This was an incredible experience for the entire family! We ended up here for our 20th anniversary. We wanted a tropical vacation but COVID-19 ruined that plan. We had our children and dog with us and they made it very special. Including milk and juice tasting flights for the kids. They brought over a dog water bowl immediately upon arrival. They have made intimate seating spaces outside which works well during these times. For a moment I was able to forget about the pandemic and truly enjoy ourselves! Megan was amazing and knew just what would be right for our tasting! Her passion for wine and people really come through. The food was fantastic. The GM stopped by and had a great conversation, which led to us being invited back for brunch the next day. This is a gem as far as the wine experience goes. Will definitely be going back!
The setting is just perfect. During Covid-19, they space out tables and are very careful about their protocol. The back lawn was just perfect and framed beautifully against the back drop of the pond. Wines are at excellent price point - both the Columbia, Icon and Reserve. Staff was very thoughtful with our three Westies. The lunch sandwich is very good but at a high price point. You can take your own there, though.
We really enjoyed our visit here. The staff was very friendly, the setting was beautiful, and there was plenty for the kids to do (also dog friendly). The Rosé and the Chardonnay were very nice.
We do lunch at Waterbrook everytime we come to Walla Walla. It is one of the most beautiful wineries in the valley. The staff is attentive and they have some very nice reds.
Beautiful grounds and tasting area. Lovely outdoor, large seating area with fire pits and heating lamps. Pond with a path around it and lots of vocal frogs to enjoy. Wine is very well down and not expensive comparatively.
We love Waterbrook and always enjoy our time there. Fun Eats and Adult treats its got something for all kinds of wine lovers.
We were fortunate to attend the Firelight event on October 9, 2020. Sitting out with the fire blazing and drinking a beautiful Syrah was absolute magic. The servers were so lovely and accommodating. It was as if we were watching a theatre performance and it was flawless. Then our dinner arrived and as we cut into our succulent chops we just looked at each other and mumbled, Mmmm over and over. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Shawn Jensen who orchestrated the menu. We could not believe how he finessed the grills..a maestro. He was so energetic and thankful. I really need the recipe for both the beans and the kale. Many thanks again and as always to David and Liesl. They were so gracious throughout...love you guys! As a winery, Waterbrook is superb and we feel extremely privileged to be wine club members. And thank you for letting Meatloaf be one of your mascots.See you all soonAnn McLachlan Harmon and Jim Harmon
Waitress we had didnt check up on as very often. We might have seen her 2 times within an hour
Great venue, food, staff and wine. Doing an excellent job during difficult times. Thank you
Wonderful lunch and very good wine
A great way to spend an afternoon. The serving crew have been pleasant and knowledgeable servers. In the summer, doing a Friday or Saturday evenings they are open later. Sitting outside as the day cools with the pond and landscaping is worth doing.
Fun, relaxing and enjoyable. Wonderful friendly staff.
Until service gets to what it was, it is not worth the trip. Really sad
The warehouse recieving supervisor is such a rude person, way too much Attitude, No respect for truck drivers. For delivery do no show up early only by appointments.
The reviews for this place from our wine group were mixed. We had a full meal here that we made reservations for. It was very good across the board. Between the hamburger and the tacos. The scenery as well was very beautiful. Reminded us of a Napa winery that is very opulent and well manicured. They have the nice pond and bacci ball. The wine is where things got a bit iffy. We had a tasting of 5 or 6, I forget exactly. We had one member of our group really enjoy the Chenin Blanc that was poured first while the rest of us poured ours. Then every other wine that came for our group of 8 got poured. The wines were not terrible wines, and they were not spoiled (corked), they just did not taste very good. We visited 11 wineries on our trip to Walla Walla and this is the only place of the 11 where we poured out wine. We werent upset by any of this, just very bummed as wed been riding this high of the quality wines in WA.
Great place with great people and good food to have with wine flights
Megan really made our experience memorable. Would highly recommend this winery and her service. Beautiful location and fantastic wine.
Doing the best they can during Phase 2!
Reciving guy I don’t know he is supervisor or he is just forklift driver but he is the one who do check inn truck drivers but je is very rude to drivers
FOR TRUCKERS:OVERNIGHT PARKING IS AVAILABLE.Fast and friendly unloading. On my 7:00 am appt I came at 6:20. Got papers and empty trailer at 7:00
Great food, wine, and service. Beautiful outside seating areas and a solid place to relax in the valley. Cara and Liesl offered great service and really made the experience memorable. Too bad the restroom was vandalized, because the people are so nice!
Enjoy their wines, readily accessible at NW regional groceries and beyond. Stopped into the winery en route to Walla Walla for a quick bite and wine. Here you get their higher end varietals plus their standards. We opted for the Sangiovese rosé with our fish tacos. Refreshing and light summer wine. Fish tacos tasty but a tad dry. Still, a nice stop with a great view.
Beautiful facility. The tasting room is setup for table or barside service, but the staff is ill equipped to handle this (poor training? dont care?). Visited with my wife and received the first sample in a few min. After that we were basically forgotten. Went back to the bar to get the next pour. A different member of staff asked if anyone was taking care of us and I said no. She said she would take over. But after 15 min we could tell that poor service was the norm here. Its not like they were swamped as there were only about 15 customers. The samples we had were good, but Ill spend my money at wineries that want my business.
Steak panni was the best
The ambiance is great. Wine was pretty good. Management really makes things right. I would have given our experience here a 1 star. But I had talked with managment about our disappointment. He went above and beyond to make our experience better. I was amazed at his dedication and service. He has a new crew and they are learning. Just knowing this makes for a better understanding. I feel like when his crew is trained up, it will be an amazing place as the leadership cares ! Although our food was not the best this time. My husband and I will be back for another try! Thank you for trying to make it right and for changing a challenging situation into a positive experience for us.
The wine and gardens are beautiful. The service is slow . The plating was all wrong for all dishes. I had a salad which was good but half went on the floor. They had long greens that needed to be cut and served it in a bowl
We received individualized service.
Just okay service; so slow to check out
Loaded for California, pleasant experience. Clean dock area, quick load. Arrived early for my 3pm appointment, they got me in nearly on time as I had to wait for another truck to move away from the dock. There is a scale on site, and it is accurate.
Love this winery! Service is great, wine is awesome, food is delicious and setting is beautiful. Even when busy, such as special events or Sunday Supper, everyone who works there does their very best to make the experience enjoyable and memorable. Sarah and Flo are so personable, and although I don’t know the chef, I know his/her product and love the tasty dishes. A great place to spend an hour or two when in the Walla Walla area.
Lousy service in the tasting room. If you arent wearing bling you will most likely ignored. Fortunately the Icon line was more favorable than the reserved that weve tried in stores.
This place is always delightful for me! Great manager. Never fails to provide great service. Hope he gets a sweet bonus at year end!
Well worth the visit. Not only is the wine fantastic but the ambiance is gorgeous! Our host was great away educating as well as flexible in our preferences.
Cant say enough good. Excellent wines and value, great food, and unsurpassed service. I want to go back for any reason!
Love this place! Excellent wines with generous pours for tasting. Even better, great food!
Beautiful situation, with large green grassy spaces, lovely deck to sit outside, as well as seating inside. We had lunch here with some friends. The food is mediocre, limited, and pricey, but the wine-tasting room atmosphere delightful. We ordered a flight of wines to go with an appetizer tray, and that was very good. Ordered some sandwiches as well, which we could have passed on, frankly.
Food is always so delicious and the wine is amazing. I am always so impressed by the service and gorgeous venue.
I’ve been to different wineries here in Washington and California including Napa Valley and Westbrook has been one of the best. The wine was delicious and they have a good variety of food plates but what really made our visit so pleasant was Sarah. She really took care of us and explain everything we needed and wanted to know about Westbrook wines, plus she spoke spanish with us the whole evening and even if she hadn’t anyway it would have been as great as it was. Great Spot to relax and chill, ask for Sarah, great person.
Very nice food excellant must try the ice wine soooooo Good
Waterbrook is a great winery. Very friendly and helpful plus they have good wine.
Thank you for the delicious wine club dinner tonight. As akways... we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Server brought us water and she never came back. Wines looked interesting, but well never know. We walked out. Shouldnt have to ask for service.
Beautiful tasting room, patio and grounds. Our server was fantastic! However, the wine was not, this was the only place no one on our wine tour purchased any bottles. The place was so stunning but since I did not enjoy the wine I would not go back.
Great atmosphere, beautiful location and the staff were genuinely friendly. Of course, the wine is terrific!
Sean, David & Amanda were fantastic. They answered all our questions with additional information about the wine.Best experience on this trip so far.Thank you
Excellent customer service and an awesome experience!
Mediocre at best, over pricing. Attendants at The Tasting Room were more interested in talking with their other employees. And the food lacked in flavor and quality.
Great wine selection and food. Can schedule special events here. They even have a place to stay the night.
Our Favorite Walla Walla Destination. Icon is absolutely amazing
This winery practices different customer service for different races. My friends went there and werent served for over an hour while white customers were served promptly.
Very long wait, wines seemed average. Scenery made up for it. Almost seemed like the decor was to compensate for something. Pretentious.
Subpar wine, subpar service, overly embellished grounds. Dozens of better wineries within ten miles. Would not go again.
Good wine selection. I have a sweet tooth so there wasnt any sweet wines to tastes but overall very good
Winery and grounds is gorgeous! Food is delicious, wi ne ymmv
Had so much fun. Great wines.
