SUPER GREAT DEALS: JUST GOT THE 4 FOR 20.....Super good pizza, wings, churros were a little new tasting but good. KIDS AND I LOVED IT!!

I would usually say I hate this place but going this last time was very enjoyable the manager lady has definitely cleaned it up pizzas are 10 times better workers are so much nicer and all together better then it has ever been. Also ask for Jonathan he was such a fun and hard working young man

Where a kid can be a kid! I love it here. We took our grandkids and they had so much fun, it can be pricey but well worth it seeing the kids face light up. They have other food options besides pizza and the salad bar is bomb!Staff was super friendly and the place was very clean!

This place is very cool for all the family but they need reliable employees. Theres was a toddler outside Chuck E Cheese wondering around and a good Samaritan brought him inside. The question is... How the heck did he get out without the greeter seeing him!?So why the heck do they even have a greeter?

Pizza was way better then expected, it was not the dark cramped place I remember! My kids I thought would be too young 3 and 18 months but they had a blast! The time limit and toys at the end made it easy to leave. It was a great experience.

We had a reserved table for a birthday party. Our host was attentive. He got into the singing with the birthday child. He cut the cake and served the icecream for us. He was very polite. He was a people person. The kids loved the goodie bags. This is our messy table after all the fun.

My children are toddlers so they had fun just being out running around, I enjoyed watching them be happy but I must say for some reason I recall a strong smell of stinky feet throughout the whole place and it wasn’t busy when I got there. Also the pizza was not tasteful. Rated those 2 stars because the kids still had fun

Rented a spot for bday party. Little pricey and only one register was open for some reason. So waited in line along time. Otherwise employees were very helpful.

I feel like the pizza is better than when I was a kid. My kids are 2 and 4 and they love this place! Get the unlimited for an allotted time because otherwise the little ones use the tokens up pretty quick.

My almost 2 year old had fun running around playing and riding the merry go round and etc. No more tokens, cards!

God is Great and this is a Great place for everyone to be a kid again. We all deserve to act like our show size . Have fun be a kid .

Great location for me and pretty fast on food service. Only bad thing is that it has a little odor when you walk in(feet?) Other than that its good. Prices have lowered since the jumping place came in next door.

Please have the general manager, Stacey Lopez, fired. Very rude to customers. I saw her verbally abuse her employees. I saw her get into a fight with another manager, John. I saw her kick out customers for their kids being a little loud like normal kids. Absolutely disgusting person. Please have her removed from her position

This location had an amazing deal when we showed up and was less busy than normal. I mean it got busier, but I expected it to be packed when we got there and it wasnt. We had a lot of fun and the employees were nice.

Great place for fun and food. Its a great place for people of all ages. I always enjoy coming here with my nephew and niece. Always spend hours here and love playing all the games, trying to get as many tickets as possible. It has brought out the kid in me all over again. I foresee going back to Chuck E Cheese very soon in the near future.

First visit to this one. We just moved to this area and needed a place to celebrate our daughters birthday. It was the first one Ive been at that does loadable cards instead of coins for the games.

Change the stage into a cu 1 stage because the 3 stage is in very very bad shape and kids and there mom and dads cant enjoy the show! and make the store clean

Great staff. The birthday was great. And the game cards are for 2 hrs of unlimited plays, instead of a certain $ amount.

Had My Sons 2nd Birthday Party this past weekend! Our host (Jonathan) was amazing! He did such a great job! A little pricey, but definitely worth it! My Son loved it. Great for kids of all ages and even the adults enjoy playing the games!

Kids love it, but they need more staff on duty during the evenings; the weekends; and most importantly on days they have Parties booked...that will improve their costumer service skills...

We always upgrade to the stuffed crust pizza, nice employees. The games are fun for grown ups and kids. The prizes arent really good, but the cotton candy is.

We love it. As a parent u also get to play. My daughter and I bought a card with 45 mins on it and played together. I would slide the card on a game for her and also do the same for myself at a game closest to her at the same time. We accumulated 1167 tickets in just 45 mins. She was very happy with her prize she got at the ticket counter. I only paid 13.99 for the card. I had used a coupon that I got for signing up on the website prior to going this evening. For some fun and at a very reasonable price I recommend u come here!!!

Its great fun until its time to cash in your tickets. It takes entirely too long and they need to work on their people skills... Happens everytime, which is why our family rarely goes.

We had a great time ! I was skeptical after reading former reviews but we found everything working or it was quickly repaired, staff was helpful, constantly cleaning and prices were reasonable. The only suggestions is restroom were foul. Needs a fan and air fresheners. The ticket prices were cheap. Maybe up the rewards. We will be back. Fun for kids.

5-star fun for the entire family. Not even half as expensive as other similar places. Definitely recommend for a young kids birthday party. Cant be beat!

This is a place for familys and Unfortunately there are works who work there that being Co-workers sleep around and outside this bussiness gives this company a bad reputation cause of the problems they can bring into this family place....

Good ExperienceThe line was out the door, of course it was Sat afternoon. I was expecting to have a horrible experience, but I still decided to wait since my son was already excited about going there. But I was surprised to se how well managed it was, the only down was how long we had to wait for the food 1 1/2 hours. But there was always workers available when the machines broke down and everyone was nice, they kept the place clean an overall it was great. Thank you.

Had a great birthday for my 2 boys. Food was good. Everything came out on time.

My little sister had fun at my coworkers sons birthday party, but they could update a bit more and the staff could be a little more enthusiastic since they work with a lot of kids.

$150 later and i have to bring my own food to my table, and buss my own table.definitely not a fan of this new way they are doing things.if you plan on coming make sure you bring alot of money.

Overall its a great place. It does get rather busy just because its obviously a popular kids destination. They do a good job keeping it clean with all the chaos. If your attending earlier is better if you can.

Always to many people. Half of the workers act like they dont want to there. There was 6 games that were not working on a Sunday of all days! It seems like most of the workers only want to interact with each other. Id say that they get a better ventilation system in there and get some kind of air freshener or air purifiers. The best thing about it was the smile on my toddlers face.

I havent been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a small child. With that said, I was impressed with the patience and professionalism the staff displayed when I requested assistance with the play card. You can choose points or time and I had no idea what the difference was. I was frustrated and embarrassed because my kids had been waiting on me so the could play. Thankfully, I had no trouble when I sought help and I got my kids up and running in no time. In referenece to the games, I was pleasantly surprised. I expected mediocrity, but was wrong. They have some pretty cool games. So cool, in fact, my husband and I got a play card to share. We had a blast right alongside our kids! However, feeding a family of six here was a tad bit too expensive so we opted out of the pizza, but it was a fantastic experience nonetheless.

Had my daughters Bday party here...staff was kind helpful and very patient with the kids...fastest clean up Ive ever had for a Bday party! Lol

Smelled better in the RESTROOM.. and is very expensive.. I counted Three or Four Random employees.. but everytime I went to the counter they were all in the BACK and was forced to wait several minutes.. When an employee FINALLY show up they acted ANGRY and made you feel like you RUINED their day!. if YOUR the OWNER! clean the damn place, lower your prices AND FIRE MOST OF YOUR STAFF! NEVER EVER GOING BACK! Oh... Also 7 games DIDNT WORK!

The hourly game play is awesome

It took a very long time to get the food ready it also smells like feet in there probably not coming again it just took a long time to get my food ready I was there at 6 pm and got my food at 8pm

The games were good value and the salad bar was great, but the pizza was terrible and took almost an hour.

Very good service in and out without a problem also the staff is running around making sure to keep things clean and tidy

Family environment that caters to kids. Pizza and games with animatronic entertainment as well as Chuck E. Cheese himself making an appearance for the birthday child. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My nephew enjoyed himself and so did the people in attendance for the party. Playing games for tickets brought back childhood memories. We had a good time.

The two options for the gaming is great. You can choose play time or coin based option. The time based is unlimited for a certain amount of time. Or you can go for a token per game. The staff here is very good and pays attention to customer needs.

Terrible customer service!! And they changed their rules on prizes so they dont have much worth playing for. All the good prizes you have to buy when you use to be able to use tickets. If I would have known that I would have just bought what my kids wanted instead of spending so much on tickets to get enough just to find out the rules changed. No signs were posted. Just not as much fun anymore my kids say. Also one of the games was not working properly and I was made to feel like a liar trying to scam tickets, it was terrible. Never going back.

It was nostalgic. Hadnt been in years and honestly it brought out the kid inside me. The new play option (hourly or points) is a great idea. I used coupons from online and it saved me a few bucks. The pizza was delicious. Oh btw the kids had a blast. It was awesome to see my gfs kids smiling having a good time. Will definitely go again.

The place is like a zoo. Kids running everywhere and nobody cares about any of the kids in there. Then when trying to leave the “General Manager” has the exit blocked off and continues to allow people to block it as people are trying to exit. When ask where the manager is she says I am the manager. We tell her this is a fire hazard she tries to say no it’s not there isn’t many people blocking the exit. Like seriously you try to hold people in an establishment. We will never be back here again with a rude manager like that, not allowing someone to exit.

I wonder why the pizza is shaped in different sizes hmmmm and I still wonder where the other half of that pepperoni is at.

Took my daughter and we had a great time. Line for prizes took a long time.

My son loves Chuck E Cheese however the experience sucked. It was crowded and they only have one till open in the entire place with the manager running it. 3 other tills not in use. We spent 40 minutes in line to buy one $2 cotton candy. We waited in line forever at the exchange counter just to get the cotton candy and when it was our turn all the employees left. Nobody ever came back, just left us standing there. I had to ask one of the employees walking around to get someone back there and they asked the girl who was restocking the salad. She even refused at first before coming over. After waiting in line at the ticket exchange counter they make you start all over in the cashiers line at the front of the store if your buying anything when there is a till right there at the counter. They need to keep people at each station and have more cashiers. I can be patient but my 1 and 3 year old dont want to stand there for an hour.

Cleaned up since last time I went approx.3 years ago. Still a fun place for kids. Plenty of room for us, went early.

It was packed mind you, but that’s to be expected on a Saturday.Came in as a party of 7 with my sister on crutches and was sat in a booth that sat 6, so most of us to eat like we had been stuffed inside a sardine can.Salad bar was ok, ranch lacked flavor.Sodas all tasted as if they were running out, not sweet or flavorful at all.Pizza was greasy and mediocre at best and made me feel glad I hadn’t ordered Wings (which are my favorite)All in all it was overpriced for the quality and lack of service we received.
