wonder so many childrens parties are booked here, its a blast!

Had our daughters birthday here. They worked with us on pricing when not as many people showed. They took food orders, served the kids, cut and served the cake, called the kids over when needed. Totally easy for parents.
