A beautiful favorite spot for me. Hard to believe theres an old business district 90 feet under water

Great spot for a picnic or just stopping for the view.

It is a nice scenic view where you can see both parts of the lake with the terrain around it. There are plenty places to park and, a few tables, benches to sit.

Good view, but trees block a large part of the reservoir.

You can go for a hike, walk or simply park at a lookout and see the beautiful reservoir and surroundings. The 2 photos were only taken one week apart.

Absolutely panoramic,breathtaking in all seasons...bittersweet as you read the short history of Enfields demise, to provide countless millions with clean water for lifetimes to come.See it yourself, you cant help yourself literally gasp or gulp quietly, to reflect both on the beauty and the sacrifice.

This place is unbelievable. Take a hike on one of the trails. Go up to the tower and take some great pictures. Bring a lunch with you and chill at one of the picnic tables.

I have been going through the Quabin for many years and the views at the overlook are always stunning. There are tables and plenty of parking if you want to take a break here and enjoy the views.

One of my favorite spots to stop and take in.

This is one of my favorite scenes in the whole state of massachussets, especially in the fall. The vibrant colors mixed with blue skies and blue water with hills zigzagging into the reservoir provide one of a kind scene. There is not much to do there but if u r close then it is worth the visit

This place is amazing in the Quabbin its a lookout you can see the remnants of the towns they flooded out when they built the Quabbin you can see a good portion of the Quabbin its a place to go relax unwind enjoy a cup of coffee scratch your tickets watch the Eagles see the deer run by breathe the fresh air nice place to go for car trunk picnics

I like the views here even better than from the Quabbin tower. This overlook is just over what used to be the downtown area of Enfield. Four towns where dis incorporated in the creation of the Quabbin. Dana, Enfield, Greenwich, and Prescott.
