All stuffs are very nice, professional and helpful. If they don’t know they will found out the answers and get back to me. They run excellent programs and many educational courses and camps all year round. They also done a very good job on upkeeps on their city parks along with the playground. Cannot say any better experience than WC recreational n activities program than anyone!

The 1st point of contact person, Barbara was EXTREMELY rude. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she hung the phone up. I called back and she continued to yell and placed me on hold. I eventually spoke to her boss Jim. He seemed concerned and I would rate him a 5 for listening and his concern regarding Barbaras representation of Walnut Creek.
