Very nice and quiet condo. Great pool!

The gym can be upgraded. But its great to have it for tenants at no cost..

I have lived here for about 25 years so you’re going to get a good idea of what the place is really like. I start off with the amenities The clubhouse is giant it actually feels like you’re in a real country club. It was remodeled a few years ago so the furniture is relatively new. The pool room has three full-size pool tables And in good condition. The Wi-Fi network is a Unsecured network and is slow at times. The gym has three treadmills, three ellipticals and for stationary bikes. The equipment is Often broken. The equipment in the weight room which I don’t know how to describe is all relatively new and is in great condition. There is one room for squash and handball court. I feel the gym is too small and in adequate for an 800 unit condominium complex. There are three swimming pools are heated during the summer months however only one is heated during the fall, winter and spring months.

Sauna 5 stars, great pools, like a hotel vacation. Next to jogging-bike trails. Minutes walk to city center downtown.Jacuzzis, gym, huge club house. Paradise.

This place looks really nice and the price are really good compared to other apartment in Walnut Creek but there management is really bad. This is to the point that I felt like they treated me and my friends differently because we were young. And honestly it feels like being at an old grandparents house that is conservative in there views. Like you can’t in the club house because it is seen as inappropriate.

Never go there cause i feel unwelcome. my friends feel uncomfortable.
