Awesome professional baseball, softball instruction and batting cage!

Totally awesome experience! If you want to learn or knock the cob webs off your batting this is a wonderful place to be. The staff is excellent and vary knowledgeable. A great place to bring your aspiring young baseball girls and boys to learn the proper technique. We came in to knock a little tension off. It worked. Thank you Craig, you are a blessing and you’re so nice. We veterans appreciate you.

This place is amazing and extremely well run. Employees are friendly and helpful and keep the entire area squared away. They all must be prior Navy as squared away this facility is.

In the area for vacation and was looking for a place my son and his friend could hit and throw some bullpens. Super nice, clean facility. Wish we lived closer, we’d definitely be regulars!

Got a cage tonight to throw to the boys. Super clean. Bright and overall nice space! Plenty of cages. Plenty of space to spread out and walk around. Will definitely come back. We need one on the peninsula though.

Amazing place to practice. They have ample room and many cages. You can tell the instructors truly care and are invested in helping those they coach. Very family friendly. Highly recommended.

Great place to practice batting. Its indoors so your not bothered by the weather. You can pick your speed and the pitch that you want and your distance. They also have baseball on one end and softball on the other. They also have cages where you can do your own pitches with no machine. Fun!

Clean, organized, and bright. Not your normal batting cage facility. We are new to the area and will be visiting more.

This place is awesome!! Excellent facilty w/ quality instructors. They have a knack for making instruction fun while helping the kids improve upon their game. Ive seen marked improvement in kids after only a few lessons. Would strongly recommend them for all of your baseball & softball needs!! Dont forget about their equipment shop too.

This is the BEST place to go to in the entire area! My son literally refuses to go to a batting cage that is right near our home to go here! Staff is amazing and the owner Craig is so polite and treats the kids with so much respect. I wouldnt want my son to go anywhere else!

This place is very welcoming and everyone is extremely friendly. It is very clean and well put together. My daughter enjoys coming with some teammates and working on whatever they please. The staff are very helpful and give great advice. I 100% recommended coming here, it will be worth it.

Great place to just drop in and hit a few balls or to take your team for practice. Pitching cages are perfect! You get a lot for your membership which is at an awesome price! Craig and his staff are wonderful. I highly recommend D-Bat Fairfield.

This place is amazing. We’re visiting family in the area and we scheduled our ten-tear-old for a coaching session with Culver Lamb. He’s a magician! Great, positive energy and a fantastic teacher for children. Thanks so much, Culver! Our son won’t forget it!

TLDR: If you or your kids play baseball and havent been here, youre missing out!!An excellent option for all your indoor baseball needs! The staff are friendly, professional and courteous. The owner is frequently on-site and is a fountain of knowledge and advice. He goes far beyond what I would have ever expected from a franchisee!The facility is impeccable and well maintained! It has options for batter training with automated machines and manual (hand-pitch or ball-feed machine) cages. Space is available for pitcher/catcher training, reduced scale fielding practice, and Ive observed 2 computerized areas to show batting results (where the ball would land in play, who would respond, etc...).After 3 visits, I became a member, and intend to remain so until my sons tell me to stop. Membership is comprehensive: includes enough automated batting cage time to build arms of steel, discounts for manual cages, clinics, and the pro shop. Well worth the price!

Went with a friend mid day and wasnt that busy and I was impressed with how but the facility was... Everything is nice clean and new, not to mention it being state of the art with touchscreen and play card access. The staff was super friendly and professional... Pricing was very reasonable as well

We’ve had two lessons with culver to fix a side arm issue. My son not only has improved 110% but the confidence that was instilled in him is irreplaceable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I was assured they could get the job done and I was NOT disappointed! Thanks Culver, we will be back !

There are so many reasons why D-BAT Virginia Beach is an amazing place.First of all, the space is large, clean, and temperature controlled. I’m surprised there aren’t more indoor baseball facilities in a place where it rains so much. There’s a Hit Trax cage that provides real time evaluations. There are several machine pitch cages that offer both baseball/softball and a wide choice of speeds, pitch heights, and pitch types. There are several cages that are used for lessons and practices. Lots of space!My son became a member this past fall after he expressed a desire to continue improving his skills during the off season. He loves to spend the afternoon hitting balls with his best friend. He takes a weekly pitching lesson and has attended several clinics and camps. His coaches (Coach Culver and Coach Matt) have been great, showing a perfect balance of positive feedback while also holding him accountable to being disciplined. True coaches, indeed! Not only have we seen marked improvement of his skills in a short amount of time, but we have also seen improvement in sportsmanship, as well. The reflection and self correction tips will not only help him with baseball, but across other areas of life as well.The platinum membership is a steal and offers unlimited use of the pitching machines, as well as considerable discounts on lessons, clinics, camps, and in the pro shop.We hosted his birthday party here and everyone, young and old, had fun playing dodge ball, kickball, Whiffle ball, etc. They have a party room for pizza and cake. My son has already decided that this is where he wants to have his party at next year because this was the funnest party he’s ever had.The main reason why I felt compelled to write this review, though, was because of the sense of community that is fostered by Craig and his crew. It’s become a place where my son feels at home and I hope that it’s around for a very long time. D-bat isn’t just a baseball training facility, it’s a place with real heart!!

The membership package, facility and staff is a blessing for my baseball sons, its our 1st month of membership but I trust, the clinics and camps are second to none as well, These days its extremely rare that you feel like your underpaying but like I said #dbatsablessing
