Bring the kid out in you or just bring the kids. Either way you have a great time here! Just would be so much nicer if they had snack shack and some pinball game or a laser tag in the back would be awesome.

My kids had a blast. They just reopened since covid and there really werent many kids there. They close every two hours for 30 mins to clean everything which is good. Kids are not required to wear a mask while they jump. There was an arcade in the back room also but many of the games were turned off and not available for use. They do have wifi and tables for adults who want to get work done. There is water for purchase but no fountain. It is hard to get an actual person to answer the phone when I called to get more information. My son commented that the young man managing the area where he was jumping was very nice. The other employees seemed to be positive and helpful also. Bathrooms were clean. Thats all I know.

Kids had a fun time lots of room to sit and watch the kids play. All the arcade machines are a dollar. They have vending machines for snacks but do not serve food. But you can bring it in. Good time we will go back.

I have no idea if the trampoline is fun. I would assume so by my daughters sweaty glee filled face. Mostly I thought it was great for the couch for parents to sit and read. The couch was comfortable and I enjoyed my reading time.

Great place for the kids to let loose and burn up the energy! Attentive staff, very friendly as well! So far as it being the place for a birthday party Im not so sure. $225 for 5 kids to jump for ONE hour & you get a table for TWO HOURS with mediocre decorations. My son enjoyed his day, but I definitely got more bang for my buck at Chuck E. Cheese last year.

ITrampoline is the best place for a kids birthday party. Its cool and clean, they set up everything for you and do all clean up. Chris was our party helper and he was so polite and friendly. Chris anticipated our every need, he made the party easy for us. I wish I could give ten stars. Thank you so much Chris. Itrampoline is the best!

Had tons of fun and practically empty when we went on a Tuesday. Prices arent too bad, they offer military and kamaaina discounts.You can work up quite a sweat inside the building but they have fans everywhere and also couches, chairs and tables to relax and take a breather. They have vending machines if you get thirsty or want a sweet snack.

The staff was amazing! They had so much patience with the kids. They even took the time to help me when I got stuck on the air drop jumping area. I enjoyed myself and would definitely come back!

This place is awesome for all ages. They have a very big warehouse for jumping. They have basketball nets to juml and dunk on. They have a dodgeball court to play. Aracade games, putt putt golf and a place for events. Great atmosphere and a lot of rules. We will be back as my 4 and 2 year old loved it. The only problem is its hard to keep little kids from running and on their own trampoline. Good job and see you soon.

I will never come here again! We have been to one in almost ever state and never had the experience than we have here. They kept yelling my one and two year old for falling, with not getting up right away. They were not moving fast enough to get off the “jump pad.” My kids are one and two! They need to understand that kids are just playing and learning.

This place was ok a little pricey considering it doesnt offer much. Mostly for kids or people that jump in one place since you cant sit or lay down and the squares are to small. But i think if you pay per hour and theres only one person allowed per square you should be able to do whatever you want with your time even if its resting on the trampoline cause your timenis still running enyway.

Its a great place for parties and casual get togethers for all ages to get their jump on.

It is ok, but needs a little bit of management improvement of things I observed like blatant headshots and uncalled hits in dodgeball which seemed frequent, but everyone was never nice and it was enjoyable for everyone. It would be nice if things from the previous location were brought back to the Kapolei one.

A good place for a party, multiple trampoline themed activities. Small arcade. Not much in terms of snacks, just vending machine and some popsicles, so make sure to bring your own. A little pricey if youre just going to go to a place, better as a group to take advantage of deals.

It was pretty slow during weekday afternoon. Very relaxed informal Bday activity for 7 12 yo girls for parent. I think we stayed for 3 hrs.

This place is falling apart. Needs serious renovations. Ripped and creaky trampolines. Place is dirty and super crowded. By far the worst trampoline park I have ever been to.

ITrampoline is 1 of the worse fun zone established I have every been too in hawaii. 1st off the refund policy is so wrong. I went there with my daughter which is 2 and my niece which is around 7 and wife. The 3 ladies decided to jump and I just took photos and watched. My niece kind of hurt her leg well ankle 15 minutes into our 1 hour jumping session So I went to ask if I could get a refund because she couldnt finish her 45 minute jump. They simple told me sorry we dont do refunds for the jumps. I tried to explain we just started jumping and she fell on her ankle wrong so she dont want to continue. All the guy repeated to say is just yea sorry we dont do refund on jumps and that I could read online for the refund policy which basically says the same thing. I feel there has to be some type of limitation to that none refund policy or getting hurt should void a no refund policy especially for kids. Secondly its a kids friendly play area so let the kids have fun. Yes workers should watch out for the best interest of the kids but the workers as I sat and watch did nothing put playing around with each other and stop the kids from having fun by simply scolding them on rules and regulations that the workers are not following. I seen workers chasing each other and jumping on the same mat as coworkers and stop kids from playing because kids are being kids. It made a handful of kids go sit down with an attitude because the workers keep stopping them for playing. Last they didnt have a food court or anything other than vending machines a few drink selections and dip and dots to purchase. This was my 1st time going out to the establishment and I tell u I wouldnt recommend anybody to go for a party or just spare time. Its a waste of time and money.

Easier to find at their new location. Jump side seems a bit smaller now, but they still offer all the fun activities and more! Check in took longer than I expected because only 1 person was working check in (we went as soon as they opened on a saturday morning).

This is the siding the best place ever

They have no problem letting somebody do flips but wont let you do small bounces with your young kid. They seem to enforce some rules but not all.

Great fun for and with the kids. A strong consideration doing physical activities indoors if the weather outside is bad. But the cost of admission is a little too much. A movie ticket, snacks, and a drink would cost about the same.

First time there. Yes, it does get crowded at around 2:30 pm. Since enjoyed the Dodge ball game. Its very popular. Only downside is filling out the waiver there is time consuming as there are only two stations to complete this task. Limited seating for those not with a large party. Finally parents need to teach their kids better manners as kids just cut in line. Staff turn the other way rather than taking corrective action.

The kids had a great time. Staff was very friendly. I just wish the ac was working.

Way to many rules to have fun like other posters have said. Took my child who loves trampolines to blow off energy. Werent allow to jump near other kids or run and have fun. Spent 27 dollars for hour and half and left in 25 minutes of being there. My kid spent 2 minutes total on the trampolines and was scared of the whistle being blow at him and kids around him. And sat down scared on the trampoline. Took a photo of it as well. Was definitely not worth the 27 dollars for my 4 year old to be afraid the whole time. He spent the rest of the time hiding in the playhouse down by the arcade instead. Not worth the time or money in my opinion.

We had our childrens birthday party there and it was fantastic. Our hostess was super helpful and took care of everything we needed. The kids had an absolute blast, literally bouncing off the walls fun. There was plenty of staff around to make sure everyone was safe and they seemed to have the situation well under control. Absolutely will go back.

Service for birthday party was smooth. Host made sure everyone was checked in and bouncing within minutes of arriving. Area is decorated with balloons, streamers, and tablecloths already.

Really nothing great about this place. It has like 3 different sections. They literally wasted 1/2 the space on birthday party section that they could have expanded and did more trampolines and foam squar pits or something. It was boring for my 8&9yr old who love trampolines. They were ready to leave after 10mins of being there.

I received an injury here after one visit. Avoid this place if you dont want to take the risk of a twisted ankle.If you plan on going to this place, avoid making the same mistake I did. For the squares, there are mat dividers. Underneath these dividers is wood. When you jump off, make sure that you do not crash into these dividers otherwise you might twist your foot. I had to have my foot wrapped up and was advised to keep it in a bucket of ice for 15 minutes on and then 15 minutes off. After youve experienced a foot injury from here make sure to elevate your foot and ice it. The ankle has a very sensitive muscle group and takes time to heal. Wrapping up your injury will help stabilize the muscles and allow you to rehabilitate faster.I would not recommend this place for children, they can get seriously injured and this company does not provide any compensation for medical liabilities. Before you purchase a ticket you will sign off on a waiver stating that all injuries are your own responsibility and not the owners, staff or the facility.

FUN, and if you wait until 10 mins after the hour youll get more time to jump. However big kids are exhausted well before an hour, while the little kids can jump for hours. Wish there was a skating rink in the warehouse area with the put put and party area. Would be Choice with a skating rink!!!

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place to others. It’s not because of the place itself but the atmosphere there. Since it was late afternoon on weekday, there were less than 10 people jumping. What I still don’t understand is that why I wasn’t allowed to sit down on the trampoline for a while even though it was v.e.r.y. v.e.r.y. quite day. I’m not a robot to keep jumping without a stop for an hour. And why I wasn’t allowed to take a photo of my kid even though there was nobody at all around. After spending money, I had to keep studying staff’s face to see if this action is alright or not. It was mentally more tiring than keep following a kid on the trampoline. I’ve already read a review that there were so many ridiculous rules to follow. But it was an actual unpleasant visit. I wish there should be a development for the future customers.

Great time. Almost the whole warehouse is a trampoline. They have some arcade games if you to play games and a basketball hoop if you can dunk from a trampoline. They have dodgeball tournaments and a huge foam pit. It is pretty far back behind Costco and has a good amount of parking. Be aware if you go during rush hour the factories and businesses when they let out cause a lot of traffic.

Hosted a birthday party here and it was a great choice! The service was awesome, the timing for all activities was pretty accurate, and the kids had a blast! Would come here for more than birthday parties for sure, its a great place to take your children and get them active.

Absolutely loved it. Very friendly staff...very clean facility. Guests were friendly. Over all...a GOLD STAR experience. We will definitely be visiting again.I personally enjoyed the comfortable leather couches parents got to sit on while waiting for their keikis for the 1 - 2 hours of jump time. There are a lot of picnic tables where large groups or bigger parties can gather.

Way too many rules to have any real fun! Its hard to remember all the rules, so we were constantly having the whistle blown at us for breaking rules. Given the cost and the 5-page waiver you have to sign before jumping, some of the rules just seemed ridiculous. There were two schools while we were there, so it was too hot and crowded. For the cost of a few family trips here, you can get your own backyard trampoline and have loads more fun. We wont be back.

Went there for a birthday party. Great place to take kids and the family for a birthday party or get together with family and their kids. You can bring food but no drinks. We had to sneak water in the place. Probably they want you to buy their beverages. Lots of tramplines for kids and people. It was fun to watch the people jumping.

This place is fun, I suggest anyone try it once. It is expensive, even with kamaaina and military discount. The major downside for me, is they dont let you jump with your own child. You cant be touching them at all. My daughter likes to hold my hand and use me as balance. The staff wouldnt even allow us to be in the same square. Ive been to several other indoor-trampoline places where they allowed it. Its incredibly hot and muggy inside, and it makes the experience slightly miserable. I wish they would separate the older kids from the younger ones, like other facilities do. There are toddlers being run into by irresponsible teenagers with no regard to who is in their way. The staff seems to favor their friends. Parents are yelled at for helping their kid up, but teens arent yelled at for doing flips into another childs square. It definitely has its upsides, it is fun. The foam pit is quite the experience. This place just needs a lot of work on staff and policy.

The experience was phenomenal! The management and all of the employees were so friendly. We had a special arrangement, so we had the whole place to our group for the evening. Truly amazing!

If there was a membership rate or day pass I would be here all the time. But at $40 for the little one and I to jump for an hour; its just hard to justify the long drive and expense.

Always fun for the kids. They have a great staff that reminds everyone to follow the rules so the kids are safe. The bathrooms are clean and the facility is large and fun for both the jumpers and the nonjumpers. TIP - get here when it opens and you have the whole place to yourself practically!

The only complaint we have about this place are about the Japanese translations on the signs in the entrance of the building. Is this a joke?My Japanese friends and I had a good laugh over the hilariously inaccurate translations of the rules and guidelines posted on the wall. For example, we noticed that courts was translated into a different type of court in the Japanese text - as in the court with a judge and jury.Other than the hilarious signs, We had a great time hopping around and watching a couple of wild kangaroo men perform some fantastic stunts.However, for future reference, please check with someone who is familiar with the language.

Crowded and hot. They serve only drinks and popsicles. If you have a party there, the party area is not within visibility of the jump area. It gets sold out quickly also then youll have to waut for the next time frame.

It was a great place to have fun, but its also a great place to get hurt. There is a reason you sign a waiver. My 4 year old daughter snapped her leg within 20 minutes. We took her to the ER where there was another kid there with the same break. We will not be going back.

My kids preschool had a field trip there. It was pretty cool! The kids had sooo much fun. I wish I could have jumped but I had to go to work. They had all sorts of games and activities like dodge ball, a foam pit (for little kids), two jumpy basketball hoops, and an arcade area.They have a few tables to have a party. However, if you do have a party there, outside food or drinks are not allowed. You would have to order the pizza through them from Papa Johns and buy drinks directly from them.They have military and family specials. Its a cool place. If you have young kids or young at heart adults, go check the place out!

This is definitely a great place to take kids to burn some energy. Despite the high cost, its usually pretty crowded. There is AC but its not very cold. There are several huge fans strategically placed to help with the heat. The registration counter is very, very slow! There are several arcade games and a separate party area. My kids spend their entire time playing dodgeball.

We too our grandson there when he visited and we also did it what fun it is great no impact exercise for you aches and pains that come with aging. We are definitely going back and will have another great time. Staff are excellent and very informative. they should offer yearly and monthly passes for one fee like the water park,zoo and Museum does . We are both over 65 and loved it all.

Super fun place for the kids! Adults can pay to jump as well or just watch... plenty of areas to sit & supervise.
