Great service, great people, and easy on the budget!

Excellent service. Pricey but worth it. Have had balloon delivery on 2 occasions. Have rented jump house. Deliveries were all on time. Have used their face painter, expected more elaborate designs but the children were happy. The face painter also did balloon characters. Again, expected a little more creativity but again, the children were happy.

Year after year, we keep coming back. Their prices and variety are great. Not only do they do their best to accommodate your individual situation, but the array of options available is really great. We have had balloon arches and balloon decorating, dunk tanks, carnival games, and several inflatables so far. They have inflatables and costumed characters for just about any theme. We also appreciate that you don’t have to worry about set up or supervision- which takes a huge load off of us as parents!

My wife called and order a big slide for adults and kids. The slide was a wet/dry slide. We have order blowups from them for the past 3 years. Well yesterday my kids wanted to put water on it . I figured since it was a wet and dry slide we could. Once the guys came and picked up the slide they charge me an additional $50 for wetting the slide. I asked them why and they stated because I ordered a dry slide. I never once told the company I wanted a dry slide. My wife said I want a big slide for adults and kids. So after a long debate with the owner / manager I still got charged $50 for wetting the slide. When we called and check prices they made sure to quote to lowest price to beat competitors but then charge and additional fee which was not mention at the beginning. I rent several blow-ups each year and will never rent again from this company. As I told the owner you should have told us if we wet it it’s and additional charge. The owner/manger was rude when I voiced my opinion about the slide and has not offered a refund. I will start buying my own equipment and will offer rental to all of mistreated customers. Again I would not recommend this company.

This is a very good place to use for birthday parties, i have been very pleased with there service.

I used this company for our welcome night at our annual family reunion. Our them was A night at the Carnival. Yhank you BnP for adding to the success of our event. I do not live in the Middle Georgia area, but that did not cause an issue for Lacey when booking the rental item requested. When I arrived my items were waiting on me. The ladies were very pleasant when I entered the location. Again thank you so much!!!

Paid for the number balloons for a birthday party on 7/20/2018. Was told that the balloons last a while a few hours as long as they werent exposed to heat for long periods of time. Picked up the balloons on Friday the 20th she wrapped them in a large trash bag was told again they will last a few hours just dont leave in the car or in the heat for a long period of time. By the time I got the balloons drove from Warner Robins to Macon Skyzone took them out of my SUV put them in the party room one of the balloons had already started to deflate. The Skyzone associate asked could she put helium in the balloon I said yes and thought that would solve the problem. No it didnt was only able to take a few pictures with the balloons before the #1 balloon deflated to the floor. My son wanted pics in front of the balloons need both of them because he turned 13 the #3 was deflating but still had enough helium in it to hold up. The boys jumped for 45 minutes before pizza was served by then the balloon was completely deflated and the pictures were ruined because it wasnt how my son or I wanted them to look in the pictures and couldnt take as many as we wanted because the #1 balloon deflated all the way. Called today 7/21/2018 spoke with someone she over talked me as I was trying to tell her about their product and issue I had with the balloons. I had to say wait a minute let me finish talking in order for her to listen. The balloons didnt last long at all not even an hour. She sent me few texts asked for pictures sent them to get her she asked how did the balloon get on the floor its on the floor because it was deflated. She wanted me to bring the deflated balloons back to her so they could send it back a balloon now back to the manufacturing to see if their was a hole in it. Then she said they blow the balloons up a day before to make sure the balloons dont have anything wrong with them. Balloons lasted less than an hour and I didnt get my money back which was a waste and the only thing she could offer in a text was 15% off one time offer only. Wasnt safised with the offer or the product first and last time using the company.Well it doesnt matter if you been in the business for so many years then maybe youre in the wrong business because I know of several companies that would give a full refund back!! Have pictures to prove it no need to explain to try to make yourself look good will use the Party Store where I usually get my party supplies from thanks but no thanks. Rating will stay will not change it and because that was my experience with your company rather you like it or not! But thanks for responding back a day later.

We rented a blow up castle and table with chairs. The order was delivered as scheduled and the equipment was clean and operated for the duration of our party without issue.

Their inflatables are over priced and often dirty when delivered. The employees are paid under the table and cheated on their pay. If you go on their website or fb youll notice there is no place there to leave reviews and theres a reason for that. Theres only handpicked testimonials which are laughable due to the awful way that they operate. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Update 11/25 And would believe the owner contacted me asking I take my review down?? Downright dirty...and I know for a fact they steal hours from employee pay! I would never endorse or use this business!!
