North County Tropical Fish Store - Reefers Garge

Small store or garage but nice selection of corals and fish. Fish goes fast. 80% is corals and 20% fish. Got my first beautiful red goni and lawnmower blenny yesterday. Fish started cleaning right away and goni opened up immediately.

Awesome fish store with a great selection of coral and some interesting fish that always look healthy.During evacuations last month we were panicked and didnt know what to do with our large Tesellata Moray Eel, Greg. We called Reefers and they didnt hesitate at all to take Greg while we moved our tank and evacuated our home.He was well looked after and even fed during his stay, and we could not be more grateful for the outstanding people here who helped us without question.Greg is now happily back at home with us, along with a new cleaner Wrasse from Reefers that has been thriving and healthy in the weeks since we brought him home.This will always be the first place we go to for all our aquarium needs!

I tried my best to give them my business, last 2 visits they had no water for my aquarium,s (3) of them. Last time I got water it killed 2 of my prized fish. Given them several chances to redeem themselves. ..but after again having no water again it’s time to findanew place. Really liked them but from a business standpoint I got to move on and find a new place.

This place is in the middle of a sketchy neighborhood in a literal garage. Small selection. Dark and dirty. Several dead fish in the tanks....Then when my husband asked about tank size/set up, he was answered rudely with an arrogant attitude. We won’t be back.

Great place to shop. They are super friendly, always has great selection of corals and fish at low prices. Been shopping there for a year now. It is one of the best local fish store Ive been to.

Great service! I had originally went to a local fish store, but they turned me away after I arrived five minutes before they closed. I had recently purchased over $100 in crabs from them, but they felt the need to turn me away. So, I found Reefers Garage and they were more than happy to take my business. I purchased over $300 in fish and am happy to say that all fish are healthy and alive. Thanks Reefrers Garage for taking care of an aquarium enthusiast... You will get my future business....

The owner of Reefers is a great guy. We always find the best deals here and the healthiest livestock. He can order you pretty much anything you are looking for and you never walk out of there feeling like you got ripped off.

Best reef store in so-cal hands down. All of the coral are healthy and they have a wide variety of entry level to high end pieces. They pride themselves on keeping clean tanks and you would be hard pressed to find an aptasia or a pest in any of their tanks. The fish stock comes in regularly and appear to be from a healthy reputable vendor. If they do not have what you are looking for, just ask Lewis! He will order it if it is available on the next weeks shipment.

This place is great. They have very good prices, great services, and lots of corals to select from. I love going here definitely way better than other fish stores.

I have never seen so many corals in one place... knowledgeable staff, doesnt rip you off, will tell you the honest truth. No sales gig here. I recommend stopping here beginner or expert

I totally scored today. I went in the store with the intent of picking up a couple of pounds of live rock. The price per pound was not only super competitive, I scored a couple of pieces totally purple and loaded in star polyps. The price per pound didnt change.
