Every single employee from the customer service rep on the phone to the gentleman checking bags, to the ticket entrance, to the park managers walking around, and to the life guards, had the best customer service I have ever encountered at an entertainment center for kids. Everyone were genuinely so nice, so helpful, and just pleasant to be around. I am extremely impressed with the management because they clearly treat their employees well! I also have to brag about the cleanliness of this water park...it may have been cleaner than Disney World. All around, I can’t believe we waited as long as we did for a visit (from Columbus). We definitely are already waiting on next season! Keep up the amazing jobs well done! Our visit was on Sunday, 09/13/2020 12-3
Neat place! Yes it is small but lines go fast. Not as expensive as other water parks. Slides are nice. Water cools you off on a hot day. Staff was great! Lazy river is awesome...so long and has occasional waves!! Not much shade at all. They have entertainment center with arcade, roller skating, laser tag, bowling, go carts as well. Would have played if we had more time. They should add a rope course. Would go again!
Its not to big, but still very enjoyable and fun for the family! It has plenty of lifeguard, It has atleast 4-5 big slides, and some little slides for smaller children. It also has a pretty decent sized lazy river that has multiple sections to enter/exit, it does move a little on the fast side, and it also has a little strip that has a wave simulation which was pretty cool! The food and drinks from concession were pretty good. If you dont want to leave your belongings out in the open, they do have lockers you can rent to put your things in. You could easily spend the day here! We had a blast!
Staff were all extremely courteous and made the place feel very welcoming. Lifeguards were very alert and vigilant and that greatly reduced the stress level for me as a parent. I felt safe and secure enough to allow my 11 year old to run and play and enjoy the park on her own with her 6 year old sister!! Will definitely visit again soon!!
I cannot think of one bad thing to say about the water park! They knocked this one out the park! Most Water Parks are expensive and the lines are ungodly long. Rigsbys is reasonably priced and designed very well. The lines were fast moving and our entire family really enjoyed ourselves. They have open bars and extremely friendly, knowledgeable staff. Social distancing was tried but honestly everyone was having so much fun that we didnt notice. For the most part we all stayed separated and it was a fun time...
After visiting another water park in the Pennsylvania (poconos), I have a new appreciation for having access to Rigby’s in my home town. Rigby’s is considerably more reasonably priced, is clean, very open. Lazy river is awesome, along with all the other amenities. A huge shout out to Rigby’s! If you live in a he area you need to visit.
We have been to this waterpark a few times and love it. We travel about 1.5 hours to visit. Worth the drive. My kids love it! Very affordable for a family of five! And extremely clean!! Staff is great and kind. Season tickets next summer are a must!
This was my first time coming to Rigbys and my time there would have been better had there not been so many people right on top of each other. I mean it didnt matter where I went whether it was in the lazy river or standing in line at the concession stand there was always someone standing right on top of me and my 6yr old nephew and with so many people dying from the corona virus I would think they would have in place some rules that only allowed so many people in the park. Dont get me wrong the water park is nice and I would love to be able to bring my nephew back but I dont want to risk mine or his well being because of others showing no respect to our well being. Thanks.
I took my wife and 4yr old today and we loved it. The only thing I didnt like was the had one set of steps that went to 2 slides. Of course a wave pool would have been nice but we were still very happy.... will go again
I am a season pass holder. We have had an amazing time this year visit during the pandemic. This place has followed all protocols from the Gov. All the employees are amazing. We will be buying passes every year...
We always hesitate when planning trips to new places based on info and pictures on the internet.. but if you have children this is a great water park to take them to! Its very family oriented and all the water slides are concentrated in one area. That means less walking and more relaxing for parents! Our children really enjoyed themselves.Take your kids, theyll love it!
Man this is a great place for family fun and then after 10 p.m we get to enjoy some old school adult skating and bowling and alot of extra grown folks stuff
Had a great time at a reasonable price. Coolers should be allowed to keep little ones hydrated and fed but otherwise, no complaints.
This place was really fun, the food was pricey, but I loved the waterpark, the lazy river, and the pool. The slides were cool, really worth a wait. I am so happy I came here.
Love this place well thought out u get wet everywhere u go thruout the water park lazy river is awesome love the waves in lazy river current is just the right speed n lifeguards are all nice well mannered.
It didnt have a lot of people. Its a great time to go when they isnt a lot of people and ask them for their daily deals.
Very nice waterpark for middle Georgia! A little expensive but worth it if you spend all day there. If you plan to go multiple times, the season pass would definitely be worth it. Obviously more kid oriented but still enjoyable for adults. Food is really expensive, but you can get your hand stamped, go eat somewhere and come back.
Convienant in town water park. Nice place. Kids had a blast
Great place loved the lazy river... Need to expand and have one in Columbus Ga
Always been one of my favorite parks in Georgia. Close to Fort Benning. Covid has made it kind of a pain as far finding a spot with shade. Get there early if shade is a must.
Love it here. My favorite water park.
Fun water park for all ages! My girls loved all of the kiddie slides!
I love this place other than the ridiculous rules they have in place for the lazy river. Be warned. If you have small children and they dont stay touching the tube at all time, and sit in it a specific uncomfortable way they will ask you to get out. I almost didnt go back because of it.
Family fun night was nice!! It was just hot as hell ..
Had a really great time with my family. It wasnt too busy on Sunday. Great staff as well.
My daughters and god daughter love this place.
Great family place, children enjoyed themselves very much.
Cool slides plus an equal amount of amenities for adults and kids!
This place was just the right size! It offers enough so that the kids enjoy themselves all day, but not too much that its overwhelming. They also have lifeguards everywhere. Plenty of seating areas, some with shade. I was able to relax while the kids had a blast. Highly recommend this place!
Loved the lazy river. Lots of options for families and kids of varying ages. Lifeguards and friendly staff were everywhere! Not many concession options - they ran out of frozen drinks even though the crowds were light.
Great location family had a ball never knew this place existed
AWESOME place to take the kids. Adults will hv some fun too
My 13 year old son loves this place! Keeps him entertained for hours!
Our fun was cut off in half. They shutdown everything and sent us out cos it was going to rain and we didnt get any money back.
Great service and great place for grandkids young and older.
It was raining, but the lazy river and the various slides were a lot of fun! The food was decent too!
I took my kids and little cousin here last weekend. We loved it. We had so much fun. I never ride anything or get in the water but I got on every water slide it was. The food is pricey but good thing we brought our own cooler for drinks and food. We stayed the entire day from 1130-745. Definitely going back next month for my twins birthday. $111 well worth spent.
Employees are working hard to keep everyone safe and happy!
I came here with my special needs brother and was truly blown away by the amazing service we experienced. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make sure he had a great day. Theres so much to do here, and the pricing is very fair for what you get. I will be recommending Rigbys to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful special day!
Of course your experience can change based on traffic inside, but overall its a really good experience. The attraction is incomparable in middle Georgia and has more in this compact space than you might think. Its all kelp pretty clean and the staff are friendly. Though sometimes with a large crown the staff can get kind of overwhelmed, which is understandable. Theres something for everyone at the water park, and the season passes are well worth it.
We had a blast! Definitely will visit again. The restrooms were clean, food was great, slides were fun, employees courteous, and go-karts were fun. I appreciate a customer friendly atmosphere to take my family to because this is something thats hard to find nowadays. Employees that have smiles on their faces will keep me coming back! Thanks for making our first trip to Rigbys memorable.
We love it here! There is so much to do! Great place to take kids because it’s not so big that you can’t keep your eyes on them. We always eat lunch while we are here and our favorite thing to order is the wing and tender combo for a fast and satisfying lunch to give the kids that fuel they need to keep going!
Drove two and a half hours a away for my daughter to enjoy her 4 year old birthday and she LOVED it ! When we arrived had an awesome greeting . No wait to get in ( Monday ) . Ample room for seating although shaded areas are moderate . We stayed the entire day other than leaving for food. The food at the location is a little pricey . Some lifeguards were kinda boring but others were amazing ! One girl in particular was awesome with my kids ! My two year old has fun as well . Another lifeguard in a very nice way told me that my child’s open mermaid swimsuit was a risk and I was fine with that . When we first arrived the kiddie pool was closed due to high levels of chlorine but it opened before we left . There are things to do for kids and adults of all ages . I was unable to get on any adult rides but I still had fun with my kids in the smaller kiddie pool . Place was clean and there are things to do inside the building like skating and arcade games for an additional cost . I would highly recommend .
Always fun and friendly staff
By far one of the best water parks Ive been too!! My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back. Staff was super friendly and very informative, pools were super clean, life guards were on their post as they should have been, there isnt anything I can say negative about this park. By the way, they have multiple other things that can be done such as bowling, skating, laser tag, mini golf, go carts and so much more. If I could have given it 10 stars I would..
We had a blast! This was our first visit, and it was well worth the drive! Very clean and well kept! They could use more directional signs to attractions, alternate paths, exits, lockers, etc. Also, I wish that the water park had a separate entrance instead of having to walk through the rest of the complex. Other than that, we had no problems! They were well staffed, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. There were so many options for the space, and we stayed busy for about 5 hours. The slides are super fun for all ages! I liked that they had smaller tube slides for my little guy to experience before riding the bigger ones. The pool and lazy river were the perfect temperature and a nice break from the slides. The only other thing we noticed was the excessive spraying and dumping of water. I know its a water park, but as the day goes on, and you climb to ride the slides, the dumps of water get so cold! The tiki spout overwhelmed us several times. Its hard for smaller kids when they arent expecting it. The pineapple bucket dump is better positioned so that you arent doused unexpectedly. We just became wary of the platform by the tiki spout. Definitely not a deal breaker, but we heard several other patrons complain and we felt bad for the staff in that area. All in all, we had a wonderful day full of laughter and memories made! We cant wait to visit again!
Great vibe and environment.
First visit, it was great. We took our youth and they had a blast. I like the fact that you did not have to do a whole lot of walking to enjoy yourself. When will we get one in Columbus, Ga?!
Fun, but too high. Paid for $100 cabana, online, that sat us so far in the back, away from our kids, the entertainment of the park. How can u keep an eye on ur kids, when youre so far in the boondocks? A big no, no. Then, if u dont have a credit/debit card, you have to load cash on a Rigbys card & what all u dont use on that card, is a loss, cause u cant take the remaining balance off. Kids enjoyed, tho
This was our first time here, and we will definitely be back! Our family loved it! We were not expecting all the stuff they had. From the outside it looks like nothing, until you get inside and see it. All the employees were very nice and helpful.
Nice park to be with your family or friends, they also have inside playgrounds and race cars we really enjoyed
We had a blast!! My girls loved it.
The activities was fun. Just not enough adult swimming area. Easy to lose your personal belongings and usually lost and found wont have your item until after they are closed. So if you live out of town its not easy getting back the next day to check for your missing items.
I was so looking forward to this day with my family.Overall we made the best of it, but my daughter wasn’t allowed to participate in much other than being splashed. First time to a water park for her and not being able to slide next to your kid or hold them is absurd! So for $100 we splashed and observed.First part of the day was nice, the second half, not a soul cleaning up in sight. Walking through busted diaper guts, and other random trash... kicking it into the water.. GROSS!Too many hazards, not enough focused staff. Where is the adult in charge?!Parents of small children beware.
The employees are wonderful and carried a pizza all the way to where we were sitting because I had 3 kids with me and a stroller. The only thing I dont like is that there were 2 lifeguards that were too busy talking to notice that my 2 year old was going under water several times and I had to jump in to pull him up and they STILL didnt bat an eyelash. If I had to rate the lifeguards Id only give 1 star. Overall though, the park is great and we love it. The good definitely outweighs the bad.
My 12 daughter found this Awesome place while searching for somewhere to take a day trip. I dont have any complaints at all not even the prices. It was worth every penny. We had so much fun.The food was good. I really loved the atmosphere it was friendly. Customer service was great. I definitely would recommend Rigbys Water World for a day trip filled with fun.
I have a 2 year old daughter and before we drove almost two hours I read the reviews here first. I saw a lot of negative reviews from parents with younger children saying there isn’t anything to do and complaining about the prices to get in. I also saw a review where it said your not allowed to get in the pool area with you children. I want to tell y’all don’t listen to the reviews. We took our daughter today and she loved it. There is plenty to do for a child under the requirement to get on the water slides. There is a huge splash pad, a kiddie pool with slides, a lazy river where my daughter rode with me in the tube and also a regular pool. My two year old could walk to the slides at the kiddie pool and come down into the pool where I would be waiting for her. There were also other parents in the pool helping their children come down the slides. People getting mad because their kids aren’t tall enough to ride the slides are crazy. There is a height requirement for the kids safety. The park was also very clean and the lines seem to move very quickly. You are also allowed to leave the water park if you like and come back. We left to go grab lunch because there is multiple restaurants around the park but they also serve food, drinks and beer if you don’t want to leave. We will for sure be going back.
A little expensive for all you get. I went on a Friday and thought crowd was very reasonable. As an adult, I did not feel like this was in anyway adult mindful. Kids however had the time of their life. I will probably not return as I couldn’t wait to leave due to doing all the activities within an hour.
We enjoyed our day. I like the layout and we love the fact that it is 5 minutes from home. Cool slides. We do wish there was a bigger pool and the lazy river is only 3 ft deep. We will certainly get our moneys worth from the season passes this summer.
An awesome experience for all ages! Couldn’t have had better service and the attentiveness of the staff was great! The park was clean and comfortable and it was evident that they take great pride in what they do. Thanks to the Rigby’s team!
My family really enjoyed this place. Lines for slides were average for a water park but slowed down after about 4:30, 5:00 so my kids were able to ride as much as they wanted. They pool is small and there are alot of kids in there but it wasnt too bad. We really enjoyed it as it slowed down. We stayed from 1:30 til close at 8.
This is a great water park. The slides are arranged in a central tower, so there isnt much walking to get from slide to slide. The slides are fun and a couple provide some thrills, but none is particularly scary. My 9 yo son and my 73 yo mother equally enjoyed them. A lazy river surrounds the slide, with some waterfalls and waves to liven up the float. Facilities were clean, lifeguards were friendly, and the food was tasty. It is a bit expensive for an activity in Middle Georgia, but I imagine the upkeep on a place like that must be sizable. We didnt play in the arcade, roller skate, bowl, play pool, or race go-carts, but those were all options
Rigbys Waterpark was wonderful. We had a blast. The slides go fast so the lines go fast. Less people than White water. Currently 25.99 for people over 42 tall. Will definitely go again. Great water park for the Middle Ga area.
My family and I enjoyed our time here yesterday. We loved the Lazy River and we didnt have to wait in line long for the water slides. The staff was extremely friendly...we cant wait to visit again!
So I’m going to my boyfriends house this weekend and we were planning on going Sunday.. since that it might be less packed. When I go somewhere, I always do my research before I go. I did a little snooping to see how much tickets were.... $25.99 (plus tax) for just ONE person over 42” tall!!!!!! I know a water park that I have been to MANY times, and it’s WAY cheaper than y’all!!! May I might add, I have never been here! It seems like a really cool place to come, but seeing all the reviews about how little kids can’t do anything... even with an adult is kinda stupid... please change y’alls prices for the people/families who have a budget...
We had the best time! I was very impressed with how clean everything was & how many lifeguards are present. Considering buying the unlimited pass next summer!
This place is amazing! My family and I had a wonderful time and the staff took great care of us! Would definitely recommend and come back!
Had so much fun
In my opinion probably the best bartenders in the area. Consistant flavor drinks everytime ive been
My husband and I took our kids here to celebrate my sons birthday shortly after the grand opening. We really enjoyed ourselves (i.e. skating, laser tag, go-karts), the food was good, staff was nice but the games in the arcade were a bit pricey. They have a lot of potential as they are continuing to expand the entertainment complex. I look forward to revisiting next year.
My son really enjoyed himself
We brought our 3 and 5 year old here on a Sunday. They had a blast! I felt like there were enough things for them to do at their age/height... My son is 43 1/2 inches tall. We paid $25.99 for him, but were told he couldnt ride the wipe out or tubular twist rides. When I told the guy with the pvc pipe measuring stick that the website said differently, he said my husband and son could ride the tubular twist, but not the wipe out slide. The website says 42 inches for both so it doesnt make a lot of sense to me. We also paid $100 for a cabana, but anytime we left it unguarded we came back to other people making themselves right at home in it or to missing chairs. Its up to you to play bouncer, because in our experience no one got up just because we returned to our cabana. It was a very awkward situation. The first aid staff is really friendly. When a bucket full of water took my son out and he scraped the top of his feet, they bandaged him up and gave him some ice. Overall it was a fun experience for the kids, but there were a few frustrating things that ruined it for me.
My kids loved this place and we will be definitely returning, my only problem is the teenage staff members are quite rude and doesnt know how to properly address someone if their breaking a rule. Theres always a polite way to talk to people and they need to instill that in their staff.
This is an excellent place for parents to relax and for kids to have fun. This is truly a hidden gem.
Always a great time
Rigby’s was super fun. The kids and I had a blast. However, the pricing model was a bit weird. Any child over 42 inches tall is charged as an adult. Ticket prices should be charged by age, not height if you’re going to call the pricing categories “adult” and “child”.Also, the go carts are 10 per ride for maybe 3 laps. This is a bit high priced for the value. My biggest concern was zero security check. We walked in with a big bag of towels and miscellaneous items and no one checked us out. In our current climate where there is a shooting every other day, I’d like to have a bit more peace of mind in a crowded public place with no security.
Absolutely awful. Nice slides, nice water features and overall nice place with ONE HUGE problem. I can’t do ANYTHING with my 3yr old daughter. She’s not big enough for adult slides and apparently I’m not allowed to participate in ANY of the activities that she’s capable of doing. I did not spend 100$ just to come here and get splashed. I’ve been told I can’t ride side by side (no adults on this ride sir) I’ve been told I can’t ride with her on ANYTHING. Apparently I’m just supposed to trust that the 17yr old lifeguards who are clearly overwhelmed to save her when she lands awkwardly in 18in of water. HELL NO, never coming back as long as these ridiculous policies are in place. I’d highly advise everyone to be aware that you can’t DO ANYTHING with your young child here except perhaps a medical emergency.
It seemed to be nice however my family and I were rained out. Staff was very understandable and they gave use a refund because we had just purchased our tickets.
My kids loved it
The pools/slides are clean and well staffed. The only recommendation I would make is for there to be more staff assigned to the bathrooms. They get out of hand pretty quickly with wet kids going in and out.
It was something good to do as a family who does wish to travel. It was over-priced for the size and amount of things to do. My wife complained about the water being somewhat smucky. Should consider playing music and take off about $5.00 off the price per ticket.
This was a great place to take the family for the day. We had a blast!
Wonderful place. Best water park I have ever been to. Great for young kids. 5 to 14.
My husband and I took our 12 year old daughter and her best friend today. All four of us had so much fun! We arrived as soon as they opened and stayed about 4 hours. The lines for slides moved quickly, the lifeguards were attentive, and there were plenty of umbrellas and chairs. Middle Georgia really needed a place like this!
Great family time!We visited on a Sunday at park opening. The park was not very busy at first but started to pick up around 2.I would like to mention that my 4 year old and my 2 year old niece were able to get in the lazy River. The adults were also allowed in the kiddie pool.Ive seen a few reviews say it is not worth it for small kids but I definitely disagree. Our littles had a wonderful time.We will be back for sure!
Went this past weekend was a hour forty minutes ride for us ..pleasantly surprise it was smack in the middle of town parking was limited but I understand alot if people was there and it seem as if they are working on more parking..front staff was courteous. one young lady kept us informed of paying for our tickets online while in line and then could use side gate.. we got in MY KIDS LOVED IT ages 9 and 13 ...loved that there is a bar you can get alcoholic beverages .. food was reasonable priced and I have being to alot of watermarks.. definitely recommend it..
I dont see whats up with all the bad reviews rigbys has rules just like every other water park... There is nothing wrong with it in fact we can go again anytime this year because we got a rain check tickets since we got rained out there our first day there... Me and my fiance had a blast! Thank you so much rigbys water world we will be back next month definitely
Very Nice placeVery clean bathroomStaff are very nice and helpfulWould go back next yearI would recommend to a friend
We spent Fathers Day weekend at the water park and oh boy did we have a blast I can honestly say My family enjoyed themselves. The only thing I will critique is the food and the arcade the pizza wasn’t that good and the hamburgers look like they came out of a box other . The arcade didn’t have many games working
IS THAT ONE CHEEK WONDER...water world?!?!?!?!?!?
Because they made us get out the pool for nun
Kids will keep asking to go back!!
I love this place all your adult themes and of course kid friendly. Fun establishment I drove the race cars....
