Allegiant Nonstop is a great place to have family fun. Its like a mini indoor amusement park, with VR rides, full bowling alley, go carts, bumper cars, mini golf, and arcade games. Prices are reasonable for all that they offer.

Im not entirely sure if theyre keeping up with the Covid-19 standards, but it was very entertaining for my girls to do bumper cars, however the VR roller coaster simulator malfunctioned so one of my kids was unable to see anything through her set. We didnt play any of the video games this time around, but we did have a good time walking around and seeing the selection

Great atmosphere. The go carts are super fun. My kids love the laser tag and the VR games. They run a great all you can play special. The special only works towards certain activities though. Would have given them 5 stars but they dont run specials on the arcade games and the games are pretty expensive also there was a ridiculous wait on food that made me want to get a refund.....

This place is incredible. I took the family there and had a great time. All the employees are very friendly and make sure you are having a great time. Definitely a great time for the family.

Went day of reopening 10/10/2020 hopefully they get things straightened up by the next time. But it has potential my son had a blast so thats all that matters

Very busy during normal hours, much better during private parties. Lanes at the end of the night are very dry. Bar is on the higher end in price. (8 for crown,7.50 for a pint) laser tag is small for 19 people, but very enjoyable. Security is tight through the door. Large banquet room can fit maybe 200, food is good. Overall good experience.

It was pretty cool. My kids had fun. They have go karts, bumper cars, arcades, escape room, and a section for toddlers. You have to load money into the card and if you want access to all rides you can buy a wristband for unlimited rides. They can get really busy. One time I drove by to see if it was busy and boy the line was line was out the door.

IT COST TOO MUCH. I had to pay $200 for my 4 kids for 2 hours. They played with only 4 rides others where close and they couldnt play with other games they say you need to pay more. It a rip off with paying too much money for little things to do.

Fun, clean, and new. Theyre still working on other attractions too. Looks like its going to be a cool a$$ place when its all said and done. Real bar, pizza station, etc...

I went for a nephews birthday party. This is a nice clean place. I went earlier in the day and loved it. Great for kids and parents too. Also amazing birthday deals

$30.00 gives you 4 attractions & $10.00 in tickets. VR attractions are maybe 5 minutes long each. The 2 ladies working the toddler section were fantastic no children were allowed in or out without a parent. I bought 2 packages both the same. 1 card was programed correctly, the other didnt have the $10.00 in tickets on it. Thankfully the correction was taken care of with no problem. The place from what I noticed was clean, with the exception of the adults ( not staff ) leaving there empty glasses around in the toddler section.

Just had my sons party at Allegiant Nonstop and let me tell you it was nothing but amazing. The kids had so much fun and everything was fairly priced. Our party host Zen was amazing she was super nice, and very professional. If you book a party and get to pick who is the host I was def suggest asking for her. Overall nice place will bring my family and friends back again.

This place was so much fun. The only thing that we did not like was the lack of simple customer service. The young lady at the front counter and the 2 young ladies at the bowling counter were amazing, but our encounters with everyone else was very dry and unwelcoming. They should have some type of training to teach them common customer service skills. No one greeted you or even explained what you had to do at certain attractions. Other than that, our night was awesome.

Very great idea in putting all the activities under one roof. A little pricey. This could be a great date night spot, family outing and a great place for birthday party. The playscape may need a little more expansion and monitoring to assure you dont have the big children pushing the little children out of the way or pushing them over. Once it got really crowded it was like a madhouse and not all the children were attended by caregivers and employees wasnt doing safety watches (not sure what theyre responsibilities really are).

Its a closer, smaller C.J. Barrymore. We had fun, cool place! The virtual reality moving ride goes upside down! The minature golf glows and is decorated so cool. It had a little bit of everything. I must return.

Came for a birthday party for one of my sons friends. Fantastic place. Better than Dave and Busters. Go carts, legit bowling, lazer tag. Place is clean, people are nice. Employees are super helpful. Youll have a good time.

The rides and games were nice but the lack of seating. We spent at least $100 a child I think that most others did or more money. You think they could buy a few more tables. They ran out of large cups and the ices stopped working too. It just seems like they wanna make money as cheap as possible.

I was unimpressed with this place. Paid $25 x 2 for passes for which most of the attractions were not working. All the virtual rides were down, laser maze was down, miniature golf area was dirty, arcade games were buggy. Staff was not super friendly. Go karts kept being turned off during the race. Will not go back. There are nicer places a little further out.

This place is great!!!! The only knock or problem i had was dealing with another party/group/family on the bowling lanes, they were on our side, their kids kept touching the screen and the adults just came over and didnt even pick their own bowling ball to bowl with, they kept grabbing the three balls we selected when they could have just walked behind the seats and selected their own balls! Other than that we had a blast and i would highly recommend this place!!!!

Called a day ahead about their escape room, told the employee we planned to come in with a group the next night around 7:30. Was told that was fine and she took down our name. When we showed up the next night we were told they were closed for an employee event and all they said was whoever we spoke to on the phone had no idea what they were talking about.

We wanted to go fast. We couldnt on the road the cops said. We had to find another option.The only local option is here and it is very cost effective if you buy a package deal. If you wanna go fast, dont think you cant!

I dont give this place no stars I only gave one so I could post my message. Me and my family went here to celebrate my son 12th birthday and to have it ruined. We was kicked out because they said they were over crowded only after two and half hours standing in the long lines they shut down everything we could not get any food or play I spent $155 dollars for nothing to be rip off and told that I could not get my money refunded they were still letting people in taking the money while people are trying to get a refund the staff was very mean and nasty this place need to be shut down for good you all should be ashamed of ripping hard working people off

The person working the go karts kept letting people cut in like after everyone was waiting in line for 2 hours. I ask him why and he said the manager said to. Then when I called over the manager Aaron he said that he never said it. I just wanted to know why they were able to cut but a the employees kept dodging the question. Completely unprofessional.

Bar is very nice. The two young men and young lady were very hospitable and treated us well. Its a lot of ppl in their at one time and very crowded. Parents keep an eye on your kids they could lost easily in that place

For the first time it was ok. The place is big had laser tag, go karts (weren’t working), miniature golf, bowling, lots of arcade games and a bar. The only reason I gave it three starts was because of the attitude of the cashier at the front that was helping me... kind of rude explaining the difference in the packages and with this being my first time here it was some confusion but my son enjoyed it.

I love the go kart racing the glow in the dark mini golf and of course the virtual reality game its nice. Ill definitely continue to take my family there.

I had the worst experience ever yesterday and I mean the worst time there. I had book my 3 yrs old party for 268.00 and got cheated outta my money. As soon as I paid for the party not Even an hour pass by there was asking us to leave because if we had everybody had to evacuate the building. Now Im looking forward to contacting. Corporate to get my money back $268 and I couldnt even enjoy myself. Or my son can enjoy yourself neither. I had a lot of people with kids come to my sons party. So Im looking to speak to someone today tomorrow or whenever somebody has to call me and let me know whats going on because I want all my money back. This is the worst place to ever have a kids birthday party and they take your money and then shut the building down.

Decided to take my children here Sun Feb 16. We was there for about an hour or so before we were informed that they were closing the building early. Yes my children were upset, yes I had just spent over $150 on food and cards but did that stop my.childrwn from having a good time? No it did not. I think the adults were more butt hurt than the kids were about the place being closed early. I overhead the front desk people explain to multiple people that no refunds were being given and to contact the email on the cards they were giving out. Those same exact customers/guest were the ones being rude and disrespectful and ghetto. I loved their professionlism and they way the staff handled all those people. I want to give Allegiant Non-Stop a giant applause for dealing with the customers/guest last night. They even offered people extra stuff and those people still declined it. I will definitely being coming back and having an even better time.Just know that any situation like that is stressful to the employees especially with the amount of people that was in that building and for customer/guest to make it harder on them, shame on you. If you want someone to respect you, you have to give them that same respect back.Again, thank you Allegiant Non-Stop for all that you do and all that you provide.

So fun. Good prices. We usually go weekly. Sundays are wayyy too busy. The staff can be very rude. We had a birthday party and our party host was rude and disrespectful the entire time. But the kids still love the variety of things to do

So we went there to have fun with the children and we thought we were going to have a lovely time the children were having a wonderful time into one of the security guards came into the quiet room and try the control the space that we were in being rude to my husband telling my husband he could not turn the TV and we havent asking for someone to fix the TV the whole time we have been there so once he did start to fix the TV security came in told him he couldnt mess with the TV and then got smart with him so my husband asked me was there a problem security cigar once again started being smart and then it was a whole altercation there and my children were in the facilityif you are security guard you are to protect the children that are in the building also the adults as well you should not be irate with the customer and also smart-mouth insubordinateso we experience insubordinate disrespectful and also rude customer service and staff as far as the manager and also his security team

I really want to like this place and will most likely give them a second chance but they have a lot of work to do. The good: 1 - This place is bigger than it looks and they have a great selection of attractions and rides. 2 - The prices seem fair. 3 - I really appreciate the security, armed guards are a great idea. 4 - the staff at the front desk took the time to explain what kind of deal I could get for my family. 5 - The toddler play area is fantastic. The rest: I cant imagine a very sharp learning curve to running this place but I got the feeling that they have a lot of mis-management going on here. Lines for attractions are not that long but the wait times are ridiculous. From what I could tell its mostly because the staff is having issues running the rides and I never saw a moment where they were given any guidance from management. Most of the staff did not look or act happy to be there and I could see this in their attitude towards customers. My wife told me the female bathroom was a disaster, the male bathroom was ok. The music is way too loud, no matter where we were I had to shout so people could hear me and constantly ask people to repeat themselves. Lastly and the worst...line jumpers. A policy needs to be put in place that no one is allowed to hold a place in line for others. We were waiting at the go-karts and nearly to the gate when suddenly 10 people show up and got in front of us because ONE person had been holding a place for them. Pushed us back another 20 minutes. When I asked a staff member what just happened he just looked at me and shook his head as if to say he didnt know. I asked him to call a manager over and one never showed up. We will be, reluctantly, giving them another test run later in the spring and I will report back.

Great fun for adults and kids. Moderately priced. Has a full bar and concessions. Better than Dave & Busters when it comes to the games and rides.

This place is a great place to spend the day with friends and family. This place is for all ages even my grandma loved playing the arcade games. The go karts and laser tag arena are awesome! The virtual reality experiences are pretty cool. Friendly staff that make your experience even better!

Fun way to spend a few hours with your kids. Go early, even on a Saturday it didnt fill up until after 2 PM. The go carts were pretty fast for being electric and the bumper cars had a cute little surprise. We love laser tag and found their arena to be well thought out, decorated pretty cool with good equipment. The play area is huge with lots to do. There are two different miniature gold areas. They need better black lights and defined holes.

Where to celebrate my great nephews birthday, and ended up enjoying myself. Everything from Bowling, to arcade games, two bumper cars, and even a bar inside, and a place to order food. Somebody had the right idea for the right location. Thats all I got to say. Oh, and the staff on point, from security to the people that take your orders

Jordyns 6th birthday party was a BLAST

Went for a group bday party. Kids had fun. Adults had fun. It was pretty busy, most lines moved fairly quick. Pizza tasted better than it looked. Adults were happy to have beer available. The play/climb area could use some supervision, some of the kids were pushy and nobody was around to stop them.

We asked them to cook it further however, Even though it wasnt Done At All, They Wouldnt Comply. On Food Alone, My Husband and I Spent Collectively Over $150 for Our Group & Wasnt Satisfied NONE Whatsoever.

I went here last night with my husband and son. We have never been here before, first impression when we walked in was wow this place looks cool. Well as we were walking in, the place is filthy. Wrappers, food, drinks, you name it, it was on the floor or on the games and even in the toddler area!! The blow up obstacle course even had a bandaid, hair & who knows what else all in there. The play area was covered in filth, food, spilt drinks as well. Big kids were in there unzipping the structure. I even said to 3 children, “ you guys should not be in there”. We were constantly cleaning our hands and using hand sanitizer. We could not find staff anywhere for questions or concerns we had about the “all you can play” cards. When we did speak to someone she was unbelievably rude. The prices for the games are great compared to other places, but besides that it’s not worth the hassle. I was disappointed and grossed out.

Had my sons 2nd birthday here today. We had a little mix up with the game cards but they fixed it without a problem. Our host Zen was amazing! She made sure we had everything and checked on us frequently. Was super polite and friendly. Not sure if you can request a host but if so Id deffiently recommend her! Everything was good and we had a great time!

I had an overall great experience- despite parts of the establishment seeming unfinished/coming soon. The managers Anthony and Billy and employees Tony and Kendall really put a smile on myself as well as my little sisters face- they went above and beyond to make my experience great. I am looking forward to coming back here, hopefully in the near future. Thank you for a good time!

It was very dirty. Bathroom had tissue paper eveywhere as if it wasnt cleaned for hours. Dining area seemed unattended

Wish there was more things for little kids to do! And did really like that alcohol is served with the kids in house. There is a lot of stuff for older people.

My neph had a birthday party and everything was gr8t... pricing on food is a bit high but the food was good... They have 2 concession areas and a bar in the middle...simulated roller coaster was awesome, bumper cars, go karts 2. They have a huge Pac Man, Space Invaders, and Skee ball, my faves. Definitely will go back.

Had a good time but they trick you with specials online to get you in then they tell you the specials dont start till a later date. Then they say $1 pizza slices and never put any out.

Refused to give me my $50 deposit before the actual date we were going, I believe it was totally ludicrous, that an establishment would just steal your money. DON’T Leave an deposit if you’re not going there with all the money. Horrible. Could at least told people before hand that there are NO REFUNDS.Sincerely, applaud.

Honestly, any other family entertainment center is better than this place. I tried to throw a party here, and lets just say they tried to nickle and dime me at every stop, and the staff is very disorganized and ineffective.When I arrived for the party they didnt have my room ready, eating into my rental time. Then before we even got the amount of time I paid for they had us relocate to a table in the food court.Trust me, this place is not worth the money and the headache.

Went on fathers day decent place you can spend $100 in a matter of minutes, $10 for the toddler play area is just ridiculous. Putt putt golf was fun, bumper cars were fun the games are pretty good. The virtual rides broke down but were fixed, the womens bathroom was a mess toilet paper shouldnt be left hanging off the roll touching the floor, my kids had a good time but we all felt like the employees on the floor looked as though they didnt want to be there and were not very friendly some seemed bothered by questions. The ladies at the front register and fast fuel seemed to be the only ones all smiles, friendly and helpful they seemed to be the only cheerful employees in the place. Whats with checking purses, diaper bags and using a wand on men when entering the building that is not a good impression!

I love working at Allegiant Nonstop! I work on the go kart track, at spin zone and laser tag and a lot of my coworkers are super friendly! I cant wait to expand my knowledge on all of the attractions, especially mini golf, the VR base, escape rooms and Riot!

This place has a lot of entertainment for kids and adults. Unfortunately all the hood rats have discovered this quickly also and theres nobody to keep them honest. Which includes cutting in lines in front of your child that has been waiting 20 minutes to ride bumper cars. So it would be VERY easy to get into an argument at this place instead of having fun. Too bad these hood rats dont have any manners and have to ruin it.

This place has some cool stuff but very poorly ran. Could be a great place but the staff is slow and pouty looking. 1 bartender for 1000 people. Staff made me not want to be there. Need to improve on who they hire. Faster happier people with some energy.

My first few visits to this place was concerning and horrible, my fiance and I decided to give management a month to fix the issues. We came today and it was awesome! The management team stepped up and did a complete overhaul. We habe a toddler so we spent most our time in the kids play area. The price was raised by $5 but its worth it! Every employee we ran into was 100% professional and made you appreciate them! Took a while but you guys did it! Ill definitely recommend to everyone we know and we will be back! Nice place, clean, good pizza. Security and staff all over. Games are crazy expensive!! The cheapest game to play I saw was $1.25 per play.

Really fun and fair prices. They need to hire people that actually like kids and being around people though. I had to talk to a manager about a girls attitude at the concession stand. Took her forever to stop what she was doing and come up and stare at me. She was cleaning but prioritize your guest. Who just stares at someone when you approach them about to do business...Hi? I said...hi she responded. Was being rude over a dang pretzel and short af. Separately I feel like instead of working they are talking amongst themselves and I always have to wait on their conversation to end...why? Or just grumpy with interaction. Whoever worked the ticket booth the young gentleman on labor day he was very sweet and accommodating, same for the virtual battle guy.I see A LOT of reviews on staff being rude. You guys will not create repeat business with this. Clean house. Or teach some customer service and slap on some smiles. Its working with the public thats how it goes. Been doing it for 15 years.

This review is before their grand opening. And I have to say, for a soft opening, its very impressive. I love coming here. Arcades, Go-karts, Lazer Tag, Mini Golf, and so much more! I recommend this place

They made me pay 10 dollars so my infant could be held in the toddler zone. Then people were screaming and starting fights in front of kids. Ill NEVER come here again.

SO MUCH FUN!!!! Lots of new games my boys have never seen before. They have something for all ages here. Staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. We went to tour the place and it looks awesome! Unfortunately I have tried everyday for 2 weeks to book a birthday party and have had no luck at all. When you go in to book it they tell you sign a clipboard, then no call back.When you call it tells you leave a message, then no call back. When you email it tells you they will respond within 48 hours, 12 days later and still waiting!!

Its new please they have opened. Its a busy place since they opened it. You can take your family and friends so you can enjoy your time over there doing so many activities. Do take their deals if you want to explore most of their activities. It would be worthy.

Cool place, not as nice as a Dave and Busters, but not quite as pricey either. Theres a security guard with a metal detector wand at the door, if thats any indication of who this place attracts.

I love this place!!! The bartenders Tyrone and Paris are great!! The VR rides and VR zombie game is awesome. Love the fact the security is off duty Police!! I feel safe here.

Fun place, went there for a birthday party, however the staff running the rides and rock wall were totally rude, it was obvious they did not want to be there. The man running the rock wall wouldn’t move out of his seat and made my 6 year old daughter find her own harness because he was too lazy to get up and get it himself. Not one smile from any of them. This is a kid place, would it kill you to smile once in a while? Will not return for those reasons.

When it first opened it was pretty care free.. Id say the pricing is odd and could be fixed.. Bumper cars shouldnt be five dollars a person each Time they ride same for go karts and so forth.. Put put is priced good. The toddler zone is fine. As far as the building itself goes more could be done to make it better but its far from really bad. But now weeks later we make a return and I was checked by security at the door as well as my wifes purse. I get it but I mean really.. This just means you have issues with your patrons

I would never in a million years give this place my business again. I felt like I was going through a TSA checkpoint at the entrance. The armed guards were extremely rude and pushy and would not let anyone in without searching them. This is not how you run a business for children. Unless you wanna be violated, avoid this place at all costs.
