Great parking. Very nice inside. Very well designed. Good food out lets and restrooms conveniently located. The whole facility was very clean. All staffers were her respectful and friendly.

Ive been coming here for Girls Wrestling State Championships for the passed 4 years. Its a nice place. And nice little town. I like the deli shop across the street.

I have stayed here and have attended company gatherings. Rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable. Our annual company gathering is always held here and the decorations are beautiful food is delicious. Bathrooms for the venues are always clean.

Always a great place to attend an event large or small. One blocked of Main St and centrally located two hotels post office Hospital restaurants and other entertainment. Parking can be a little rough on the larger vents

I attended this venue as a wedding guest/bridesmaid and had a wonderful time! The facility was very clean and spacious. The staff seemed very attentive and helpful.

I worked two events here as a security guard and each event was excellent. The staff that runs the whole operation aare the most nicest people and the bands that performed were awesome as well though i didnt understand what they were saying, music is a universal language

Huge place for big events chase bank in next to it as well as the Marriott hotel. Parking is not enough so there is a parking garage on the north side of it.

Norcal Gymnastics event for my niece. 1st time here. Loved the space and the parking garage across the street. Wished I checked out all the other spots around.

I did not see much. I think Im going to see more things. Thats okay, but Im not impressed.

Its always so beautiful and they served an excellent dinner during the Silent Auction.

Ive attended several events over the years, great experiences every time.

I took my Family there for the first time to watch WWE Nxt and really enjoyed it the Event staff was Extremely helpful in finding our seats very helpful and went out of their way thank you.

Place was nice. Very clean. I would never again attend the cvwn boutique. They are rude as I have ever seen.

Boots, brews and bacon was an awesome festival. They did it right, had a wonderful time and plan on attending next year.

Been here more then a few times. Expos, concerts,even a WWE wrestling event. Had fun at all of them and the parking is not bad and its downtown so always something to do after a event when your coming from there. Clean area and bathrooms, They sell beer too

Enjoyed visiting here for the IDXC in April. Easy access, shade trees, nice location.

There is only limited close free parking

Bathrooms were all out of t.p. halfway thru the event and were never restocked. But the drink prices were fair.

As an outside AV provider, this is one of my favorite venues to work in. Great staff, easy venue to work in, really accommodating and pleasure to work with on all fronts, from event coordinator to banquets to AV.

Always love Grand Chapter at the Convention center. They are kind and couteous staff, with clean facilities.

Bathrooms very clean and stocked at all times, halls vacuumed and nice, love it, personal very friendly

This is a nice venue for conventions! The Jobs Daughters of California had our annual Grand Bethel gathering last week and it was great! Hot outside but very comfortable inside. Clean facilities and courteous, helpful staff. Really enjoyed the session.

First of all there was free parking. Which as a parent was relieved. Clean, fairly new building. Bathrooms clean. Big rooms.

Attended a professional conference here. The facility was the perfect size for our group of about 800. The meeting rooms are spacious and have comfortable cushy chairs. The AV equipment is standard fare. The two hotels adjacent to the convention center were ideally located. Given our size other participants were within a 6 miles radius. Parking itself was free all over town and made up for those who had to commute. The town itself was also full of shops, bars and restaurants. Overall a great place for the area and exceeded expectations.

This is a fairly modern facility and well laid out. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is marginal - a large convention will overwhelm the parking lot. Ours was small so it wasnt too much of a problem. The associated Marriott hotel was being renovated and the lobby was a nightmare.

I attended 3 day Gospel music Fan Fest at the Convention Center. I will give the staff there a 5 star rating. They make a lot of people feel welcome & comfortable, they were so courteous. I look forward to attending next year again.

Good venue for many different events. Lots of good food near by. The downtown area is a wonderful place to walk around.

Well situated, near freeway. Close to two hotels.

We had a IOOF conference there with nearly 200 people. They had the rooms set up for us. Clean thur and thur. Lighting is good.

I was here for wedding reception. Hall was very beautiful and well decorated.

Home show was so cool. Got to treasure hunt. Got goodies too!

Ben here once a year for the last 5 years. Never had any issues, but I was just asking for the conventions. Its decent.

University of Phoenix has Study Campus there and is very quiet and friendly atmosphere.

Very disappointing..few vendors. Mostly Spas, pools, solar, artificial grasses. Was small with no interesting vendors.

Great place for any public events! Definitely alot of space for interested parties.

Was here for Jobs daughters grand bethel 2018. Building and grounds are well kept and the a.c is in full working order which is a bonus when needing to escape the 105°weather outside. This was our 2nd event here and I have no complaints.

Not for Tourists.This was advertised as a visitors center and convention center. There was no one there to help us; only a pamphlet kiosk about the surrounding area. For as many potential visitors as come to the area, one would think tourists would be treated better. There is a walking tour of this historic town, but no map showing the path. The chamber of commerce caters more to business than tourism.

The place and the vendors very nice, but I have the feeling that there is something wrong with the organizers that they are attracting less and less business every year, sad!

It was a quilt ceremony for murdered victims of crime I witnessed what seemed to be genuine caring respect for the mudered victims family & friends who lost loved ones due to someone being senselessly murdered by someone who doesnt respect the true value of another human life as well as all of the persons affected by theyre senseless acts I would like to say the assinsrwant district attorney stood in for the district attorney & did a spectacular job congratulations

Nice place to have events

The convention center was beautiful. It was close to hotels and places to shop and eat, with in walking distance. The staff was super nice and helpful. They kept the bathrooms clean. And the womens restroom were huge!

Great DX Convention!

Large and caters to big groups. In a nice area with ample parking and a neighboring hotel. Offers meals for large groups and food is acceptable. I recommend.

The venue was very pretty, but that being said the bride and groom did all the decor, flowers and candles. It was a very elegant wedding. The food was really good. The only thing why this didnt 5 stars is that I went up and ordered a drink, at the end I asked for a splash of rum on top and the bartender charged me $18 for a small drink of cranberry tito vodka with a splash of Malibu rum. If it really would have been a full honest shot, ok, but it was a splash.

Ive attended several conferences here and luncheons. I love the easy free parking and the professional layout.

This place is always CLEAN! Great place to host a large event. Restrooms clean, attractive, and roomy. The only 2 negatives are: a) city bus no longer stops right in front door, and is a ways to the v.c.c. 2) The other and perhaps more important fact is the lage sign outside no longer gives updates of upcoming events or even present ongoing events. What a sad waste of resources.

Every year pistachio day goes smooth. The help are very good during lunch
