Had a wonderful time! I felt welcomed and they gave tips to help with your paintings! A very nice local shop owned by a mother and her daughter. I will definitely be coming back!

This place, and its owners, are wonderful people. They genuinely care about any and every person that walks through their door. They source local products, homemade home goods, local artists’ paintings adorn their walls. It’s a totally zen vibe, you’ll feel like family as soon as you come in! I’ve attended paint nights both in their shop and when they have done mobile paint nights, and both were nothing short of spectacular. Visit this shop, check out all the amazing stuff they have to offer!

This place is amazing!! After reading these last reviews, I can’t believe what I’m reading! I’ve learn different art forms at this studio. Just the fact that they had several people ask if they could do this and they agreed and now they are being busted on!! I really would love to learn what the fuss is all about. I know several folks that also wanted to learn. I really love this place and all that that aspire to do. The owners are a creative inspiration to many people. If there were 10 stars I would still give them 12.

A little gem tucked away off Bonney rd. It is an art studio and a shop. They have sooo many handmade things that would make for perfect gifts such as earrings, bracelets, jewelry boxes, crystals, paintings. Must check out if you looking for unique items. Also, we just had my sons birthday paint party here at The Art of... The age range was 6-10 and everybody had fun. Very accommodating, kept kids engaged with extra activities while paintings dried. Extremely clean and well maintained Overall a warm and great environment.

Ive been to several paint nights and always take home a beautiful piece. Literally anyone can do this, its all step by step instruction. My son has a blast at the kid fingerpainting sessions. All kinds of cute handmade trinkets, jewelry and art for sale. Dont believe the negative reviews. Its one person who got their panties in a bunch when honestly there are so many more important issues to be upset about. :)

After being made aware that they were stealing indigenous practices, which is harmful to the community, they rudely responded and then attempted to change the name of the “smudging workshop” to something else while still profiting off of something that is not theirs to profit off of. They begged the person that posted about it to take their post down, with the understanding that they would meet and discuss the situation, only to continuously not be able to meet and then send another rude message saying it’s a “business issue” and they “have lives outside of their job”Shameful. Disgusting. Do better. Don’t spend your money here.

Constantly deleting negative reviews because they dont want the truth out there. They have been disrespectful and packing any form of caring at this point. The people here need to educate themselves and also learn how to respond to people who are just trying to help. Instead of meeting them with a rude response and immediately threatening lawyers. And ONLY want to listen once their true colors were shown. Proof is in the screenshots at the end of the day.

This store publicly decided to hold an event and profit off of stolen culture and when the issue was addressed, they decided to rudely respond to an indigenous person and call their words biased opinion and claim up and down they wouldnt change anything. They only changed the event name after their initial response came to light and the general public disapproved. Heavily do not recommend. Any healing they offer is tainted and poisoned.

This business is incredibly dishonest. They profit off of things they steal and delete negative reviews when theyre made on their Facebook so that they can pretend to be a good business when they arent. A complaint was met with rude brushing aside and condescension, and they only changed their tune when the public turned on them. Now theyre begging their friends and family for good reviews all at once. The positive reviews you see are false and paid for by the owners.

I’ve been reading some of these reviews and I’m appalled. I’ve been going to the studio for some time now specifically because of the woman who own it. Their a mother and daughter who are modern day hippies if you will, they have the upmost respect and care for what they do and offer. I myself was going to attend the class because I know it was meant no harm towards indigenous people. They’re not stealing anything it’s not against the law to practice this sort of cleansing. They have grown these herbs in their own backyard on the land they own(they own the house) so that isn’t stealing. I am myself a mixed Taino, white and Puerto Rican woman . I myself have used indigenous practices for they are ours to teach and pass on to our fellow friends, family, etc. To troll and attack them on such a tough topic because of the times in the world right now is ignorant if you ask me . They are fully educated on multiple practices and had no intention on disrespecting on ancestors or anyone’s respect of their land etc. it’s pretty sad your apart of this tribe and don’t feel honored that someone whom is educated and have practiced cleaning their spirits for years is trying to spread this for strictly cleansing out bad spirits and setting intentions. She has apologized and said she understands where she went wrong. Deleted the whole event and has educated her self more and more on the topic and indigenous people. I find it in the most upmost disrespect that you’ll have attacked this beautiful family owned business with all of your uneducated and harmful responses. Remember what you say and do in the form of anger will always come back to you and to think and review things before you speak and act on them. Internet bullying and trolling is a real thing and your adding so much negativity to the topic and situation instead of helping people be educated and understand the entire situation. Please before trying to wreck someone’s life based on your anger and uneducated references look deep into who you are as a person, breathe, educate yourself and then respond. Me and my ancestors have sent the most love to this family in this trying time .They are protected by theirs as well and it’s sad you all think otherwise of them. But again your uneducated responses shall not be held against them in the form of evil.So mote it be.
