I just want to say that Chris is the absolute highlight of coming into this store. He is funny, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. It’s pretty rare now to find people that like and care about their jobs so coming in here and speaking with him was amazing. 10/10 would return.

Best shop Iv been too! Every other store is rude and tries to get to the next customer, this place takes there time to tell you all the information they know and they reassure you that they are there to help you with anything and everything! You can’t beat these prices either! I’ll definitely be back

Love this place. Although they coukd use a bit more stripper wear and heels. But besides that, i have not nothing to complain about. Oh yeah i do have just one complaint. That digital scales cannot be returned. Even if they were bought broken. Thats a shame. Tighten up starship.

I love going for the nice glass pipes, dab rigs and accessories, and CBD products. The staff is always friendly and helpful and know what they are doing.

The staff is always very helpful and they r awesome at customer service. The chick thats there tonight... Salesman 49... Was so cool. Hooked me up with a magnet charger for one of my items i had bought previously (suggested by a former employee) even tho she didnt have the exact one. She deserves a raise. That previous employee was great too but ended up fired the next day n i was very disappointed. Now if only they will get some glass for the vape 22 tanks ill be good all the way around. Lol. I wouldve gave 5 stars but they fired that one chick that was awesome so i took a star. Still love em tho.

They delete reviews and have horrible work ethics. Not only is the store falling apart and gross. Lori the store manager is absolutely useless. In fact you never see her. I dont know if everything is below he pay grade or she sees it as not my job but she is pathetic. I would suggest buying your things from somewhere else that is CLEAN.Cashmere and some of the other works are cool though.

Excellent customer service and a great selection! I went to Star Ship today and Luna was friendly, prompt and even bubble wrapped and paper bagged (which is the combo I was hoping for) my glass. Defiantly will be back!
