I am just a kid and I love this place. It is a good place to loose energy and have a great time. I love that you can jump in to a bunch of cubes to. I love how they have the zip line. I suggest going there!

The first time we visited this place I paid $15 for 1 hour and 30 min. The guys asked if I would like to purchase the winter past for $40. Is good any weekdays from February through March almost 2 months. I said no, because we hadnt been there before. That day my child had a blast. when the time was over she said she wanted to come back again. I was like I should got the past. So I walked the register I explained if there was a way to get the winter past. they cancel the one time payment for $15 and they charged me $40 instead for the winter pass. How nice was that!! Im so happy for my little one! very please with the service. You guys are doing a great job, Thank you!!

I got the party package, and the jumping part was great. They need a six wheel though, to help with outside supplies, my sons bday cake had slides and they werent ready setting up the party on time. I recommend at least an hour and a half time with the party. And they forgot to give us are defy t-shirt, I had to go back for it.

Great place to get some active fun. Trampolines and foam pits for jumping and all around fun. You do have to fill out a quick waiver of liability before you are allowed to enter. Prices are pretty decent for kids under 7 ($11/hr of jumping) time slots allow for plenty of time to explore the whole facility.

Love this place! Kids jumped around for 2 hours. Went straight to bed when we got home. Lol.

Came here for my brother inn laws birthday and we had fun. The service was great the lady who worked there even help serve our pizza to everyone in the group. The trampolines are awesome and fun!

Wow....we really had such a great experience! It was my first time and the staff were really nice I really recommend DEFY for a great family fun time. It was not too pricey but definately worth the money .

This is a great place for kids to get away from technology and get active. I only gave four stars because the floors are filthy. The black and white tile looks like it hasnt been swept and mopped in many days and the jump area has a lot of bits of trash. Any business with this high of traffic should have the staff members sweeping up a bit during the day. The gal standing near me is just playing with her hair and yawning anyway.

This place is pretty cool the only thing that is not so cool about it is the staff everybody is under age immature and no customer service whatsoever they need to work a little bit more on giving good customer service rather than bad attitudes of the manager named Jacqueline she’s just still probably is the lead not even a manager she decided to call my wife a liar and then after my wife said that she’s not allowed to treat people that way and she told us that we need to leave after only jumping for 30 minutes when we purchased an hour and a half pass andWould not give us a refund then when I called the next day to ask for the general manager the kid on the phone said oh we’re not allowed to give the tab information out and I don’t know when the manager will be here so I would not go there’s plenty of other parks that are better plenty better than that one

It is the best place to go if u want to have fun and its affordable u have to wait a bit in line but if u buy the flight club pass u get in free on some days I believe and dont have to wait.

Low maintenance every time I go there is always a bad odor!! I understand everybody takes off their shoes but you guys need to deodorize.

This place is a blast! Yes, its loud and there are lots of little to mid-sized people bouncing all over the place. Just about everyone who is jumping is smiling! There are chairs, couches and other seating options if youre only there to watch your littles, but I recommend buying the grip socks and joining your kids for the funniest cardio workout youve had in a long time!

Place is pretty clean. The bathroom was closed when I was here which is not good at all. You would expect them to make sure a bathroom is always available for its customers which will include many kids. Staff seems to be more interested in hanging out than working even when there is people in line. The kids seem to have fun. I like that they have couches for adults or parents who brought their children. They do not sell any food and have a vending machine for basic drinks. Since they dont have competition they are comfortable providing very basic customer service and services.

Place used to be great!!! Now is dirty, cans and bottles on the floor. It smells and dont let me start with the restrooms. When the place opened it was a good place to have fun now is not

Man we had a blast we took our six grandkids ages 2 to 13 every single one of them had the time of their life if you want the kids have a great time and wear them out this is the place to go

This place is amazing and so much fun for the whole family. My toddler isnt even 2 yet and this place is so safe and its fun filled entertainment for her! You walk in and find yourself pushing to reach a physical goal that just popped into your head while checking out stuff. You feel inspired to get stronger for the rock wall or more balance for the beams or to jump higher for the parkour area. Its amazing and the kiddies love it here!

We Had a birthday party here and our party host Lexie was awesome. She was very helpful with anything and everything. It is a little pricey but all jumpers get pizza and soda along with socks . We were rushed as we left but we also knew how much time we had. Overall the kids had a blast. And it was a quick but fun time.

We went here a couple years back and the experience was a nightmare. A friend convinced me to try it again and it is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!! My kids actually want to return again SOON. Thank you DEFY!!!!

My first time there.. Took my grandchildren for a fun day! They had such a blast being able to bounce off the walls and everything else without getting into trouble.it was worth seeing the excitement on there faces.The staff was very helpful and they all wore their smiles. Made me feel very welcomed.Definitely bringing the little ones back

My daughter had her birthday at Quantum Leap and she had a blast. I gave it a 4 because 1 hour jump time and 45 minutes in the party room just wasn’t enough and the party before us took longer so we were late for set up on ours. But other than that, service was great. I would definitely have my kids party there and recommend it to everyone! Thanks so much!

We enjoyed having our daughter’s birthday party at Quantum Leap. I like that they added pizza and drinks to the package. We didn’t have that last time. I’d like to add a tip about safety. I still think there needs to be security by the door so no one slips out or is able to leave without their parent. I also think it needs to run cooler in there. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Try to get a coupon or some kind of deal because its not cheap, but your kids will have a awesome time.

We had my daughters birthday party here last night and it was great. The pizza was good, their set up was great, everyone had a great time, and they were super accommodating from the time we booked to the time we left. Staff was also incredibly nice. Party rooms were located upstairs. Parents appreciated that they were able to watch kids from above. I liked the open feel in party rooms, No walls lounging areas, T.V screens, lots of chairs & 3 Beautiful Blue tables . Price was Great! I bought the 15 jumper package . Which included socks, 3 pizzas, sodas, utensils, cups,napkins & table covers.Cons:( When I first walked in, I could smell a VERY strong order? not sure what is was?Some compared it to ammonia or some type of spray which hides body order smells. My Aunt & I had to walk outside to get fresh air . Some parents thought the smell might be the rubber from the play area. I HIGHLY recommend a better ventilation system, so customers can feel relaxed & comfortable. Some parents including myself were very hot. Thank you! I hope review was helpful!

Recently had sons birthday party there charged me $520 for only 30 min of jumping time. Party started at 3:45 told us to get there at 3:30 to sign waivers had to wait in a line for 15min then when waivers were completed went to the counter for them to tell us to re do the waivers because the system wasnt finding them and they laughed un professionally. By the time they were accepted my jumpers began at 4:15 and around 4:45 jumpers did restroom break to be told there jump time had ended and when we explained to the team member sorry not your party host go find them. When we found party host he ignored us 3 times while on his phone and flirting with the girls working there, we told him the situation and could care less of what he was hearing and told us we need to return to our party and we did so it took 25 min after requesting were our food was and took 10 min just to find drinks when we asked another member that had went up to clean another party we asked him if he could please retrieve our cake for us due to the fact our host went missing and did not tell us he was leaving nor did he ever check on us the team member just looked at us and said sorry not your party host. By the the time party ended no one went to tell us party has ended and had to clean up ourselves clean up which was included in the package we paid to much for, we could of easily walked out with out being noticed. When at checkout we explained once again to a team member of our experience she looked at another team member and told us so what do you want us to do? We told her never mind its obvious you dont care and she replied by saying have a nice day. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone.

One of the coolest places around here for the kids! I love that it is so big, nice and clean inside! There staff is friendly and have a lot of patience with the kids! A little pricier than I would like but a very nice place for the cost, the kids also get to choose a neat pair of socks that have grip on the bottom of them and you can bring them back and not be charged the extra $3 if you can remember to bring them back! Love Quantum Leap and so do our kids!

A very fun and active environment for kids. Certainly a great place to go and allow the kid(s) to run freely and enjoy just doing what kids do. The employees are friendly and its well kept and clean considering all the chaos that goes on there.

How could I not love it, my daughter giggled and squeeled with laughter for 60 minutes. Awesome.

Took my two year old for toddler time 9am-10am. We had a great time. I would give 5 stars but they didnt open the doors until 9, by the time we signed the waiver, waited in line to pay it was already 9:20. It would be great if they opened 15-20 minutes earlier to accommodate the waiver/payment process to be able to take full advantage of the whole hour with kids under 6.

Host was nice, but I had no help! There were no other parties going on and we recurved the smallest space for a 20 kid party package. There were only 16 place settings out. Pizza was 45 minutes late and once it arrived only half the pizza came. I didn’t have help from the host passing out pizza or cake. I was under the impression that I was paying for the host to help with those services. I was also charged for jumpers socks. What I understood was that the jumpers socks were included.

This is our second birthday party with Quantum Leap and the staff does not disappoint. We had Lexie as a host for both of our girls birthday parties (one in August and one in January) and she is amazing! She was attentive, helpful, and available at a moments notice. This time around, we didnt even need to buzz her, she was just there and ready to help. We so appreciate her help in making our daughters birthday stress free and enjoyable!We have 2 complaints and it has nothing to do with the facility or staff themselves:1. It is a real bummer that Quantum Leap now utilizes their corporate office to book birthday party reservations. I called to book a party and left a message and their corporate office called me back. Unfortunately, because these people are not specifically in that location, he booked the wrong party area (I requested a specific one). Because he booked the wrong room, we also had to choose a different time than we wanted because the time we wanted was not available for that space. Im glad I followed my gut because I called the actual facility and spoke to someone there the next day, realized it was the wrong space and fixed my reservation and was able to get it for the time we originally wanted. We should have never had to make that second phone call.2. 45 minutes for pizza, cake, and presents just isnt enough time. Especially if you are having a larger party. It ends up being a mad rush at the end to get everything cleaned up and out of there for the next party (which our host was so incredibly helpful in doing). My recommendation would be to extend the time, allowing for 2 hours. That extra 15 minutes would have been extremely helpful. Or looking into doing the birthday party, cake, and presents early and then jumping for the hour after, leaving time for clean up for the next party and everyone is already out of the space.Overall, great experience - thank you again Lexie for being so amazing!

We had a birthday party here...Facility was great for activities...They need to make better pizzas and they offered no ice for the sodas. The food was a great disappointment...We were expecting it to be better quality due to the cost of the party.

I was there in the morning when they have their toddler time and I had a great experience with the toddlers I had taken. The staff was pleasant and helpful and there to help. I would definitely take the toddlers back again as well as recommend it to others.

Definitely an older kid trampoline park. They have toddler time, but no areas for toddlers during times of the day where everyone is allowed. They don’t get 5 stars because the smell is overwhelming inside. I don’t know if it’s the foam squares or a fragrance they pipe in through the vents, but it’s so strong, hurts the lungs, and gives me a headache.

My almost 2 yr old son was scared at first. But after being here a while he got the courage to jump. He loves it! He is every where now. Its going to be hard to get him to leave! Will be back again!

I enjoy taking my kids and letting them get exhausted before I take them next door to Chuck e cheese to feed them when we get home they pass out for at least 2-3 hours. Great place to take your kids if they are overflowing with energy. They sell nonslip socks or you can bring your own but I love buying them there because they are cute.

Awesome experience. The staff was super friendly, the environment was great for kids. We went from 9-10am on a Saturday, so it was very young-kid friendly. My daughters loved it. Prices werent outrageous. Overall a great e experience.

Not just another trampoline court, this place is fun for kids and adults! We took our children for the first time thinking it was just a trampoline court. We planned to jump with our kids, but werent amped about going ourselves. After 1.5 hours at Quantum Leap, we left super pumped and completely worn out. Im not sure if our kids or us had more fun! They have rock climbing, trampoline court, obstacle course, trapeze, rock climbing wall, a swing and much more. You land in soft foam, so even our 2 year old was able to enjoy it. It is very clean and feels safe with all of the staff around. Parents! Dress for the occasion, because you will have fun and burn a few calories. Just be aware, in addition to the fee to get in you have to buy their socks..but they are cute and you will definitely return again to use them...so its worth it.

Went for a birthday party. Lots of excitement and fun while jumping. But after waiting in line for 15-20 to sign in, we lost jumping time that we didn’t know we had. After waiting in line, the kids only had 10 minutes to jump! During the party, we felt rushed to clean up and we couldn’t enjoy the party with an employee consistently stopping the hostess.

We love Quantum Leap! My kids are 4 and 6 and we usually jump after school a couple times a month. It’s a really fun diversion in the afternoon. There are plenty of safety precautions, tons of varied activities, and it’s clean.

Bought the Groupon for 4 people for 90 minutes. We got checked in for the 5:00 PM flight. Vending machines were empty of water, there was literal urine in the hallways, most of the attractions were filthy, and our flight was told we were out of time at 6:15. For those counting, thats 15 minutes less than what we paid for. New ownership or not, probably not a place you want to go if youre concerned about germs or hygiene.

Very fun with many things to do with ninja courses, sword fighting on a beam, dodgeball, and many others! In my opinion, the place is meant for kids over 10. With lots of older kids jumping around i have seen them accidentally hit smaller children.

This place is enjoyable and cool. One thing, after 9 pm they dont allow anyone under the age of 12. That It is stupid, I get they dont want little kids getting in the way of older kids, but I dont believe a 10 year old will get in the way of someone older, my younger brother probably has more manners than most of the older kids.

We had a birthday party booked for our kids. For the price you pay I expected more (we did the 15 jumper package). The jumping is fun for the kids, so no matter what, they have fun with that aspect. The rest was horrible. We booked online, with zero details about what area we would be in for the party portion. We ended up in the corner section upstairs. The only people who got to sit were the kids and maybe 4 adults. Everybody else had to stand and it was extremely cramped. Horrible, horrible, horrible. It was not a comfortable experience as we’ve had in other places. Once everyone was done jumping, we all went upstairs thinking food was ready for the kids. It was not. I had to flag “the host” down to bring the pizza for the kids. He literally did nothing to ease or enhance the experience. It was moot to have him there (the two times he appeared). I feel they only took account of the kids for seating and disregarded any other people who would be coming. I was so excited to have the party there but severely regret it. If I could have walked out and received my deposit back I would have taken it and gone next door to Chucky Cheese or Roller Towne. So the party experience I would give 1 star but since the kids enjoyed the jumping I gave it 2. I would NOT recommend birthday parties here. If anything do a party at your house and then go to Quantum, save yourself the disappointment.

Had a coupon i had purchased recently and now they wont honor it due to the name change. If you were going to change the name you should have said before i bought it. Also its just bad business to not let the clientele know about these changes and then not honor something like that. Wont be comong back. Parks are free.

My toddlers love this place! A lot of unique ways to burn calories and play.Im leaving a 5 star review because of the service this time. Cage and others (e.g. Yesenia, Lethi) really care about the kids. They show great attention to detail and have helped me when my hands are full with both toddlers.

The kids always have a good time and leave nice and tired. Looks like they have added more to it than last we were here, and the winter pass, currently 40 dollars, is a win-win!

The kids love love love love this place! The parents love this place, so much fun, great staff. Fantastic special events, birthday parties, etc...If you havent been here with your kiddos, you really need to go. Dont let the price scare you off $15 for an hour seems steep, but you need to go at least once.

Great place to take a rugrat. Ok, perhaps older rugrats. Keep them jumping so they will go to sleep when you go home.My gal goes jumping with with the kid while I work in the waiting area using the free Wi-Fi. Bring a laptop. I do.
