Nice collection of stuff

Great customer service and nice people up front but dont expect it to continue if you have an issue with your purchase.My in laws purchased a beautiful set of couches and we’re over all happy with the experience until they noticed the couches were not built correctly and have a gap where they should connect. He requested to have them fixed and has been waiting for weeks for the item to get picked up. He has been told they were coming on two occasions only to be left waiting. Each time he has had to call and ask for the status of the pick up that the delivery truck is unavailable. Very disappointed in this company.

We have been going to El Capitain for some time now.. They are friendly, they deliver on time and have a widen selection. They do not preasure you when you walk in. The best part about them is their financing. They worked with us while other stores would not. I highly recommend them to anybody.
