Jay was great! We needed some flexibility in the rental schedule and he went above and beyond. The group had a blast and the equipment worked flawlessly. The color coded wires helped for a fast and easy set up.

I called Jay last minute as I had a huge event at one of our stores, needing some uplights/spotlights. went to YELP, got a hold of Jay and he was very accomodatiing, got what I needed!

I was nervous renting the equipment right off the bat. I met Jay and the guy is a good dude. We talked about an hour 1/2 about Djs we knew Clubs we went to and where we worked coming up. Vinyl Vinyl Vinyl... I even named a song and he knew the artist.. No one ever knows this song. Okay so I picked up the equipment went to my gig and It was perfect. The speakers he recommended were WOW. I knew QSC was the best but an 8 inch I thought maybe I would not have enough sound. They killed it ! The time he took with me to feel comfortable was over the top. I will only use his company for the future. Ten stars.

Sound and Video Rentals recently came to my rescue when my on campus resources couldnt supply my needs for our panel at Stanford Homecoming. Jay responded immediately to my inquiry and came to campus to inspect the venue. We had challenges regarding access to the lecture hall, but Jay and his team skillfully put together the required equipment and set up the day before. Execution on day of event was flawless. I should note that the final cost was comparable to what we would have paid our campus AV group. We at Stanford DCI are 100% pleased by the services provided by Sound and Video Rentals.

I had a large groundbreaking event and what I had asked for was for someone to come out and set up the audio and then come back and take it down after the event. I used AV rentals for a 30th birthday karaoke party for my daughter. Jay did a fabulous job in every possible area. He answered my call, provided me quickly with great pricing and contract information. He called to confirm and arrived early to set up. He was professional and careful when setting up. He gave very clear instructions on how to work the equipment. The equipment worked perfectly and Jay arrived at the time set to pick up it up. Planning a wedding can get quite stressful. And being pretty bad at it, we had pretty much forgotten the need for speakers, mic, etc until the last minute. Jay patiently explained to me what was needed and what all of the options were for renting it all. I had my friend pick everything up and Jay showed him exactly how to set everything up once we brought it to our venue. It worked flawlessly and I was very grateful of that. Great company!
